I Came in today to wash my car. The cashier proceeded to tell me that I can select from 4 ‘wash’ types. Platinum, premium, deluxe, express. At no stage of me trying to decipher the maze of choices did the cashier try to help Me choose the right choice for me. I decided to go with the express as I thought it was suitable for my needs without realising that the wash is without soap. After the wash I came in to tell the cashier that I’m unhappy and the cashiers response is basically bad luck. Yes It’s my fault for not reading the fine print, I do feel like I have wasted my money. I offered the staff to refund my order and let me buy the premium wash for 32.90$ however they refused and told me bad luck. I gave them the option of making this right with me on the spot, refund my money and let me buy the right option that I need or a bad Google review. Won’t be coming here again. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and it’s never good for a business to have customers walk out of your doors upset. Is it worth loosing a customer over a 16.90$ wash where your only expenses are water ? Pick your fights. You chose to loose a customer and you have added another woeful review.

I would like to highly commend one of the team members at the Wentworthville store. His name is Kalyan Kumar. I came in on the 15th of October 2021 around 11:30pm and he provided a very simple yet kind solution to a pretty important problem I had and I believe he has just the right kind of attitude of a star team member! Please extend my gratitude to him and tell him that I passed on this feedback onto the company website. Also, I would love to hear back from management to tell me that he was rewarded for his excellent work and for solving my problem that night. It would really make me happy to hear back from management that you rewarded him generously for his loyal service to the company and its customers! Very unreasonable on car wash dockets even if you miss by a day. Even gift vouchers do not have expiry dates now. This is a scam, they know lot of customers forget the expiry date in 4 weeks and easy money to their pockets. No valid reason for reissuing a docket. What if it was raining on week 4 or you just missed the date due to a weekend away? A gentleman's business agreement or business who cares about customers they should reissue the docket. There is no loss to the operator when he has already collected $1000s in advance under the guise of a good deal. Avoid buying the 2 car wash deal dockets $25 for a small discount which is not genuine.

I went there to refill BBQ bottle and some reason I couldn't do and I told staff1 I will return with another spare bottle soon. Staff1 did NOT say that it's nearly 5.30pm so please may come before 5.30pm otherwise we will not be able to do. I returned with another bottle but this time staff2 said its just over 5.30pm (it was 5.36pm) we can't refill BBQ bottle and when I asked why staff1 did NOT tell me that when I was at APW 15 mins ago. Staff2 said its written after 5.30pm we can't. SIZE OF THAT WRITTEN SIGN SMALL & IS NOT READABLE WHILE YOU IN DRIVING MODE. Staff2 was aspecting all sign to be read before come.

For years I've always used APW Wentworthville auto car wash on my prestige BMW SUVs and they're great on the platinum wash. Fast, safe, environmentally friendly and excellent value for money. I just had one disappointment recently about 4-5 months ago, when I didn't anymore get the usual discount on diesel tank full. To my surprise, I was told that they really didn't offer such discount on diesel, but I have receipts on file showing that discounts were given on all my previous diesel tank fulls. I wish that someday they'd reconsider and apply the discount on fill ups for all types of fuel including diesel.

APW is one of the service stations in both my general home to work areas but is further away than all the others. However, APW is my go-to servo for consistently lower fuel prices and is open 24 hours. They also have a great automatic carwash facility with a choice of wash, polish and drying options, all for under $20 and the staff are friendly and helpful. APW also stocks a great variety of hot and cold food and drinks and commonly needed goods and their coffee is excellent! ☕

One of the cheapest petrol ⛽ stations in the West, often announced on the radio stations. Car wash, vacuum, firewood, ice, coffee, Quite a well stocked garage. Very friendly. Sometimes a little bit busy, why wouldn't it be the petrol is cheap. It's good petrol ⛽. This place is a must for filling up your car or truck. It is a reasonably price petrol station... with great fuel options and is very usually the cheapest fuel option around. You can buy drinks and food items from the store which is quite well stocked and other things as well. Basic supermarket items if you need to top up for home. I will go back here as I have never had problem with their fuel and the service is always genuine, straight forward and correct. The car wash can be problematic when you need to leave it. I sat there for 7 minutes today because all the cars queue across the exit and I couldn’t get out of the car wash. There were three others waiting to enter the car wash and they were forced to wait for me to get out of it. Please create some sort of ‘do not queue across’ area so that cars can exit the car wash in a timely and safe manner. Today was unsafe and frustrating.

Dear Team, while I absolutely like a lot about this place, I could see the Vacuum and the Fragrance kiosk is broken and has not been fixed for several months. I have gone there multiple time in the past 3 months and I always see the perfume knob broken and in another kiosk, there is even no nozzle for the Fragrance. It would be great if you can fix these kiosks immediately and help the customers.

Tried the premium fuel here and I had no issues with the fuel, their prices are always cheaper than the main players. Just be prepared they are always busy and generally a line up for fuel. They have multiple exits from their site which is good as it clears the traffic a little easier when you need to leave, also gives you the option to turn left or right onto gt western hey next to MacDonalds.

People need to watch out of amount/price/charges of items. If you do not look at the amount or price of the item you purchase at the till then there is a possibility to add extra amount, just random price which is higher price than you suppose to pay. I had very own experience this afternoon. May be the casher/person is new or doing purposely to the people whom they think that vulnerable.

Horrid customer service. I was a regular customer, until I had a car wash voucher that was expired by one day that they refused to honor. The guys wouldn't call his manager to get the ok and forced me to wait almost an hour with kids in the car to resolve it! A simple call would have fixed it and saved a lot of drama but the guy just didn't care. Shocking.

Have been to this place few times within this year since moving to wenty. The other day an arrogant manager blaming me for a mistake not done by myself in car wash made me to stop using this facility any more. Manager doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Greedy and arrogant as he was. Guys avoid this facility.

The fuel is cheap. The station is nice and new. The vacuums actually work and the car wash is German engineered and does a great job on my car. When the station is busy, it’s best to turn down the side street and access the station this way, queuing off Great Western Highway can be dangerous.

Please be advised that after 10+ years of using the car wash at APW Wentworthville i was refused service yesterday because my car had OEM spec roof racks fitted. Poor communication to shift goalposts without informing customers. I will never shop there for fuel or other services again

Cheap fuel means very busy and no place to park... I had to quickly go to the toilet after filling up as there was no other option. It was quite cramped for space around the back and tricky to get a chance to fill up tyres without getting parked in!

Comparatively cheaper fuel rates and has all requirements covered for vehicle owners like (Automatic car wash, air check, vaccum machine, car freshner, coffee is good and a mini mall for all age groups to grab something while being on the run).

They always have the cheapest prices in the area. The long hoses are a neat and unique feature, too. Interior and exterior is kept clean. Staff are efficient. Plus, it's on the highway right next to McDonalds, so in a very convenient location.

APW car wash is the best in this area, I have compared it to shell and 7eleven stores. It is true value for the money you spend. I always fill the Fuel here, prices are always cheaper and never had any issues with my car, runs very smooth.
