I went to get finger print scan done for Security license, Rang to ask and was told 24/7 Available. showed up and was told cant do it unless i have an envelope to post it in even though not mentioned on the form or told on the phone. went and got a pack of envelopes and then get told it needs to be prepaid envelope, when i argued that why i wasn't told that in the first place, i get told aggressively, why i am being argumentative and aggressive,. when i pleaded my case i get told to take a seat and that wait would be 1/2 hr. Talk about them being on power trip. Felt very sad and upset at the treatment. any way decided to walk out and got it done at Maroubra. best service ever.

I went there because someone stole my phone. The phone was turned on and I could get a rough location through the Google system. I took my laptop and showed him the location of the phone, but he was quite relaxed and took a motion that seemed like nothing. He told me regretfully that it was difficult to find it.I had no choice but to go alone. But it's been too long at the police station I couldn't find it and I was surprised by the different system from Korea

When you go to the police station to be clarified regarding a specific subject that apparently it can only be done online and after questioning the officer( which apparently can’t be done) I’m being looked with intimidating eyes by the officer and shouted to have a nice day and leave the station.. left the place in tears .. so disappointed.. never tough this could happen in Australia

By far, the worst Police service I've ever seen. Rude and arrogant people who are full of narcissistic traits. They'll use dirty techniques to get whatever they want from you. Police stations worldwide are full of people suffering with psychopathic traits. In Australia, this is no different. I was humiliated by a senior constable in the presence of the Sargent who didn't do anything at all.

Today I received a set of keys in the mail returned to me from Surry Hills police. I want to thank you for taking the time to track me down and returning the keys. I really appreciate it it saved me removing the locks and having new keys cut . Thank you so much, we have been struggling financially and this gesture was so thoughtful. Very disappointed with the organisation of this police station. Was told at 3:34 that a JP was in attendance and to come anytime before 5pm. How good, I thought. Upon arrival at 4pm I was told no sorry she finishes up everyday at 3:30pm. Needless to say I was very dissatisfied and surprised at how little the admin staff/officers must be communicating.

I rang Surry Hills Police station today in regards to make an enquiry. Was greeted by a constable Saxon who was very informative and friendly to speak with. He definitely is the kind of officer our police force needs more of. Nothing short of a pleasant experience. Thankyou Constable Saxon, I hope you have an amazing rest of the week.

Be aware, they won't answer the phone if it is: "morning", "morning-tea", "meeting", "pre-lunch", "lunch", "afternoon tea", "shift-swap", "afternoon break"', "break-preparation", "after 3pm", "before 2.59pm" or times where they respect cigarette breaks. With that in mind - it is a 24/7 service.

Went to get quite a few documents certified here on Tuesday as the court registry is closed. Person who helped me (Didn’t see her name clearly) was very helpful and polite. There were a few people there upset at the wait (Some technical issues?) but she handled it very well.

Its been my experience that if you do the right thing by the police the same will be done for you. We need the police or all anarchy will break loose. The staff are firm but helpful.

Their vegan options when staying overnight are limited to say the least, but otherwise fantastic service to the community. Keep up the good work, boys and girls in blue!

This place sucks. Everything is filthy. The food is questionable. The staff are extremely rude and hate everyone. I defs won't be coming back here again.

I got hit by a vehicle at almost 50 km/h. I got told it wasn't a crime. I have nerve damage in my hands and struggled to write for a year.

Bad food and room service is terrible 2 -3 hour waits and non-smoking rooms and not much privacy. Oh wait that's right I was in custody!
