I’ve been using foam for years and recently had an issue with my load which was no direct fault of Foams but unfortunately an error from the previous user. I reached out and Terry was very quick to get back to me and offer some compensation for the damage to my items. I couldn’t recommend them more and am really blown away by the customer service and professionalism. It has not tainted my experience at all.

This is the way of the future.. Card only machines. Auto detergent and softener. Not a fan. Price was reasonable, machines in good nick. But sheesh heavy perfumes in the detergents. Horrible that you force that junk on us. Let us dispense a cup of our fav detergent or drawn from. Dispenser in store that offers options like a sauce bar with diff type of sauce.

I Love love love Foam Laundry Bronte. Popping my sheets, towels, donor covers here for a quick wash and to be completely dried in the huge new clean machines makes my life so much easier. I love coming straight from the airport to so my holiday washing all in one go. No need to hang half dry clothes around my apartment anymore. It’s perfect.

Honestly amazing service! They truly go above and beyond. Life with young kids is hard but the laundry subscription is *chefs kiss* getting our laundry washed, dried, folded and delivered to our door is the best thing ever. 10/10! First experience and will be the last… The machines not work reported the issue and stay in the store over 10 minutes… And nothing happened… On the end leave the store with wet dump clothes… not impressed at all.

Machines are modern but the lint tray of the drier has not been cleaned in ages. Washing takes 38min and cant be changed, same with drier, 30 min minimum. You will end up paying more than in other places.

Fast, simple, and clean. I didn't have a hard time using the dryer. You pay by tapping your card, which is so convenient. Apparently, the washer includes the laundry soap and softener already.

Even though the machines where not being used, people are reserving them without any right. Good idea but someone has to be supervising during open hours.
