Listen up ladies! If you need a mechanic who won't try to scam you because you're a girl and/or because your partner isn't standing right next to you, go see Eli at Scorpion. He's been my mechanic since 2019, and I trust him completely. Not only will he NOT tell you things are wrong when they aren't, if he or his employees make a mistake, they'll tell you about it and return the parts they thought they needed, which is exactly what they did for me! I go to Scorpion for everything from my oil changes to tires to general fixes. This is a family owned business, not a chain, and they won't try to upsell you on things you don't need. I would also like to address one of the reviews listed below from "Jason Barber", which (surprise) isn't his real name, and which is largely inaccurate. I was the purchaser of the vehicle mentioned in that review. I asked "Jason" to have the vehicle safetied at Scorpion, because I trust Eli 100% to tell me exactly what's up. Eli found 1) deep scratches along the back bumper, 2) that the tires were almost finished, 3) that there were small dents all over the vehicle, 4) that the entire undercarriage cover was missing (!), because the seller had gotten tired of taking it off to do oil changes (meaning the engine cover wasn't "weak", he just took it off), and 5) because the cover was missing, the flex pipe had rusted and needed to be replaced. That seller paid NOTHING. I paid for the safety, I'll be paying for the repairs (which will be far less than $3,500), and that seller got his FULL asking price for the vehicle. Also, I'd like to point out that being told by your mechanic when you're purchasing a vehicle that your mechanic is "on your side and not the seller's side" is EXACTLY what you want to hear, because that's what Eli is - on your side. Beware of reviews that disparage small businesses who otherwise have entirely positive reviews.Thank you for coming to my Google Review TedTalk.

Very overpriced. I took my car for him to check it out prior to sale, little scratch on fender less than half an inch and he informed me I needed to paint fender. Back bumper for 2mm diameter paint peel left corner he is saying repaint bumper. Honda civic engine covers are known to be weak so mine was out. He then went on saying every part closest to that cover needed replacement. All in all my own mechanic said 1500 to get everything perfectly new again even tho not needed while this garage said 3500. Watch out don’t get fooled. I was also told on my customer side not yours, something you don’t want to hear from a mechanic.

I was on my way to Toronto from Montreal and noticed that my muffler had collapsed. I stopped off in Ottawa and called this shop and spoke to Eli who was extremely understanding and accomodating. He booked me in immediately and assured me I would be on the road in no time. I was so grateful to have someone as patient and thorough in my time of need. Eli and his staff have taken care of our vehicle and the vehicles of my two daughters. He is honest, reliable and the work is always excellent and dependable. I’ve dealt with many different service centers over the year including the big auto dealerships, which by the way, are some of the worst service I’ve received. Thankfully, Scorpion Auto Tech and especially Elie provide genuinely good service and they are honest. Something I can’t say about most other service centers. Elie went over and above to resolve issues with my Nissan Rogue. I highly recommend these guys.

Eli is awesome, I had a bit of a last minute emergency where he was able to put some time aside during his very busy day to take a look at my vehicle.
