This store surprised me as it's not laid out like the usual fantastic store that I normally go to. This store has a higher class vibe to it. Thought had clearly gone into the layout of the store. The uniforms also matched the vibe. Although the sales team were warm and friendly it still doesn't hurt to greet customers as they walk and ask if they need assistance. Their counter part who run a very busy store always greet and help their customers. This store is definitely worth looking into. I'm personally a long time customer of fantastic furniture.

The staff weren't busy. We were looking for something and walked past the same staff three times and looked directly at them. They looked right at us and didn't even acknowledge us. We thought about approaching them to ask for assistance, but because we were ignored totally and they were actually not doing anything at the time, we decided to spend the money elsewhere. But that's okay if they didn't want the thousands of dollars we were going to spend. It's quite ok. We were happy to spend it at A-mart where the staff were very helpful.

Click and collected an order, as we were advised by another store they had the item in stock, and online advised there was stock, received “ready for pick-up” notification. Hooked on the trailer and drove out there and low and behold… There was no item to pick up! They didn’t even have stock of it apparently. Took the money pretty quick for an order they couldn’t even fill. 4 days later and still have not received the refund.

Bought few items and was a pleasant experience! I was served by Manager Sancha and he was really polite and guided me thoroughly till checkout but also want to thank the girl Powlay with great product knowledge and assistance! :)

Gave us a wrong furniture part . We have to go all the way to the store which is very far from our place to pick up the missing part because they didn’t even asked if they can deliver the part to us.

Absolutely loved the customer service by Andrew @ the Warwick farm location. Left with a suitable desk for our needs and the misses left with a mirror she’s been eyeing out for ages. Thanks heaps!
