During our recent visit to Dublin, my boyfriend Pete and I stumbled upon the EPIC Immigration Museum, and we were pleasantly surprised by what we discovered. We would rate our experience 4 stars! Our entry was made even more appealing thanks to our Go City Card, which included admission. Upon entering, we were given a passport, a unique touch that added an element of fun and engagement to our visit. We eagerly stamped our passports in each room, which turned out to be a delightful surprise. The museum truly lives up to its name - it's EPIC in its scope and offerings. We were amazed by the variety of exhibits and interactive displays that covered a wide range of topics. From Irish literature and sports to criminals, movies, and theatre, there seemed to be a room for every interest. The themed rooms were not only diverse but also incredibly interesting. We found ourselves immersed in the rich history and culture of Ireland, learning about the contributions of immigrants in various fields. The interactive elements added a layer of engagement that made the experience both educational and enjoyable. While we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we're rating it 4 stars as we believe there's room for improvement in terms of providing even more detailed information in some areas. However, the EPIC Immigration Museum is undeniably a must-visit for those interested in Irish history and culture, and we left with a greater appreciation for the impact of immigration on this beautiful country.

My second visit and it is well named for it truly is epic. Covers all aspects of the Irish diaspora from sports, music, medicine, etc.. The tour starts with the reasons for emigrating then continues to evolve through the years to the present day. Minimum 90 minutes to see it properly. The interactive displays are very evocative and can provoke emotional feelings. There is lots of reading on the displays and several little theatre type settings with 5 min films. Upstairs at the exit is a family history centre and gift shop. The famine ship, Jeannie Johnson, is docked across the street and can be toured.

I saw some pictures online from the museum that intrigued me - so I decided to add this place to visit during my Dublin trip. And I was not disappointed whatsoever. This is a very visual and interactive experience, the museum is divided into sections of Irish emigration experiences, with lots of information provided in every room. It's a very modern museum, with nostalgic feeling, when you're reading up the letters people sent during their emigration journeys. It really left me inspired and a bit teared up! Definitely worth a visit!

This is a very well done interactive museum that is well worth the admission fee. We learned so much about the various Irish emigrations and famous Irish citizens. Also 23 US Presidents came from Irish heritage. The videos are excellent and it has so many facets of Irish history. Loved it.

It's hard not to be impressed after you visit this museum. The history, the stories, the people and the struggle they faced over the years, it's truly a touching experience. Also, the way that the museum it's made and designed it's extraordinary. Definitely a must see while in Dublin!

Great Museum with informative exhibition with very personal history. In every room there is lots to learn& see and stamp your passport. Suitable for kids even tough a lot of text and a lot of rooms. Ticket is valid snother 10 days so you can visit twice!

This museum is AMAZING! Literally, I am amazed by how it combines both art and history so harmoniously that it presents a very huge visual impact to me. I truly enjoyed my visit to the museum, and I highly recommend other travelers visit this place.

I enjoyed the Museum. It is very modern with interactive exhibits, films and electronic displays. I also enjoyed the Passport that is provided. I liked getting it stamped at th he 20 different stops / sections of the Museum.
