I am blown away with the service from Helen and her team at Impress Dry Cleaning. I reached out to the place where I bought my wedding dress for recommendations for where to have my gown taken care of and they immediately recommended her. She spent time going through the quote over the phone, did my veil and one of my husband's suits complimentary, came to me on my WFH day to pick it all up, delivered it all back 3 weeks later all boxed up beautifully for me to store as a keep sake along with a lovely bag of chocolates as thanks for using their service. Her level of customer service was next level, everything was so easy and very reasonably priced considering everything we had done! Could not thank and recommend her highly enough! xx

No communication between staff and owner. Doesn’t even care about the wasted time of coming back and forth for a lost piece of clothing they said they would have cleaned. Called multiple times before all this and no one picks up the phone. Left a message and no reply. They said they’d deliver the item but still didn’t follow through with that option. Horrible experience all throughout especially with the owner.

Dress came back still stained and I was charged $95 - three times more than other dry cleaners in the area. For a suit and two dresses they charged $230. I would have liked to know the price at the time I put the order in, it wasn’t a pleasant surprise when I arrived to pick up the items. Also checked the dress with the stains and nothing had changed. I wouldn’t waste my money on this dry cleaner again

The shop front looks nice and I’m sure they do a decent job, but the staff was quite rude and completely off putting. I called for a quote yesterday and was told a completely different number ($16/shirt) in store. I’m sure as a reaction to my shock, she proceeded to explain to me how dry cleaning is not the same as wash and press....come on, not impressed.

Staff were unfriendly and a bit rude throughout our dealings. said they’d call when items were ready after repairing- they never did. Enquired how much it would be for a self service machine wash- $10 per wash alone. Went down the road instead and did they did a full wash,dry and fold for $12

i honestly cannot stand this place. Every time i go there, I have my item quoted (I get a different price each time) and then a day later i receive a phone call saying it will cost over double to dry clean the item. Absolute rip off joint

Impress Dry Cleaners offer a good service with friendly and attentive staff. There was a slight issue with one of my garments, however, the company provided me with appropriate compensation and the issue was easily resolved.

This is the most over priced dry cleaners I’ve ever seen. They take advantage of their location and clientele. Avoid at all costs and seek another one who charges 20% of the price
