Went in at 10.23 am today left my laundry in the dried for 43 minutes and went to the mall. Parking my car in there parking lot. Came back within an hour to get my laundry the lady at the counter starts arguing for parking in the parking lot for that long. And accusing me of using the parking without using laundry. Lady please look at the camera footages before accusing someone. And on top of that she has the audacity to slam my car door. False Accusition and poor customer service. At least look at the camera footages before pointing fingers. And the lines in the parking are so poorly marked

A wonderful business, open late for all your self service needs. I have had to come here to wash and dry some bigger household items and with a 4month old at home I can only get away once he’s gone to sleep. The man who closes up is extremely accommodating and helped me with an extra spin dry and held back closing until my dryer time was finished. There are 7kg, 9kg, 14kg and 18kg washers. Huge 14kg and 22kg dryers. Easy instructions and they even provide free laundry powder! There’s even a separate washer for dog bedding and clothes!

Due to the extreme wet weather lately, we’ve been struggling to wash and dry our clothes but we were so thankful to discover HQ Laundry! Not only are their prices reasonable, but the customer service provided is outstanding, and the staff are so accommodating and friendly. We have done three massive loads of laundry in the past week and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The facilities provided are excellent, and we are excited that there’s such an easy and accessible service so close to our home. We will definitely be back!

Disaster struck when our washing machine broke down this week, but now I’m so glad it did, as I’ve discovered Susan and Val’s amazing service. Providing such a welcoming atmosphere and quick to help, I was able to punch through a week’s worth of washing in no time - no mean feat for a family of five! They’re so passionate about what they do, provide an excellent service and great conversation along the way. During a stay at an Airbnb between homes I needed to find somewhere to do do the washing. Google provided HQ Laundry. The staff are fantastic. The facility is clean and user friendly. Detergent is provided or bring you own. The washing machines are large and the dryers are larger and can dry anything without harm. I'm so grateful I found this place. Would recommend it to anyone unable to do their washing/drying at home. Kinda wish I still had an excuse to use their services.

service used to be better. Had a desperate formal dress salvage needed from a last minute spill and called ahead to ask for help as only had hours until the event (which they were informed) but it took 2hrs for a return call to tell me ‘no’. A bit stressful and disappointing as they’d been great in previous years but recently consistent and frequent pricing changes for the same item with cloudy excuses as to why. Always friendly though.

Spotlessly clean, all new machines, excellent service. The owner/staff are so friendly and helpful, you can do self-service or get full service done for you. I washed my 4 doonas and dried them in about 1 hour. Brilliant. Well priced, you can BYO your own detergent and softener or they can supply theirs. You can do all your washing or bring the bulky stuff they have some big industrial ones for that.

In the process of building a large holiday house, I needed someone to wash truckloads of linen and towels before using them. Minnie came to the rescue! She unpacked from the store packaging, labelled and washed, folded and recategorised them for me. A big job that she completed in a minimum of time. Never did I feel like I was inconveniencing her - always a beautiful smile! THANKYOU so much Minnie.

Amazing customer and product service. It was an excellent google find for me to have this laundry service that picks up & delivers. Very convenient for all the doonas and winter jackets that I had requested to be laundered and dry cleaned. Additionally, Susan and Val were friendly, accommodating and very easy to talk to. The service was efficient - I only have praises for them.

The lady here was so friendly and helped me to figure out the machine and how much soap to use and everything. All the machines look new and the whole place was clean and tidy. There is someone there the whole time, so it’s safe to leave your laundry in the machine and go do other errands while it’s running. You can also pay with a card which is very handy.

I would absolutely recommend HQ Laundry. The owners were wonderfully friendly and they were able to help us out so quickly. They offer an amazing service, the clothes were returned spotless and neatly folded. Using HQ Laundry took all of the stress out of doing the washing for our family of four. I cannot recommend these guys anymore. They are brilliant!

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful service Susan and Val provide. Our company uses a lot of towels on pregnant tummies so we value the softness and cleanliness of each towel. Fantastic little laundrette. Modern washers and dryers with tap to pay facilities. Complimentary detergent and softener provided. Attendants were very helpful and friendly, reserving a dryer for me when my wash was a few minutes from finishing. Very reasonable rates, $7 wash and $7 for 30 mins of drying.

My first time using laundromat. The shop is clean & bright. The machines are new and done the job well. I used the washing machine & the dryer (to dry the coverlet and jeans). I sent message to the contact no to clarify the working hours & the owner responded almost straight away. Very satisfied!

I have recently started going to HQ Laundry again and have been blown away by the new owners service and upgraded facility’s, the shop is very clean and the efficient service has really taken the stress out of getting the dry cleaning done. Would strongly recommend.

They are so lovely!! Had to wash and dry a quilt, the dry cycle would have finished 15minutes after closing time but she left the shop open for me - was very affordable too. Would definitely recommend 100/10, far out they're top 10 nicest people I've met
