He agreed to do my car as nrma as my insurer 3 weeks later I ask him to send a request for paint protect with the previous quote he agrees and 4 days later on Friday I call to make sure his sent it in he screams at me saying his not doing it and I said to him nicely why didn’t you tel me this 3 weeks ago or on Monday when I asked for a requote to ad paint protection and he yelled at me mate I’m not doing it anymore and hung up! So unprofessional stuffed me around almost a month I highly recommend staying away ! I then said to him don’t worry about the paint protect the other repairs were approved can you just do the repairs that were approved so far then he said he won’t work with my car after nrma called and said he will get paid and it is authorised! I’ve never talked or experienced such a bad service horrible and stay away!! Stay away from a bloke named Jules very bad customer service!however reception lady is great!

HORRIBLE service, not helpful at all. I drove there wanting a quote for the paint chip repairs on my car, and the guy DID NOT want to help me. He did not want to quote the repair, he just sent me away saying to check with Hyundai. Not only that, he kept touching / tapping at my car right where the paint was damaged while talking, and HE TOOK OUT A WHOLE PIECE OF PAINT WITH HIS HAND, then didn't acknowledge it or apologise... I picked up the paint chip from the ground, showed it to him and urgently asked him to stop touching my car and HE KEPT ON DOING IT. It was a surreal customer experience. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Vehicle got multiple damages and this has been informed to the insurer. If only Franklin Smash repairs on what we agreed with the insurer at the very first place, we do not need to wait until 3 weeks. At the end we decided not to proceed with the claim due to so much questions the insurer asked. What was explained and what was repeated again and again with vague wordings and questions did not help us at all.

Based on the postive reviews I read, I took my car to Franklin Smash Repairs. From the first interaction with Jules I felt confident that I had come to the right place. The customer service was excellent. They did a great job repairing my car at a reasonable price and in a short amount of time. I will definitely go back if needed.

Fantastic experience with Franklin Smash Repairs in Matraville. They were quick to respond to the online quote request, and even quicker to repair the car (<30 minutes). Julius was professional, friendly and a great communicator. Obtained a few quotes and Franklin Smash Repairs was by-far the most competitive. Highly recommend.

Great place got so many other quotes Franklin smash repairs was $1,000 cheaper and they done a fantastic job you can't even tell I had a smash in my car thank you I'll bring my car back there if I ever have a smash agian
