Most staff are knowledgeable but I have encountered a few that didn't even seem to know much about their own products. The location of this store is very convenient if you live in South Kanata. A problem with this store is that they don't carry some dog/cat brands that other Global Pet Foods stores have, such as Nutrience.

Great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was there for a puppy harness and whatever else I could find for my puppy. The staff member that helped me was always available to explain items and answer my foolish questions. I like Global and will return. Thank you!
