Took my 2014 Mazda CX-5 in after it failed to start. It took them a couple of days to diagnose the problem, but once they did, they were able to fix this problem quickly. Unlike the dealership where they’ll often recommend a list of things for repair that don’t need to be done, they only fixed what was necessary. They tried to get an after market flow sensor and only went with the higher priced Mazda part after they determined that there were no after market options. About 30% less than what I would have paid at Mazda. Highly recommend this shop!

Rear wheel brake got hot over 250 degree. was told me need to replace brake dish and others. But after few weeks the issue came again. The boss is very nice that he helped me replaced another part without labor charged and gave me discount for the part. My car so far so good the issue seems was resolved. Updated - 2 yrs past The part - capiper has issue made break oil keep leaking - which replaced as new for above repairing. Have to cost more $350 to fix! Too bad tech. Save time and money not go there. No option to zone star to rate.!

My go to place for all auto repairs. Emre, the owner, has a degree in mechanical engineering from his home country of Turkey, and is truly a mechanic, not just someone who swaps parts. He'll only fix what needs fixing, and will look for ways to save you money. I recently took my car in after the clutch failed. He did the clutch repair, replaced my brakes and did some minor repairs to my exhaust system, all for less money than the dealer wanted for the clutch repair alone. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my car serviced here before and it was good. But on October 12, I went in and a middle-aged man told me to wait, I did and not even a minute after, he let another car in. My problem was he didn’t tell me how long I’d wait or why he let the car in, he just told me condescendingly to go wait. I live right beside you guys and I’m supremely disappointed. Been here a few times since last review, and I was treated well. Owners’ a decent guy, I’d recommend

I've used Lakeshore Auto several times now and have had a great experience each time. They try their best to keep costs low by repairing rather than replacing, and are very fair. They also do good work: I've had two older cars serviced for exhaust issues (muffler on one & catalytic converter the other) and they've done great work. This has become my go-to because they are trustworthy and do good work... and in good time!

Emre does an excellent job, for a great price & he is definitely not the mechanic that is going to try to charge you extra for things that doesn't need to be done. These guys are very qualified mechanics. They can deal with every problem of every car. I use old cars and trust their knowledge for maintenance. Emre, owner and the manager of the garage, produces custom solutions to expensive repairs for limited budget customers. If you have time you can watch and ask questions while they are working. I took my Mini in with an engine malfunction light. They did the diagnostic test and found 10 codes, cleared them up and addressed all the issues. The work was done quickly and my car was ready at the end of the day. They also addressed some other minor issues like running lights and license plate lights without being asked. My car is serviced on time and properly. They changed the parts that needed to be changed, and left the ones that are in good shape. They tried to save me money by using cheaper but equivalent parts. I have been going to lakeshore auto services for 7 years and they were really help full with my Suzuki SX4 and then I took my Jetta TDI for my maintenances. I'm taking my Mercedes glk now. The car's original dealer was suggesting to change the entire electrical unit with the cabling assembly for over thousand dollars, and I had it fixed for at a fraction of that.
