WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, SHOCKING, RUDE & UNHELPFUL - AVOID THIS STORE❌❌❌❌ I had the worst experience when picking up an order at Fantastic Furniture Prospect. One of the delivery bay staff was extremely rude and did not even help to load the bulky item purchased in the vehicle but instead had no care at all and ended up telling me to get out of here and i don't care, i don't care and not helping load the bulking item into boot of the car. This guy was not only rude but had no care of respect for customers. I would not recommend shopping at this store and will not be back again. Very disappointed and shocked, i would NOT recommend this store! If i could give 0 stars I would! ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ ❌❌❌❌❌❌

This store has great and Friendly staff members, show you how and which products suits as customer needs..... It's pick address is also near by if they have it on stock. Reliable and trustworthy...... Very good quality and warranty also... there is plenty on disable parking all with loading bays for chair access. Also not as cheap as it use to be. ...... Plenty of parking spots available.... Fantastic furniture is always a good option for multiple options at one place. If anyone would like to interior a house, can find almost everything in budgeted options.

At Homebase, this treasure hosts moderately priced, modern-style home furniture you don't need to think twice about. Staff are friendly (often) and you can browse on endlessly. I like to go there and file my nails as i stretch out on the lounges or pluck my nose hair in the mirrors and no one bats an eyelid. My wife meanwhile, stolls around the floor liking and unliking things much the same way I do at quite another kind of establishment. One you buy, you just zip around the same building where a hercules sort of chap loads up your stuff into your waiting van or car and you simply drive off into the sunset or rain as the case may be and enjoy your purchases. That's how brands should be.

Very upset with the delivery schedule they schedule our delivery wednesday and when its wednesday sunddenly we will received a txt message that our delivery is cancelled i just took a leave from my work to give time to fit in the day of the delivery and just like that boom they gonna cancelled? Very dissappointed and very disgusting they should also consider the time they are wasting or they should informed a head of time. Never again to trust them my day is just wasted and if you are trying to call the hotline number you have to wait for ages and still no one will answer. Very poor customer service

I would like to give a big shout out to the gentleman who served me today “ Jed” or “ Jett” He couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Following my purchase due to my poor eyesight he offered to put the side table together for me. This gesture was very much appreciated and he made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Jed for being such a hardworking professional and for taking the time to be a nice person. I love my little table too it’s just what I was searching for!

Today we went to buy a lounge. I was served by Nick. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. He was patient answer our many questions. He was so friendly and polite it was like being with a friend. I never felt pressured to buy or hurried to make decision. Nick explained in detail the process for manufacture and delivery. Honestly I’d shop here again for the service alone.

Very disappointed with my shopping experience here. I bought some items and asked for someone to put them into my vehicle for me as I have a disability. I man by the name of James Brown carried them out but dropped my items and thought it was funny. When I commented on this he was rude and aggressive and told me to leave. Never again would I shop here!

Great customer service. The furniture we wanted was not available at the Prospect warehouse but GRACE at L1 helped us in a very good way to get the furniture ordered and delivered via different branch. 5/5 for Grace!

Rude and unprofessional staff member in Auburn branch, she treated me with racism and awful attitude over the phone. Will never deal with them after this incident despite them having good quality/price.

Terrible service, staff name Alison very unhelpful. Never going back again.
