Very limited staffed hours - you cannot pick up dry cleaning after 4pm and although they had lockers they said all but two were broken so we had to wait until the next weekday. The price for skirts was 2.5 times the competition and took 2 full days (why??) while the competitors have same-day service. The place looks good for self-service laundry but don't leave your dry cleaning here! The guys were friendly enough but can't make up for the poor quality service.

The experience is new and so exciting !! I have never used a self service washing and laundry in my life. Sonia and Chris always so kindly teaching and showing me how to operate the machine. They are so simple and easy to use !! 1 hour and I can do my huge laundry!! I always dreading to wash doona’s and bed sheets , but now I know flow laundry it is such a breeze. A walk away from my home and its so comfortable and friendly environment!! Come and Visit guys :)

I can recommend the self serve laundrymat at Summer Hill where friendly staff greet you, help you, watch your washing for you, provide laundry baskets, also take your dry cleaning, ring you when it’s ready, and you can pay with card tap. Parking easy and a delightful village atmosphere. Such a pleasant and helpful service.

This is the best Laundromat I’ve ever been to. Not only is it sparkling clean, but the machines take cards (no rummaging for change), and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. This place is sparkling. I no longer live in Summer Hill but still go out of my way to bring my clothes there whenever I need to use a dryer.

Best laundry bar by far. My clothes come back looking the same smelling fresh not shrunk and not colour faded or whites turned to gray. They are quick efficient and so nice and friendly such a good vibe. They washed my Fendi dressing gown I was so nervous, it came back looking and feeling brand new! You guys rock

Was my first time attending an laundromat, amazing customer service, store was nice and calming, zero noise and finished with my washing coming out dry and fresh. This service was really easy to use, I live in Five Dock and had my doonas and bedding conveniently picked up on a Saturday, dry cleaned then dropped off to me the following week. Highly recommend for families with busy lifestyles. The owners are professional and their service is great value for what they offer.

Flow laundry is the best laundry & dry cleaning service in the inner west. They are professional, well priced and have a speedy turn around time. The best self-serve laundromat I've been to. I'm a regular now. It's always clean and the prices are fair. The customer service is excellent - I was hastily offered a refund when my clothes didn't dry properly (even though it was probably my fault for leaving the door slightly ajar!)

Flow Laundry is absolutely awesome. Their self service washers and dryers are very efficient and priced reasonably. I recently used their drycleaning service and they did multiple cycles on my designer dress to make sure the stubborn stains were removed! Highly recommended!

Dry cleaned my cheongsam and cashmere scarves. Great value and result since the cheongsam has an intricate and delicate fabric. One of my scarf has a stain on it and this was completely removed.

I tried so hard myself to remove the stains on my couch covers to no avail. The team at Flow were able to remove all the mould stains so quickly just in time for Christmas.
