I fully recommend Corporate Autoworks! Please read why. Our 2008 CR-V Honda engine overheated in highway traffic and CAA towed us to Corporate Autoworks. Stephanie capably triaged us from the start... She listened to us with empathy, offered us tea, fed us Nutri bars...Her son Gavin diagnosed our engine fan problem. They drove us to the car rental company where we continued our trip. Stephanie did a Canada wide search for two engine fans, found new after market ones and ordered them. She emailed and texted us with updates, estimates...full transparency from start to finish! Gavin made efficient, proficient work of installing the fans and we have our car for the long weekend. The drive home was happily uneventful...engine data on my dashboard in the sweet spot! There are many reliable mechanics around, but the humanity and service Stephanie and Gavin showed us made for a "soft landing" as Stephanie said. Their professionalism is exemplary, their service Best-in-Class and the Nutri Bars hit the spot! I drove away feeling I met a new friend!

Great service, clear explanations, and electronic copy (with picture, video, and comments) of the inspection. I found Corporate Autoworks through CAA, looking to get a potential used car purchase inspected before finalizing the sale. They arranged an appointment quickly, and were even able to move it up as I arrived early. The inspection they did was great. The report provided was clear, concise, e-mailed to me right away. I went through the report and they were happy to answer my questions and make recommendations as to how the inspection should effect the purchase of the car. I was able to go back to the dealership - with picture and video - and make sure my car got the new parts it needed. This was money well spent and I would recommend to everyone before finalizing the purchase of a used car, get Corporate Autoworks to take a look at it and give you a report.

I was stranded 100 km from home. CAA recommended Corporate Autoworks. They were forthright in their dealings with me, honest, financially reasonable, and did the needed work in a timely manner. They recommended that I check the warranty on my starter motor and it was covered by my regular shop, with whom they communicated. My car was towed into this garage on the recommendation of CAA - I was new to the area and didn't have a clue where to go. The clutch in my Honda was was gone. They were friendly, open about costs to repair and explaiined what would happen and the cost if once the transmission was out, it couldn't be repaired. I went ahead and am very happy with the results - saved me the price of buying another car. With the new clutch, and a new starter it runs like dream - shifting is SO easy and smooth. Excellent service as usual. If you have a problem no matter how big or small it is, they bend over backwards to help you. If it’s’ time for an oil change and you haven’t driven that many KL, and it’s not needed they don’t change it. They are honest and don’t say something needs fixing or replacing when it’s not needed.

Great experience with Corporate Autoworks. Gavin helped me out on a Friday afternoon before the long weekend when my car unexpectedly broke down and had to be towed there.
