I had the pleasure of using this car rental company after i was in a car accident and my car was written off. ICBC of course took their sweet time in approving my car rental (me--0% crash responsibility). I knew that my car rental would be through Enterprise and so i called them after 2 weeks of not hearing back from my adjuster after multiple messages. Sonam is who I spoke with on the phone. He was very understanding of my situation and told me that their system showed i had JUST gotten approval for rental, but unfortunately they were closing in 10 min. It was Friday and they would be closed for the weekend. I thanked him and hung up, expecting to go in on Monday at some point. 5 min later my phone rang, and Sonam told me to come down, he would wait for me and get me into a vehicle as i sounded desperate. I have 3 kids, car seat and stroller and had been using Evo for 2 weeks. I took an Evo down to the Sandman hotel where they were located, and Sonam and another employee were still there helping out another family after they closed!! He told me he had a really nice SUV for me since i needed something similar to my Volvo XC90. He said he'd be right back, ran out, washed a brand new Kia SUV and sanitized it (just had been returned) Since the accident that I was in, (100% other guy fault) ICBC wrote my car off , its been a real headache and frustrating experience. Dealing with Sonam at Enterprise was a breeze, and his kindness and thoughtfulness was appreciated and unexpected. 100% will use them again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have used Enterprise for many rentals so sadly I was somewhat 'loyal' to them. I made a reservation for YVR, with a request for an add-on feature. As this had to be confirmed with a person in branch, my reservation was pending. For the following few days, I tried calling the branch but I was always put through to a central Enterprise call centre, who couldn't help and refused to put me through to the branch or to speak to them on my behalf to get some clarity on whether I'd actually have a rental car or not. I even resorted to reaching out to Enterprise on twitter. They were quick to respond with generic responses but ultimately didn't help me to resolve my issue. All I wanted to do was to speak to someone at the YVR branch to discuss my 'pending' reservation. Ultimately, I was forced to book with another rental company as I couldn't risk arriving and not having a car available for me. I made this clear to several Enterprise representatives during the last week, but none of them seemed to care enough to just contact the branch. I tried several times per day for several days to contact the branch directly, but was always unsuccessful. No doubt there will be a response from Enterprise to this saying that they value my feedback, and to reach out to them to discuss my particular issue. Trust me, I've been doing that for the past week!

Firstly, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from both of them when I arrived to pick up my rental car. Their professionalism and courteous demeanor made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. During the rental process, you both demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the rental car options available to me and were able to answer all of my questions with ease. They took the time to explain the rental agreement in detail and made sure that I fully understood all of the terms and conditions. Finally, when I returned the car, the process was seamless and efficient. They both were prompt in inspecting the vehicle and processing my return, which made the experience stress-free and hassle-free. Overall, I want to thank you both for providing outstanding customer service. Your attention to detail, friendly attitudes, and professionalism made my rental experience a positive one, and I will certainly recommend Enterprise to friends and family based on my experience with you. The top notch service, I was greeted at the main counter by a professional and polite young man (jim) who assisted me in obtaining my rental car.The checking process was super fast.I was then passed off to a young man (jose) who accompanied me to my car, ensured every thing worked and was in proper order. Jose was exceptionally helpful and made the rental whole process very easy. he took his time to explain everything i had questions about.every other rental car place in the city, i have gone to are not as fast nor nearly as nice and they never walk out to the car with you and show you how that particular car works.

One star is generous. We had a reservation for 9am today that we made over a week out. Two hours later and we were still being told "in the next 30 minutes"..."probably". What is the point of making a reservation? We are from out of the country on a birthday holiday. Absolutely spoiled our plans for hiking up north. We ended up leaving and getting a car immediately from Pacific just up the street. I highly recommend you do the same. Avoid at all cost. Update Sept 2018: Enterprise responded below, I emailed them as requested, and they failed to get back to me or rectify the situation in any way. Classic.

