I am beyond happy with my fusing glass classes! Wendy herself is very friendly, knowledgeable about her craft, and patient with new students - she has been very thorough in explaining everything to me! I really enjoyed our classes and coming over to her beautiful house/studio. The house itself is decorated with beautiful glass artwork, and is like candy for your eyes! Its very easy to be taught by Wendy, I find improvements in my art after every class, and get super excited before every class because she makes learning and creativity fun and accessible! She also has a wonderful assistant that is also very helpful if I ever have any questions! I highly recommend this studio and this gorgeous space to anyone who is interested in learning more about fusing glass techniques!

Amazing tucked away gem!! Unlike other galleries which feel a little exclusionary (everything in one medium or similar styles), this gallery has something for everyone. Each piece is charming in its own way, and everyone can find something they like here. The glass work is mind blowing, their fibre arts vary in type and price and style, their paintings also come in a variety of media. Definitely something around every corner! The staff is friendly and not pushy, a place I love to take guests who are visiting ottawa.

Steeped in the history of the neighborhood, this beautifully renovated hundred year old building houses the varied works of multiple local paint, glass & mixed media artists. Stop by to chat with the owners, have a coffee and take a moment to reflect on the displayed works or call ahead to reserve some time in the studio. Bonus: There is a microbrewery in the basement!

Just had the weirdest experience at this gallery. Came in with my boyfriend and girlfriend and the woman working did not engage at all. Not even a hello. Almost like we were an inconvenience. We were ready to buy some really neat art, changed our minds. Maybe she was having a bad day. Won’t be back, don’t recommend.

Reserving studio time here is such a nice way to spend an evening or few hours. I literally was feeling the stress of the week melt away during my reservation. Great atmosphere, coffee, people and paint time :) I am going to plan a ladies night here real soon. Love supporting local!

Beautiful art glass and jewellery from local artists. Also lovely paintings and sculptures. Staff/owner? very friendly and helpful. Bought here before for gifts but bought something for my self this time.

Wendy is lovely. Made a beautiful custom piece for our house. Had a great time making it. The gallery itself was also beautiful, lots of art made by local artists for sale.
