A pleasant shop with a large stock. However, they do NOT know their product very well. I went there to buy a brand of cat litter, which I had bought there previously- 10X! The sales lady said she'd never heard of it, so therefore they do not stock it! I even described the packaging colours to her. Nope- they've NEVER had it!! I eventually sourced it at another franchise. "D'oh!!"‍♂️

Been coming here for a while now, staff are knowledgeable, and always willing to help no matter how many questions you might have. Plus there’s a great selection of products for your pets. There’s a closer global pet foods to us, but don’t mind to make the extra drive to come here for the great service. Plus Bristol the store cat is super cute! Highly recommend this store!

Max is so accommodating and kind. He has been ordering our dog's food special for her and it is always available when it's time to pick it up. He's also been bringing the big food bag to my car every time as I have a newborn and I'm hesitant to bring him into public places atm (thanks covid-19). Highly recommend this pet store for all your pet needs!!

I love shopping at this store! The owners ave very knowledgeable and always have great advice when I ask about products I've seen on the internet or I want to try something new for my kitties. They also special order my breed specific cat food and always have some in stock when I need it. You should definitely shop here.

Have been a customer here for years. Parked my car and saw the employee waiting by the door (I guess she was watching the clock). By the time I took my baby out of the car and made my way to the door she just looked up a few minutes early. Great to have the door shut in my face with a baby. Fantastic customer service.

Employee took the time to explain to us how to find the right type of food for our newly-adopted cat. They kindly explained to us the different types of food and how much of each to serve our cat. A great experience that we wouldn't have found at chain pet supply stores!

The staff is very nice and they know a lot about their products. They carry quality dog foods which, if you have done research, are the highest rated. I have a Pet valu a block away from my place but I drive out of my way to come to this store.

My favorite global pets! We have a dog with allergies and Max did an excellent job helping us find a food that was right for him. The store is always clean and well organized. I am always surprised at how much they can pack into a small space!
