One night this summer I was out for dinner with my family, and I met Stephane (the co-owner of 1st line Auto Tech) and his family at the restaurant. I noticed he was driving a beautiful Camaro SS 1lE convertible. I drive a 2021 Corvette C8 so we had a lot in common to chat about. I mentioned that I wished to install some high-performance exhaust and he mentioned that this was definitely something he could do for me. My Manga Flow exhaust arrived a few weeks ago along with a carbon fiber rear diffuser. I was waiting for both of them to arrive, so that they could be installed at the same time. Stephane and his crew (Alex) did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I had a check engine light come on as I drove away, and I returned immediately for a minor adjustment. He attended to the light immediately - only a very minor adjustment was needed. Stephane is very professional, experienced, and a pleasure to deal with. A shout out to his office manager, Louise, who shuttled me home after dropping off my car and went out of her way to assist me. I called Stephane because I was stuck on the highway with a broken bearing on a boat trailer. Stephane acted immediately send a technician over and within 30 minutes my boat and trailer we’re up and running again on the way back to his shop. Stephanne recommended I change the bearings and repack which I did and was very satisfied with the work and I recommend to all to use his services thank you.

Serviced both our vehicles numerous times. Highly recommend. Great diagnostic skills and excellent repair. Best repair was on our RV generator where generator exhaust pipe kept coming off. After numerous attempts to make permanent attachment I asked First Line Auto Tech to have a look. They installed a flexible Ski Doo exhaust connector and this solved the problem. Great innovative solution!

Stephan and his team give first rate service with a personal touch. We used to have him service our vehicles at his last shop in Chelsea and we are happy that he has this shop that is even closer for us. Well. Probably the best experience at a auto shop. My car went in for a alignment and we'll it was there they also informed me of other things that were wrong with the car! First Line Auto Tech was excellent! I had them replace the brakes (pads and rotors) and wheel alignment and had new tires mounted and installed on the vehicle. The team was thorough and efficient throughout the process, and the pricing was fairly good.
