Not Good At All!!! Cost $15 sent my dress to dry clean, the white parts of my black and write dress were coloured to light yellow spot. After re-cleaning, the washer even wrote a note to me and said: " There is no control over colour bleed on this type of dress, unable to spot clean, it will take two to three dry cleans to fix. Read care label before complaining!" I already dry washed this dress few times, this kind of colour bleed never happened. And the care label said 'Dry Clean Only' that's why I was sending it to this please! They washer didn't feel sorry for coloured my dress, but said read the label before complaining?!!! Oh my dear!!! I will never ever clean my clothes here again!!! Even, the washed navy blue wool coat has yarn sticked all over the coat!!!

Very disappointing!!! I took my clothes there for washing the other day, they say wash,dry and fold, after I picked them up, had a look at home they didn't even smell on fresh washed or who knows if they even used detergent for washing, Half of them were wet so I called them up to explain about it then the guy told me to speak to their boss about it,I said I'm not even coming back there anymore....just know to take people money and being stingy about using detergent,softener and dry them properly very not fair and disappointing.......

Unfortunately my shirts never seem to come back clean. Brought a dress shirt here a while back after a night out with some beer spills (which always come out quite easily in the normal wash). When taking it out of the closet today, (not having checked the shirt upon pick up) found the shirt covered in the stains still ans quite visibly. Would have hoped the business would have seen this and at least mentioned it. Going in the washing machine at home now. Had a similar experience with some other shirts as well.

I was going to chuck a button up shirt that I had been wearing for 10 years because the collar was a bit discoloured. Before I went down that path I thought maybe dry cleaning could help so I took the shirt to this store and emphasised the need to treat the collar. To my amazement, they got rid of the discolouration entirely and made my 10 year old shirt look brand new again - I might be able to wear it for another decade as long as I don’t gain weight I suppose!

Badly damaged 3 curtains for dry cleaned. Ryan the shop assistant/ owner is a liar! First he knew that curtains had been damaged, he still took my money instead of being honest. Second he offer me refund but will not responsible for the damaged which is he made decision the job even though been warned by Paul who did the job. Im asking replacement my curtains not refund the money! Very bad service and I have lodge complaint to Fair Trading NSW.

ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS TO BE DAMAGED. And they won’t even tell you they damaged them nor later admit any fault! Have already gone through the dry cleaners institute (they aren’t a member of course), and Fair Trading. I am now forced to take them to a tribunal. Very bad experience with my Merino woollen pullover of Kathmandu brand. I purchased this in Nov 2019 and did not have much opportunity to wear due to Covid (only ince or twice when I travelled before Covid) I leave in Mumbai where there is no winter. The excuse given was bizarre including end of garment life (@Kathmandu please note). The lack skill to manage delicate clothing & becarefull using them.

I bring two jacket to wash last two weeks.they recommend dry wash.my both jacket colour faded.black become grey.i just realize once i reach home coz they cover it with plastic and when i open it my jacjet still wet.without iron and colour faded.im now cant do anything coz i fly away on second morning. bought this from japan and i love my jacket so much..never go back again

Disappointing experience. I had a shirt that was lost at the wholesale dry cleaner place that these guys use. After 2 weeks of chasing them up, I was told I had to take my complaint directly to the wholesaler. Wholesaler doesn't return calls. No shirt, no offer for compensation, and no real effort made to resolve the problem.

Have been here a few times since my washing machine broke - 9 times out of 10 i've had no issues, recently there was a mix up with one of my loads of washing which didnt end up being washed when i picked it up however this was rectified straight away with an in store credit for my next visit :) thanks Ryan

Disappointed that they offer next day service and when I call in at 4pm the next day they advise the driver is running late and will be there at 4:50 but they close at 5pm and now I have to travel back again to collect. I have meetings at 5pm and needed suit for meeting tomorrow Will not be using again

Dropped off one doona cover close to two weeks ago. Was told it would be one week and would be notified when it would be ready to pick up. I had to call in a number of times and chase up for a service I’m paying for! Disappointing… I’ve never had issues with other dry cleaners I’ve used.

They wanted me to pay $40+ to use their wash & dry services… $18 at another local laundromat & the machines are 5x better. I only entertained the idea of trying this place out because it was closer. Safe to say I’d be happy to travel farther for a better quality & value service!

grey pants got big ink spot after dry clean, after they re dry clean still can't remove that spot. Staff was good and friendly, but they must consider seriously about the outsourcing dry clean service!!! Otherwise, won't be back again, waste money to smear my clothes.

I left my two-piece suit to remove some whiskey marks and they told me that if they could remove them, when I picked up my suit it had the same marks and they did not give me a solution to my suit and they did not refund my money either. …

Highly recommended!!! 1st time using their service, friendly quick service, reasonably priced too!! Laundry Service is top notch as well!! To the lazy slobs like me, clothes folded and clean can't get much better than that! Give this place a go~~

Have used these guys a couple of times. Service and care is exemplary. On the one occasion there was an issue they were transparent about their process and offered total compensation for the item without issues. A rare level of customer service.

Not recommended at all. They screwed up my dress I bought in US and didn’t follow the instructions on the label properly. When I picked it up, the dress can’t be worn anymore due to being coloured. They blamed the manufacturer to cover

Terrible service Charged me for 11 dollars and did NOT even clean the item!!! I realised that too late after a week when I needed the jacket....jacket even smelled worse than it did before me talking it to this shop

Absolute disaster. Took my clothes here a few times. They can manage to clean “clean” clothes but anything with simple stain forget about it. Don’t even bother coming here, waste of time.

Always happy with the service here! We don’t iron anymore, all our work shirts are dropped in and picked up washed and ironed the next day! The guys that run the store are wonderful!

Terrible dry cleaner. Used them twice, both times my shirts came back with marks all over the sleevs and collars. They do not clean business wear sufficiently at all.

Second time I give them an item that doesn't seem to have been cleaned. This time it even came back damaged. Will never come back, and I should have refused to pay.

Damaged my New Armani T shirt with 3 holes in it. One hole was half an inch in diameter and two more smaller holes.
