Kyla is FABULOUS!! I can not begin to express how impressed I was with her but I will try! Even before the appointment she responded to all my questions very timely and made sure I knew what to expect when I arrived (where to park, etc.) Once I got there, she was on time and ready to go. I have tried to get this style (balayage) done at another salon before and they let me down but Kyla did it quickly (she made it look easy) and exceeded all my expectations. My hair has honestly never looked so good!!! And not only is she so talented at hair colouring/styling, she is so easy to talk to and made my time in the chair fly by! I can not recommend Kyla more. It’s so nice to just relax in her chair and trust her because she clearly knows what she is doing and wants her clients to leave satisfied and feeling beautiful. Thank you thank you thank you Kyla!
