Hello, We’d like to bring to your attention two service superstars who’ve go above and beyond. My friend Tina wanted a new phone and always shops at JB. So at 550pm with only 10 mins to store close, we arrived at the JB HIFI Roselands. Lawra had a conversation with us, every single aspect of our interaction with Lawra was perfect. She was so helpful, professional, superb product knowledge. patient - despite it being closing time and by now the store was closed, she did not flinch or rush or hurry the sale. Patient and kind. Flawless execution of customers service promise. My friend bought the top of the range Samsung 5G, plus insurance plus OTTERBOX, and we will tell everyone we know about Lawra and JB Hifi. We also must mention her back up, Gene. He kept a register open, processed the sale, engaged us with wonderful conversation, and more.

The staff at JBHIFI are very helpful. I had Minh who served me, I came 10 to 5pm when the store close at 5 to port a Nbr to Telstra and buy an iPad. It was a long process and it was gona take 20mns but still Minh said no problem he is happy to stay. During the process I had to stop go take a picture with Santa and come back they waited for me to come and opened the store. During the process again I didn’t have the SIM card neither the account Nbr. He waited for me to go home pick them up and come back let me in again. Cut it short we left at 10 past 6 on Christmas Eve. He made it happening thank you guys good job.

I recently visited JB Hi-Fi in ROSELANDS and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service from the entire team. Everyone was helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the best deal possible. A special shout-out to Spiro, who went the extra mile to assist me with my iPad Pro and keyboard purchase. He not only got me a fantastic deal but also expertly applied a screen cover. If you’re planning a visit to this store, you’ll be in good hands, and I highly recommend asking for Spiro for an exceptional experience!

I would like to thank the telco team at Roselands store for sorting out my dads Telstra contract, really happy with Minh specially, great service, very polite & well spoken, very good asset to the company, I would also like to thank the two other girls in telco (sorry I don’t know their names) whom also contributed in helping resolve the port over from another carrier. Quickest click and collect service from any store I've ever purchased from! I'd originally ordered online from Roselands, and within HALF AN HOUR, I received a call to inform me that my product wasn't available - the inconvenience is of no matter, they were very prompt and efficient in sorting it out. 10 minutes later, it had been 'bounced' to Bankstown and was ready to pick up. Picked it up the day after, and the lady at the counter was lovely! The person on the phone was extremely friendly as well!

I was very impressed with the service my friend and I received at JB Hi-Fi. The product range is spectacular -- from kitchen appliances through music to quality computer gear -- and I was particularly grateful for the attentive and knowledgeable support from sales assistant Biju. The prices are very affordable, and it's great that extended warranty options are available. Highly recommeded!

Went in looking for a new TV. Was just browsing but meet a young guy by the name of Tim. Was a massive help. Didn't push my wife or me, took time to explain differences between brands and helped us get the best for our money. If your in the market I highly recommend speaking with Tim. Great service and great experience.

We grabbed a really great deal on the new Huawei P30 Pro thanks to Matthew. Great service and follow up. We weren't able to collect the phone that day but he called up the next day to let us know they would keep the register open 1 hour after closing so we could pick it up. Hit n miss with sales people. First gentlemen was great and helped me select my Samsung watch . The next 2 female checkout clerks were dismissive, rude and clearly didn't want to be there - asked one about the bands and she told me go ask the guy that served you .. umm wow ok .. So happy with my watch !!

If customer has to go through main queue, and then separate Click and Collect queue making total wait time of about 45 minutes, it defeats the purpose of click and collect. After seeing all this, my 3 year niece now started to make 5-6 random trips to “staff area” before serving me in her pretend shop.

Not great, everyone seemed too busy to help. When I did get help, she rushed through everything and in the end I think I made a dud purchase. I wanted a Chromecast, and thought I was getting the 4K but got the HD instead, the picture quality is not that great. Probably the last time I shop at JBHiFi

The staff members were so kind and helpful.Travis was very lovely and had lots of patience and determination in helping me and my son. I will never regret coming up to him and asking for help. I would definitely recommend to go to JB Hi FI Roselands with their great customer service.

Twice bad experience and probably the last staff are either overwhelmed or unmotivated. I went to get an ipad and even after someone called for assistance on mic no one even showed up to communicate. If you busy with other clients inform someone that you are aware about their waits.

Ah one of the best outlet of JB HIFI Ben was the one who was dealing with us. He was very helpful and courteous. He was patient and humble. Gave us enough time to make our choice and helped us get the right deal. All in all It was an awesome experience visiting JB HIFI Land

These guys are so sweet and helpful. Travis helped me out with buying a go pro and he put in a lot of effort to make sure my questions were answered and made me feel like a priority like I should be. Great job Travis! Thank you. You have a lot to offer this company. Good luck.

The staff here are generally quite helpful and knowledgeable. I live closer to 2 other JB Hi-Fi's but this is the place I got to for all my technology needs. The store manager has done an excellent job running this store. However, Amazing

Got a faulty laptop from world sqaure then came to roseland changed to another brand new laptop. Staff at counter are helpful. Although it was a long 2 hours process but I had my problem resolved. Thanks jb team at roseland

Stood around patiently for 25 minutes trying to get assistance and asked 2 staff that were unhelpful. Finally had a staff member help who was friendly but at this point was very disillusioned about their service

I called twice to staff at 2:15 pm 19/11/23. The woman didn’t answer my phone and she didn't respond at all. I ask what model I was looking for properly and didn't respond.No good experience.
