An Indian scammer used the ID of this local police station and told us that a family member will be arrested if we don't give them money, blah blah. We were not aware that scammers could do such a thing. So naturally, and just to make sure, my mother phoned this station, a very low-class sounding, unintelligible Bogan constable picked up the phone, who had the audacity to tell her that she doesn't make sense - That's NOT our problem, when scammers are SPOOFING your own number. But that's not the bad part. As the Bogan disconnected the phone (without even saying bye or anything), his deplorable team mockingly laugh. Wow, such officers of the Law. We were threatened and taken advantage of by the Indian scammers, who had this office's number. So we had to get at the bottom of this. But the actual officers would joke and laugh? Disgusting.

Don't bother asking for their name or credentials they will give you a fake name furthermore attitude is appalling these officers from this department do not represent Fairfield they are a disgrace, bad attitude, super judgemental, when you request something they take it in the worst way possible almost as if you are being demanding of them. I think our police forget they are just public servants and are there to uphold the law nothing more. Wish I could give 0 Stars such a joke.

This is a local community post. One citizen of Fairfield has lost his way during these times. He can be seen in various suburbs of Fairfield. He is not aware of his surroundings. It is so comforting to know when this citizen cannot articulate his present position, his fellow citizens will call either Ambulance or Police to assist the person. I believe we have Fairfield at heart.

Called 3 times to no answer then the fourth time they took the phone off the hook then finally got through to a rude rookie constable who didn't listen... I ended up having hang up with my inquiry unanswered and very annoyed at Arabic officers in fairfield who disrespect Australians on a daily basis... DISGRACEFUL

Rudest police named "Holly" at the service desk. Bad customer service. If I am the Police Minister , I would fire him. He hung up on me when I had not finished talking. He refused me to speak his superior when I was not happy with his phone etiquette. I will speak to my local MP to voice my complain.

I came to Fairfield police station for having my some documents certified this morning! Jacqueline helped me to do that and she was so helpful, kind and friendly! Much appreciated! No. 1 police officer in the world!

Officers believe anything they hear from a witnesses mouth at an absolute certainty, especially when a false description about you was written in the witness statement.
