Trying to buy tickets for Nobuntu at the Meridian theatre but do not want continue because the Paciolan app tells me I already have an account (I don't with Paciolan but have bought shenkman tickets online previously with a different app) & when I tried to reset my password I received an email that my gmail marked "This message seems dangerous Similar messages were used to steal people's personal information. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments, or replying with personal information." Not worth taking a chance on this new app. I may go in person on the day and buy a physical ticket or then again maybe not -- it's a 40 minute drive one way.

We recently wanted to surprise our two kids with their first outing after a long two years, to see their favourite little teen pop band. We purchased the tickets on Sunday, were so excited but woke up on Monday to our eldest sick, followed by the entire family. I wrote immediately on Monday to the Centre to request a refund or credit for future show, after three days I was advised they would not provide either and recommended I pass along our $89 to friends or family. I am disappointed that such an organization would not make efforts to find a workable solution. I will not be frequenting their facility in the future, and will not recommend to our friends and family.

Seen the Motown Soul show last night. It was amazing! All the shows at this venue have been amazing. The seats are comfortable & there are no bad seats. The people that work here are friendly & helpful. Looking forward to our next show in December.

Have only been a few times, for art shows. The place where they've had them is wide enough to accomodate people with mobility devices (and social distancing), clean and well labeled. The elevators and washrooms are spacious enough to accommodate bigger people.

Saw Ryan Belleville last night, and he was very funny. He didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, the venue was not full. There needs to be more publicity to promote these events.

Lovettes were great.. Facility is high class... Still surprised how so few people wearing masks, given that all were over 60yrs old.. the fact that the theatre was 60 % empty shows reluctance by most people to attend large indoor activities...

One of the best Cultural hall in the city of Ottawa. Have been there multiple times and totally enjoyed the place, ambience and lighting. A special mention to their friendly and supportive staff members. Kudos to their good efforts

Cork and fork was a great experience. The Shenkman arts center is a beautiful place washrooms very clean again staff very friendly.

Very nice theatre see seats about 500 persons. Great acoustics, lots of leg room. Super clean, lots of (free) parking. Made for a very enjoyable experience. Been there at least 5 times.

Great facility, modern and wheel chair friendly.
