Scum bags. Constant false advertising. They list a product at one price and when you get to the cash it's a higher price. This has been happening for years there. It's not an accident, it's done in purpose. The manager is an ignorant crook. By law they have to give it to you at the price listed on the shelf, but laws don't apple to circle K. Workers are rude, constantly talking loud on their phone and basically annoyed whenever customers come in the shop. They hurry up and rush you out. Ignorant, can't speak english, don't know the laws, and completely rude and unprofessional. Today I brought a Cash for Life ticket back that you know I won $4 on, not alot but it's 4$. The asshat behind the counter that was fresh off the boat from Ind, over scratched the barcode so that it wouldn't scan and then didn't give me my money and basically told me to get out. This is the worst store in Ottawa.

King is the absolute worse cashier I've ever had to deal with. There were deals 3 for 7 and by one get one free and he charged us and when we came back for a refund price adjustment he absolutely refused and would argue. He can't do basic match calling the price difference "tax" when no... it's a whole other item!. Over charged us over 10$. Only reason for the refund is because we got very upset. What an idiot of a person!

Was asked if I was going to pay when I had wallet and cash in hand. When I state well if I wasn't ,why would I have wallet and cash in hand?! She tells me well hurry up your to slow. Honestly lady, check the prescription on your bifocals! All in all usually a good quick stop shop. Although there might be truth to the mask comments. Pandemic aside, who cares when your customer etiquette is crapiola.

This is a very poorly run store. Staff is rude. There are mice in the store. I bought bread and found it was eaten by mice and still being sold. The owner is doing NOTHING about this. Be careful when you shop there. Check what you buy. Please.

The surliest staff who have no care for customer satisfaction. They have a decent selection of snacks in a pinch and are open late in case you needs basics (milk, toothpaste, etc.) and what feels like the only cash machine in Hintonburg.

The roof was leaking, there were brown drips on some of the merchandise, and my daughter saw a mouse running around. When we got home we found what looked like mouse bites through the package of twizzlers she bought.

Place is ok. One staff member refuses to wear her mask correctly, if at all. And has been seen aggressively fighting with her boss behind the counter. If she's not there, 5/5. Unfortunately she is.

Is supposed to be open 24 hours, when I went at 6:30 in the morning the lights were on and the guy was sitting behind the counter with his feet up playing on his phone with the doors locked

Bought a bag of chips and realised a mouse had eaten through it AFTER I already snacked on some also the last time I had a slushy it tasted like mold …

Consistently rude service. Not helpful at all. Have seen mice several times. Pay attention to displayed prices and what gets charged.

Store is well stocked with snacks, beverages, lottery ticket counter and an any sized coffee for $1.69! (Not Bad)

I recommend to my friends and family because I like to shop her all time. Thank you
