I love the library and, although I haven't done it for a while, I really appreciate that I can get books in from different libraries to pick up (I hope they still have this feature...). It's great that they have a water fountain, computers, and bathrooms, and they have lots of resources that I have found useful. However, the library desperately needs more desks, and especially more desks with power points. A few years ago they had LOTS of desks in rows and they each had their own charging port, but a lot of them seem to have gone missing? Where the rows of desks used to be there are a few tables, with no access to charging ports, and there is a lot of empty space with a few tiny... I'm not sure what they're supposed to be 'reading desks' maybe? They are about 20 centimetres in diameter and on an angle - ridiculously small and don't even hold a laptop for someone to work with. This has led to a lot of people not being able to find a place to work, read, or study which has been getting worse over the past few weeks and with all of the apartments going up in the area. I think the issue may be resolved a little if they brought back the booking system they had for desks during COVID - especially if we could also book them online, not just in person. It's probably a time-consuming change, but with so few desks available in such a busy area with so many retirees and students, I feel that something needs to be done to make the space more accessible for the community. I've had to start saving a desk for a friend, which I feel terrible about, and today a lady got very irritable with me for saving it... I'd been there for five minutes and my friend was walking in the door as she spoke...

I rushed to the library, as my daughter wanted to borrow some books. Got there at 8.54 pm, and the librarian told me the library is closed, and turned off the electronic check out machine right in front if me. My daughter already had the books she wanted picked out, and all the librarian had to do was give us another minute to scan the books. There were still 2 others patrons which I could see, surely the librarians could have hold off turning off the self check out machine for just 60 seconds longer. What happened to the ethos of customer service, and encouraging the young to read, when another 60 seconds would have made the difference between indifference and true public service.

I have been using this Library for more than 20 years. Excellent environment, very friendly staff but unfortunately due to Covid the closing time has now been moved to 5 pm instead of 8 pm in those days. Please consider bringing back 8 pm closure as most of the people find it convenient to come after 5 pm. One negative comment is the state of their male toilets which needs some improvement and regular cleaning. Thanks.

Great place to do a study marathon. Convenient as it is very close to my place. Wifi is fast and the booths/chairs are comfortable. Restrooms are clean as well. Better to go there early morning or late night, as sometimes high school students flock there after school hours and can get a bit noisy.

This is the very best library I've ever visited. The staff were unbelievable. I opened a new card and will be going here now instead of my other library. A big thank you to Elizabeth when I walked in and Dee. Couldn't have been more impressed with their level of help.

The library is walking distance from the train station. The staff is helpful and friendly. Weekly activities are organised for Kids, plus the collection of books & CDs is amazing. Finding Parking for more than an hour is a bit of a challenge, better go walking.

My wife loves how the recent renovations went. For my part, I was impressed by the staff again who went out of their way to help me when I had some questions about a JP. Plus our little girls love the place and come all the time with their grandfather …

The library is close to station, which is convenient.There are lot of books including some chinese novels and magazines. However it needs to be updated as library is crowed especially after school time.It will be wonderful if the library would be decorated.

It's not convenient at all!!! At the moment I'm at the library and I'm freezing! Here is so cold! I Asked them to change the aircon, but they don't mind if I want to stay here or leave the library!!! I won't suggest to anyone to come here for study

I always love the Epping library for its lovely helpful staff, a good collection of books, and neat restrooms, but it is always a little bit noisy as you can see a lot of teenage students doing group studies.

For a small library, it is a very busy place, they helped me find what I wanted even though there were many people around, good selection, if I wanted a book from another library, it was never any problem -

Not bad, there were some upgrades done to this Library recently such as replacing the study cubicles furniture with a more collaborative experience and an accessible parking space in front of the library.

Epping Library has a great online system in which you select your favorite books online and all you you need to do is pick up those books by the kindly staff of theirs, A very easy way to read books.

Good place to read books and it includes books with diverse cultural backgrounds, but the internet speed is not very good, especially in the afternoon when massive high school students come here.

The librarian Stefano is very helpful, patient and amazing. I really appreciate Stefano helped me with the photocopy in the very last minute that library was about to close. Highly recommend !

It's a great experience. Good environment to study... The only problem is no enough charging points if they consider, it will be greatful!! Enough desks are available. Staffs are friendly..

Needs an upgrade. Definitely one of the louder libraries that I've been to, probably just due to poor acoustic insulation. Would be nice to have more space, it's quite small and crowded.

Usually I like this library. But when it comes to weekends, it seems what the staff cares is only how to go back home earlier before the library closes.

The library has quite limited space and needs an upgrade. Not having separate genre e.g. psychology, history makes it hard to find books of interest.

Nice place, but staff talk loudly, activities for kids are loud. You can hear them everywhere. Hard to focus on reading. Really noisy library.
