Ordered the variety bucket which according to the display board included fries. When I got home there were no fries, so I went back and they said the menu has changed and fries were no longer included. I pointed out it was still on the board, and then asked for compensation for having to make a second trip (coleslaw). The response was that "we are giving you the fries free"!!!. The server couldn't understand why I did not consider them as free.

I agree 100% with the last review. Of this location on Alta Vista. I was saving this as a treat because I love Kentucky Fried Chicken and what I got was chicken that tasted like it had been sitting around then just reheated . It was way over cooked, that yummy skin was all steamed off, and I picked it up just to get the freshest I could.Never going back to this location either!

I ordered 16 piece bucket with 2 sides, the taste of the food was great but the problem is the size of the chicken pieces, it's ridiculously small. It's like they chopped the pieces in half so if you order 16 pieces, you're really getting between 8 and 10 pieces if you put them together. I don't know if every kfc is like that but until they stop cheating customers I'll be eating somewhere else.

Last time I go here...wish I had read the recent reviews. Waited 30 min for my order because it was being made all fresh but that was a lie. Food clearly had been sitting for a long time. The sandwiches we got were very dry and look reheated and fries were super stale. Tasted like they had been sitting for 30 min or more. Sandwich looked disgusting and tasted the same.

Worst customer service our family ever experienced . Missing 2 items from online order. Called the store and was told "no refunds, and if you want the items come get them at our store"...Sure, drive 25 minutes each way to fix a mistake you made. Never buying again from them. I feel robbed. Headquarters was not much help either, other than offering me a "sorry".

I’m not sure if they beat the chickens to death but you’re basically eating batter and bones, sharp pieces of bones almost every bite., you have to ensure you look at every piece and chew it extra well so you don’t die. I’ll never eat kfc again

came in after ordering through the app for pick up (ordered 3:21 & i walked in around 3:45) they told me it needs 4 mins which means that the food was not even ready 25-30 minutes after ordering.. meanwhile im on my break at work which is why i ordered through the app. everything about KFC is unprofessional & a joke. What a joke. I just ordered 2 times from this location last week over the phone it was all good. Guest service was good too. Today I called them, the guy who calls him self a shift manager said they don’t take orders over the phone. A big joke. Train the managers properly at least.

Ordered delivery from their app. They use Uber. Uber guy showed up with someone else's DoorDash order. A single box meal sandwich. I ordered 14pc 4 large sides. I didn't accept it. Call kfc alta Vista. Guy informs me I must go pick it up.

Great because it's open on new year's but really slow and something is wrong with their gravy it doesn't taste the same as the other KFC's. Tried the gravy again and it was still watery with no taste. Cheap prices though.
