This area was in desperate need of a self-service laundromat and boy does this place deliver! Really new and modern place with great benches to sit while you wait for your clothes and clean table tops to sort your clothes! The place is kept immaculate and is packed with plenty of new shiny machines of all different sizes while also not breaking the bank! The dryers are also gigantic!! This really ensures your clothes can dry quickly and efficiently while also not overcharging you, as you are only charged per 5 minutes. The machines are kept very clean and are seem like they are maintained regularly. You can also pay with coins or with credit card using the self-service kiosk. I was also able to meet the owner who was the nicest guy and helped me out when something went wrong with one of the machines and then gave me two free dry's and a wash!! Such a fantastic establishment that people near and far should come to if they need their clothes cleaned and dried quickly and efficiently, without going through the hassle and expense of a regular dry cleaner. I almost get excited when I have dirty laundry now because I get to take it down the road to My Laundry Room :))

Finally! I have been looking for a launderette that is conveniently located (somewhere in the Strathfield Council area) for a few years now and I'm glad to see one finally open. Great facilities- I have been here a few times since it opened and never had to wait for my turn. There was also always a comfortable place available for me to sit, while I waited for the washers and dryers to do their magic! I also noticed that there are other facilities available (such as folding tables, a soap dispenser, etc)- I am yet to make use of these, but it's good to see that they're available when/ if needed. Readily available parking- This was quite important to me! The few times I have been here, I was able to find parking on a side street, around 50m from the place. So, fortunately, I never had to carry my laundry more than a few meters. Very economical- I find the prices at this place to be very affordable/ reasonable, especially compared to some of the other launderettes that I had been using before this place opened. I also always found the place to be clean and well-maintained. No complaints!

Squeaky clean self-service laundromat. I was super impressed that the kind & friendly owner kept an eye on the monitor and would pop out to tidy up or assist customers when needed. The place is spotless and thankfully you don’t need coins for this laundrette - you can just tap your card to pay. This is the cleanest & easiest to use laundromat I’ve ever used. Still hoping to one day find the unicorn of laundromats - one that has a toilet, a place to wash your hands & comfy back-rest seating, but this one is definitely the next best thing to the dream! It also has lovely large wooden tables to sort your laundry, sells detergent, great lighting, plug ins to charge your phone, bench seating, clear signage & fresh design. Highly recommend!

Laundrette was cleaned, neat and tidy. A very pleasant place to do your washing and drying. Appropriate notices and instructions were clearly displayed. I find the only downside to this laundrette is the inappropriate charges put on card paying customers. The owner charged an extra 0.30c per transaction regardless and that is greed. By using card payments it made life easier for the owner plus also attracts more customers due to the convenience. Unfortunately customers are punished for doing so with a penalty of 0.30c per transaction regardless of the amount tendered which do adds up. I will definitely be paying cash in the future. So Watch Out for the Penalty Payments!!!!

Only my 2nd ever time using a laudndromat. Easy and close to visit for me. Instructions are so basic anyone can follow on using the machines. Wash was in line with expectations. Dryer - I need to adjust settings next time as defaults as clothes weren't completely dry after using it. So really my own fault. Overall, great experience. There is also a vending machine if you feel hungry while waiting for laundry to be done. 5 stars. Will be back weekly . Note I went early Sunday morning where there was only a few people so no wait time to use machines.

Clean and new, different sized washers and dryers. Pricing is a bit misleading, it's $1 dryer for about 6 minutes but I needed about 6 x that to dry my small load plus card surcharge. There is a large wooden table to fold clothes and benches for waiting. Rubbish bin in the middle. They provide $1 laundry satchets but it's coin only, and only $1 coins. Finding self serve laundromats is rarer so I appreciate the ones I do. Owner responded immediately to phone call and promptly addressed an enquiry.

Decent parking on Hillcrest St, just be careful of no parking areas. Big clean machines but surprisingly only 7 washers and 14 dryers. They can get taken up quickly so suggest coming early to avoid waiting. As everybody else stated $0.30 surcharge on every credit card transaction so pay for all machines at once. Machines ascent gold coins but no change machines so make sure you bring your own coins. Also no sink to rinse your hands of laundry soap so bring your own water/wipes.

Homebush area is desperately waiting for self-service laundromat like this one. Really love how convenient the place is. I used twice this week already- great prices- good layout- strong & big machines. Highly recommended to everyone in the area. Especially this winter time, we can wash our quilts & blankets easily & conveniently. Definitely, support services more & more!!!

Clean and quiet, this is a great business. I met the owner who was lovely and happy to help me when I asked. Don't forget your own detergent! There is a machine that you can buy some powder soap from but you need $1 coins. You can pay for your wash/ dry with card which is awesome. I will be bringing my big blankets back for a fresh wash! Place is great , clean and spacious .. I used the dryers yesterday and they were efficient! I especially like the fact that you can add time by the minute if needed after your cycle has finished, most laundromats I’ve been to you can only buy time in bulk, sometimes you just need another 5-10 mins, so this is great ! Will definitely be back !

Everything’s so convenient here ahhh it makes me happy to be doing laundry in this place, the machines are so easy to use and the facilities are so clean. You can either bring your own laundry detergent/fabric softener or buy some from the little kiosk but it only takes $1 coins atm THIS PLACE IS GREAT I LOOK FORWARD TO DOING MY LAUNDRY HERE

Clean, modern laundromat with a choice of payment, coins or card. However, there is no note to coin change machine, and the standard 30 cent card surcharge per transaction is not disclosed anywhere. You find out on your bank statement. Parking is up the road, it is a busy road out the front. Someone answers the phone when you ring.

Positives: Great laundry and super clean. New machines that are all controlled through a pay vending machine. Negatives: only 2 small bench seats. The place needs way more seating for people waiting for their laundry. Especially considering there is no parking nearby. So it's easier to wait for your loads to be completed.

One of the better laundromats I've been to. In a decent area, very clean, machines are newer, well labeled with how much they hold and the price, prices are decent, dryer dried very well on medium heat, accepts both coins and cards. Only thing that would be nice is some carts to move your laundry around.

Good quality new washers and dryers. Machines were easy to use and can handled large loads. The surroundings are modern and immaculately clean. Plenty of table space to fold clothes and sit down as well. The owner was professional and friendly. Great price . 10/10 Would highly recommend My Laundry Room.

Nice new machines with good ventilation system. Tables available for folding, benches for sitting and a vending machine. Coin operated or card is accepted. Remember to bring your detergent and softener! I always bring a book too …

First visit today to wash a large quilt. Pleasantly surprised. A choice of different size machines and the place was immaculate and not a bit of rubbish to be seen. Highly recommended.