What an amazing service, this is my first time renting a car at Enterprise and it has been the best experience so Far and a big part of it was Saunam professionalism. Saunam was polite, very efficient and welcoming, I hope I can deal with him every time I rent a car in the future. The car itself was in perfect conditions, very clean, didn't have a single problem with it, it was 100% worth using enterprises services at Vancouver Downtown Location

Super shady. We booked months in advance, and when we got the vehicle I signed the papers and actually saved a bit of money on price we originally booked for. When I dropped the vehicle off they gave me a bill that was 80$ higher than what I was quoted, and 110$ higher than what I signed. I called them back and they refused to give me a copy of what I had signed, but finally gave me my quoted price. Shady.

Great experience, as usual with Enterprise in my experience. Picking up the car took less than 5 minutes from the point of walking up to the desk to driving away (in an upgraded car - thanks!) and the drop-off was even quicker. Jin and Jos were both very friendly and didn't push insurance policies (some companies are high-pressure with this) and made sure everything was very clear and smooth. Thanks!

My family and I visited Vancouver from Germany and got exceptional service at this car rental place. The manager Hitin was particularly helpful and kind. As we didn't know the city he was so kind to give us some tips and explained everything about the car rental perfectly understandable to us. If we're ever back to Vancouver we would definetly rent a car again here! Thank you so much!

Three employees here, only one can give people cars. I don’t understand why they have three if only one is working. After all said and done the rental was fine, but most of that's on the car. It was kind of dirty too. Would rent here again just because it's close to me and the annoyance of their inefficiency is offset by the time it would take to walk somewhere else.

While the car and rental and return process were smooth (although not as smooth as when the car can be picked up in the emerald aisle as there was none regrettably), contacting the location by phone was impossible - they simply don't answer the phone. While I understand they are overworked, not answering the phone, for hours on end, is not acceptable.

I am new to city and came after long cruise :) but the staff "Jos Johnson" was really awesome in service. He understands the need and provided excellent service along with city directions. His support made my vancouver visit seamless. Though I was little late for pick up he was flexible enough to stay after hour to provide the service....

Very good value for the money. A must to rent a car when visiting Vancouver to go see what nature offers outside of the city. The location was convenient, right in the hotel lobby. They explained everything in a very kind and professional manner for someone not used to renting cars. The BMW X2 was very clean, comfortable and fun to drive.

Gotta give this location 5 stars. Even though we had a hiccup during a car pick-up manager worked hard to resolve the issue and did that in timely manner. We got a car upgrade as well as a complimentary I guess. Issues happen, however it is more important to be able to fix them fast. They did, 5 stars for the successful effort!

Seamless rental experience. Was emailed a couple days in advance by Ilkay to remind me of which documents I should bring for the pickup of the car. Excellent customer service at check-in by Ilkay and at checkout by Grace. One of the easiest car rental experiences I've had. Would definitely rent again at this enterprise branch

I had a great experience with the staff at the Enterprise in the Sandman hotel in Vancouver, they were very friendly and kind. I was picking up a rental car from an insurance claim and the car was clean inside and out, smelled really nice. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in a need for a car rental.

Wasn’t really impressed with the lack of wiggle room for our particular problem but I get it. But what really threw the kicker was that you rented us a car for a longer term rental then called both of us that you would like the car back early because you sold it?!? Not impressed- lots a bunch of big business from us.

Very bad customer service. Waiting at the location for approx. one hour now inspite of informing that we are on our way to pick up the car. The call number says that representative will be there in 2 to 3 minutes but it's been already one hour and still waiting and that 2 to 3 minutes have never materialized yet.

I waited for over 20 minutes at the front desk and there were no employees. Although i called enterprise customer service and i was told that some one would be with me very soon no one showed up. I defently wold not recommend for people to come to this one, maybe there are better ones out there.

I had the best customer service experience in years from Enterprise on W. Georgia. Very knowledgeable & friendly when booking on phone & also when I went to pick up the van. We had a couple issues not caused by enterprise & was accommodated smoothly. I would give as many ⭐️ as possible

Great customer service on my rental recently. Laura was very helpful and I was given a free upgrade (Jetta VW Sedan). The car was amazing. It drove smoothly and was good on gas. I pretty much only rent from Enterprise and I must say, I have never been disappointed yet! Thanks!
