The ultimate luxurious shopping experience in Cyprus. It's modernly renovated and beautifully decorated. It has an enormous amount of luxury and popular brands, not only on the fashion sector but also the beauty one. The staff is polite, with prestige and they really know their job/brand. The environment is friendly and of course, as i said before, deluxe. I would like to mention that there are different price tags suiting every kind of wallet. I personally shopping from the Dior section, where the packaging and experience it's exactly the same from the original Dior boutiques, and also the personnel there is really kind and always hears my needs. It's definitely recommend from me!

Was mislead to buy one mascara that was on a stand with 20%off, when noticed and returned back was declined a refund. Was said it doesn't have a seal, which some of them do and some don't. So I can't prove I didn't open it. Shouldn't they sell them all sealed? Someone could have opened it already in the shop anyway. Now my right for a same day refund was denied. The recept saying that only damaged/broken seal items of hygiene can't be returned. What about those without seal to begin with? I think they should be more visible about this and about where the discount applies or not.

Parking is shocking. Cafe was dirty and food dry with no flavour, although the staff were polite enough. The shop was rammed, no social distancing, no one counting people in. Till staff very slow and again no social distancing! Nothing had been moved to allow people to pass from the till or queuing for the till. The One mirror we could find upstairs was located where the queue was, which is the most stupid place to put it! Men in particular want to try coats and tops on and look in the mirror before they purchase. Poorly organised and executed. Could be much improved.

Everything was great BUT, the blond cleaning lady in the mall’s cafeteria was rude. Very rude. Just FYI. Also, there was a mistake on a product. The price tag of a tie said €19.99 but when I went to the cashier, I was charged €10. I know that I shouldn’t complain about that because it was on my benefit, but if mistakes like that happen frequently, next time it may not be in my benefit. Just a friendly notice, keep an eye on the prices;)

Parking is very complicated. There are controlled doors on exit. If you buy something you can use the receipt to open the door but the trouble is when you don’t buy something and go to the gate then the door cannot open and when you call in they tell you to walk back and get a paper to go out. This is unbelievable. I prefer other malls without parking problems and better variety of merchandise.

Εύκολα προσβάσιμο με αρκετό διαθέσιμο χώρο στάθμευσης. Μεγάλη ποικιλία ρούχων με κυρίως επώνυμες μάρκες και έχει αρκετά καλές προσφορές οι οποίες σε μερικές περιπτώσεις είναι όντως πολύ μεγάλες. Ίσως θα έπρεπε να προσθέσουν ενα κατάστημα με επίσημα παπούτσια καθώς δε διαθέτει. Μεγάλος χώρος, κινείσαι εύκολα σε αυτόν. Εξυπηρετικοί οι υπάλληλοι των καταστημάτων.

До недавнего времени был основным торговым центром, еще один Debenhams есть на набережной. На сегодняшний день самый большой торговый комплекс - это MyMall. Поэтому этот Debenhams потерял значительное число клиентов. Тем не менее, здесь можно найти одежду, аксессуары и парфюмерию среднего класса, есть кафешка. Рядом - вместительная парковка.

Since the refit, this place is a super place to shop. Shame they've closed the seafront store. Always have a sale on, but the prices are too often missing, and when you approach the desk to ask for them to check, you are greeted with a miserable face and an uninterested and unapologetic response. Where's the customer service with a smile??

It is the biggest Debenham's store. You can almost find everything there. Staff are very frieny and serving fast. After the shopping if you want to have a coffee and some cookies the Venue Cafe is an ideal place. You can have the opportunity to watch the sea of Limassol from a pleasent location. Nice atmosphire and good service.

Second visit and same result - more staff than customers. Unjustified prices. Designers brands in it's worst meaning. Not a single practical shirt or trousers. I miss the shop before its renovation, the British brands and designers. It was so much better... It deserves to close down or to bring back the its previous appearance.

The biggest range of beauty products I've seen in Limassol so far. There are mostly luxury, but also professional and drugstore brands. A decent selection. The rest of the store is clothes - a mix of brands as well, and shoes. There are two floors. The ground floor is women's clothes, the upper floor is men's and kid's.

So, i am shopping for a kids school uniforms from the Next for years now and when i went at the end of the august, girls skirts were not available, so i left my phone number to call me when they have it in the stock. Noone called, and i found out that skirts arrived and again out of stock. Very disapointed

What a shame... In a whole store I couldn't gind a pair of black trousers for work at my size... One lady said to another member of staff to help and I am still waiting...! Later went to toilet and they didn't even have toilet paper... Too much for nothing!

Visited today and happy with the experience. The renovation made it very modern, the employees are helpful as always, and the range of brands seems to be larger than usual.
