If I could only select negative stars. Outrageous customer service by the cashier named Amer. My mother was waiting at the parking bay for less than 10 minutes with evidence via dash cam and Amer points finger and gave her the rude finger for not moving the car to the side. Went in to talk to him and raises voice at my partner and I for asking why you gave her the finger. All he said was we parked there for 15 or more minutes and told us to move. So why couldn’t he open the window and tell politely? There were other cars parked there including his, so why is it himself being a hypocrite and parked at the front. Its not like the car was unattended, my mother was in the car. Also, there were no signs indicated that you couldnt park there, if thats the case maybe put up a sign. Says he was busy but seriously, can’t open the window but instead gave her the rude finger in the end? Cannot understand how can one be serving customers like this. Very disappointing and disgusting experience ever at a petrol station. Rather pay more at a different petrol station then go back there. Absolutely disgusting.

Mismatch price tag on fridges. I took 1 packs of rock star which displayed as promotion. When they scan it different price pop up. I told them it is on promotion so please check. They check fridges promotion displayed. Hena asked me to choose other items because the promotion has been expired. So i took it back to fridge. I am not happy for this incident. On 29/11/23 afternoon i was trying to buy food and pay for my petrol, thought it was rude that the Muslim lady and Indian lady just continuously talking loudly in their own language. Was unpleasant and unprofessional, personal talk should stop if you are serving customers… she was so distracted that she didn’t even hear what I was saying… no hello no thank you.. The other gent paid for his fuel and politely said have a nice day, and they both said nothing back and got back into their chat. Like come on guys

Very bad customer service. Drunk workers during working time and bad behavior of the manager. As i asked from him, his name is "namla" and he acted very unprofessional manner towards me when i came to pay my fuel bill. he displayed as he was in angry mood before i approach him to pay, and during the payment process he expresses his anger towards me when i tried to purchase chocolate bar as well. is this the behavior of a manager at EG group?

I went into this petrol station this afternoon had the worst customer experience. I was standing at the counter waiting to pay for petrol but the two employees were just standing there they did not even acknowledge me. I was served by an Indian guy NAYAN. He threw the change on the counter when I asked him for a receipt he gave it to me scrunched up. Never again nice petrol station worst customer service.

This is a newly built modern petrol station with a vey spacious forecourt. The shop also is spacious and well laid out. There is a very welcome addition of a coffee machine and a wide selection of eats for the hungry traveler. Yes and I found the petrol to be cheaper than surrounding stations the day I dropped in

The entrance and exit arrangements make this petrol station annoying to use. You end up with cars trying to access the pumps from different directions and this causes bottle necks and frayed nerves. At peak hour the only exit puts you in a long queue to get back out onto Silverwater road.

I think this is the best petrol pump station on Silverwater Rd. And it has an Oporto attached to it, that's a bonus. The fuel prices have always been economical, even during times of fuel hikes. Staff and service are decent, approachable and helpful. Cheers …

Sometimes the attendants are on their phone talking in their lingo or watching videos in their lingo instead of paying attention to the customers. Not the best service or product prices, but for fuel they are competitive and are reasonable and it is also convenient

Its just gas station. Compare the coffee btw here(silverwater) and 7-eleven station. $1 coffe of 7-eleven win! Recommend not to have a coffee from here. Its $2 and taste notting. Too much water in it not like others. Just fill ur ags only

This is a very spacious petrol station!! And I mean really spacious!! I love the feel of open space that you don’t normally get at any other petrol stations!! And the petrol price is usually pretty good here too!! Check it out!!

Relatively new and well maintained. Consistently has one of the lower prices. Ample space for cars to enter/exit and wait. Convenient location, and not too much of a hassle to enter when coming south down Silverwater Road.

The fuel station has very competitive prices. The tuck shop is stocked well. Another good thing is that if you have woolies fuel discount coupons, you can get a 4c discount/litre on fuel.

It's ok for what it is, but the coffee pies and sausage rolls are tooooo expensive for what they are. Do yourself a favour and go-to a Woolworths owned Kaltex for a pie and coffee.

Great, spacious petrol station. Has Oporto, and Cafe Aurora on it. Plus the fuel always cheaper than other petrol stations in the area. The pumps always clean and quick dispenser.

Good value Woolies servo and often last to follow the rise in prices. Plenty of pumps with plenty of room to queue of needed. Great service and options inside too.
