I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years. The staff have always been helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable in helping me with my pet needs. The store is always clean and organized. The store is constantly involved in giving back to the community and often hosts fun, interactive events,such as, photos with Santa. If there is a product that you are seeking and they don’t have it in stock, Dawn and her staff will go above and beyond to order it for you. There is a reason why I have been a loyal customer to this particular Global Pet Food store and why I drive across town to support them. They value you and your pets health and well-being. Your pet is their pet. They make you feel valued. I want to say Thanku you to the entire staff for their support and assistance with looking after my cats over the years. You have made me feel like a valued customer and I encourage anyone who has not visited this location to go now and experience the difference.

This is hands down the greatest Global Pet Foods store ever!! I have never met more committed, kind, friendly and energetic staff in my life. The customer service excellence displayed at this location is exactly why I spend the extra time to drive out there rather than attending the same store closer to my house. I recently met Eve who was absolutely amazing and sweet. Answered my questions and offered assistance immediately upon my arrival. I also love another lady who has blonde curly hair, I am unsure of her name but she is genuinely charismatic and attentive too. Last time she came out to help me carry things to my car. Ultimately the staff here go above and beyond for you. I highly recommend using this store for your pet food needs!!

Happy to shop at a local Canadian business. Great selection of Canadian food, treats, and toys! Cute gift accessories for family and friends (pet and human). Perfect for the holidays! The staff keep the store tidy and clean. The store goes above and beyond to ensure the health and safety of their customers and staff. There is a three person limit, with a sanitation table at entrance/exit. Along with a sanitized counter after each customer. If you are looking for a local family-run business this is it! Amazing friendly staff who always assist me in the right direction!

Very bad service. I purchased a food from the store a week ago which made dog puke non stop and I wasn't sure why. When I went to the vet he advised that my dog has a food poison. I paid lots of money. And YET the store manager didn't want to return the food. However, it is very expensive kind and I am very positive that manufacture will refund the store full refund. I totally recommend NOT to buy from that store. Return policy is consumer right especially if it causes harm to the user.

Beware! This place carries dried rabbit ears and feet as treats for dogs. As a rabbit owner, I find this incredibly callous. I asked the owner how she would feel if a pet store sold dog or cat body parts as treats for other animals, and she did not care. I live nearby and I go out of my way to shop at other places because of the attitude of the owner. She said she will continue to sell them despite how disgusting this is.

Friendly and professional service and advice from this store and as a result, I buy all of my dog food, kibble and raw, my dog treats and my dog toys from them. Try the all-natural Benko Dog Treats from them as they're so delicious and irresitable that they're referred to as "crack for dogs". They're also great for training treats.

Very clean and organized, talked with the owner, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what she carried in her store. Shelves are well stocked and neatly displayed, if you are looking for pet food or something just to spoil your pet with, Dawn is who you should talk to. The cat is very friendly too, Highly Recommended!

Staff incredibly unfriendly, very rude and obnoxious. Especially the older lady and owner. Only care about sales and not animal well-being. Would not let us adopt a mistreated kitten if we don’t make a purchase of their choice of product. Argued and Swore at us and boss denied adoption for not making an instore purchase.

Came here last year to buy some bird food, which the birds loved. I came again yesterday to buy some litter, kitten food and accessories. I was very pleased by the customer service that I received. All my questions were answered in a respectful and professional manner, and I left very satisfied. Thank you again!!

Awesome place to visit with the pups. The staff are very friendly and super knowledgeable. They are great with our animals and love interacting with them. Prices are great and on par or better than other local places. Will continue to go there when we are in the area

Amazing store. Amazing staff. They carry health conscious products for pets. 99% of my pet food and toys are bought here. The staff members are very nice and informative. They have supplied me with many different food samples before I decided on a brand of pet food.

Love going to our local Global pets store. Dawn is extremely helpful and provides amazing customer service everytime we go. Despite not being a very big store, they have everything you could possibly need for your furry friends.

I love Global pet stores. Wide variety of products for all animals. Staff is very knowlegdable about animal health and well being. You can collect Air Miles points at Global, and they also have a Global card rewards program.

Great safe place to shop. Can pop in or do curbside pick up. Provides great, professional help. If dog allergic provides kits to self test and send in for professional results. Then stocks what you need. Amazing!

I'm really impressed with the awesome people that work at this location. The owner has a great warm personality that genuinely wants to help you and recommends solid items/products based on her own experience.

Called in advance for some treats for our cat. Service was prompt and friend friendly. The entrance was enrobed in plastic to minimize contact. Purchase was made via contactless terminal. No complaints!

Great Service. The staff and owners are always so friendly. They even helped me carry my dog food to my car (lack of hands with a baby in tow). They have plenty of selection and always fresh inventory.

It is a small tidy store with a good selection of pet items. The staff were available and helpful but did not hover. It was a pleasure to shop there and I will do so again. Parking is not an issue.
