별 1개도안까운 최악의 고객응대를 하는 여행사가되었군요. 대략6년이상 대한여행사 엘렌분을 시작으로 가장 좋아하는 홍혜인님외 김영아님까지 직원분들이 너무 신속,친절응대해주셔서 소개도 많이하고 회사 발전에 도움이되었으면 하는 1인으로서 광고아이디어도 가끔 제안하며 정말 만족스러운 서비스를 받았는데 왠일인지 몇달사이 예전분들은 온데간데없고 자꾸 휴가중이라고 언제올지는 모른다며 비행기표결항소식은 업뎃이안되서 공항에서8시간(인천공항-4시간,벤쿠버3시간반) 연결편구간 해결하느라 말도안되게 고생하며 기다리고, 항공사직원이 모니터로 확인해주며 말하길 손님개인 연락처나 이메일 기재란에 없어서 항공사측에선 노티스줄방법도 없었다고하며, 나중에 이를 개선하고자 연락했더니 책임전가 핑계만 늘어놓다가 한숨쉬며 짜증응대하는 정말 최악의 서비스를 받고 다시는 이용하지 않겠다고 다짐한날이네요. 매니저라는분 (미스최?미세스최? )이 고객응대기본이 정말 전혀 안되어있고 , 한국말로하는데 계속 우문현답:( 말을 일단 못알아들음. 매니저는 맞습니까? 여기 혹시 이제 없어지는 여행사인가요? 예전직원분들 돌아오기를 기다렸는데 이렇게 통화할때마다 스트레스받느니 다른 한분이라도 피해없길바라며 리뷰남깁니다. 저기요, 정신좀차리세요 최소한 말은 통해야, 공감할수 있어야 서비스직업에 종사해야하는거 아닙니까? 회사이미지를 최악으로 만들어놨네요. 다른리뷰들 지금와서보니 이제 이해야되네요. 매니저바꿔달랬더니 본인이 매니저라며 더 끔찍하게 응대를... 정말 통화녹음파일이라도 올리고싶네요. 다른여행사 많습니다 연락도안되고 콜백은 일주일걸리는곳, 책임전가하며 여행일정 팔로업 안해주는곳 무엇보다 손님응대 최악인곳 절대 비추입니다.

Too bad I can't give them 0 star. Extremely poor communication. No follow up. Ridiculous alter/cancellation policy. Higher price than Expedia. Just book with Expedia. For my searches, they charged me $300+ higher than Expedia for a round trip from Vancouver to Seoul with one carry-on bag. Where the Expedia ticket includes TWO carry-on bags!! That's more than $500 value difference. Now they are saying they need to charge $450 for cancellation/change. Even worse they will not return the difference in tickets, just store credit. All they claim is that it's the Airline policy. No. Don't use them. They are more less a scam.

No follow up and always telling me to wait. they told me a cheaper price and I was charged 160$ more than what they told me. I told them they charged me more and wont even consider to compensate. Everything they said was all a lie and the price is better to get it straight from korean air

Absolutely the BEST customer service out of all the Korean travel agencies in Canada. I have purchased Air Canada tickets from Daihan every year in the last 3 years and it has been always great experience. Ask for Renie! She is the best and she REALLY knows what customer service means.

terrible service, called to purchase a ticket and they told be they will call me after checking the price, no call back. by the time i called back the ticket price went up. i had to go though 3 different people to purchase a ticket. bad communication

Fast, accurate and helpful. I was worried about flying to korea during covid, but they made it easy for me by taking care of everything. Also my ticket (korean air) was cheaper than booking through korean air website so why not?

서비스 최악. 더 비싸게 이런 여행사에서 티켓 살 이유가 없음. 그냥 온라인에서 싸게 사는게 맘편함. 밴쿠버에서 티켓 사고 한국에서 밴쿠버 들어갈때 날짜 변경해야하는데 절대 연락 안받음. 진짜 최악의 여행사.

최악. 절대 여기 이용하지마세요. 기본적으로 연락이 안되고(답장 오는데 하루이틀 걸림) 커뮤니케이션도 잘안됨. 몇년째 여기서 티켓 샀는데, 다신 여기 이용 안합니다.

리턴일 변경으로 문의드렸는데 일주일이 지나도 답장 안하시고, 전화를 3번인가 했는데 계속 연락 주신다고 하시고 연락 안주네요. 앞으론 여기서 절대로 구매 안하려구요.
