I have spent 3 hours in a queue to buy the gift card when it is on promotion this morning. But you know what? After 3 hours of waiting, the customer service staff cut the line of 200 into half, saying that the gift card would be sold out at that point and everyone behind should leave. Can you imagine the frustration of us, who waited in line for 3 hours? We argued with one of the customer service (which seems to be the most senior one on duty), Catherine, asking for compensation like a ticket to buy a gift card tomorrow. But Catherine responded by calling the security and police! What a customer service!

This mall is quite large. In a good location lots of parking. Has a good selection of stores. The issues; the food court can be extremely cramped and messy. Its not maintained nearly as well as lets say st vital. It also has an issue with people running through it stealing, breaking stuff and security not being able to keep up. Otherwise, its not terrible. Store selection is very good.

Polo Park food court is very convenient, fairly priced and has a plethora of delicious Goods. I almost feel like I should take off a star because it's too enticing for someone like me who doesn't like to do dishes. But on second thoughts maybe I wish I could add a star for that.

Excellent shopping complex at the heart of the city of Winnipeg, it has got stops for all the majority of buses plying across the city. The parking space is massive with huge options for shopping and public events like ride for Dad etc

Mall has become different over years, with stores leaving. Bathroom specially the one in the food court reeks of urine, the other bathrooms also need to be maintained better. Otherwise is one of the best mall in Winnipeg today

This time, we had a great experience at PF.Changs. I still wonder how they make that Mongolian beef so tender. Huge thank you to the chef. Our server was very polite and friendly. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere …

Got a cold cut wrap at Subway and bacon double cheese at NY Fries. All styles of fries should automatically come with gravy. I had to go back and but a gravy, SON PF A BEEOTCH.

Improvements being made every year. Happy to see it has been attracting higher end retail that were once reserved for Vancouver and Toronto. Enjoy our shopping trips here.
