This is the worst setup of any Bunnings store ever. Half the stuff you want is at one shop, half is at the other. Special orders are now done through 2 sites, and neither of them communicate. Save yourself the hassle and drive to highway hardware in Blaxland or just go to mitre 10 at Katoomba, it will be quicker in the long run because you won't be stuffed around, and you'll end up getting what you need.

Whilst still a new set up they have moved all of the timber/lumber and associated materials from the main Bunnings over the road. This will allow both sites to expand and have a larger stock selection; however, you will now have to visit two stores instead of one. I would recommend Bunnings Valley Heights as they generalky have what you need and the staff are friendly.

This new timber section of Bunnings Valley Heights, is so much easier to get in & out of compared to before. A lot more stock. And the staff are extremely helpful & friendly. They know their stuff to give good advice, especially John. If you need timber for reno's definitely go see the team at Bunnings Valley Heights Timber.
