What a most unhappy experience I've had at this store. As I was leaving the checkouts a young worker demanded to view my receipt. I told her that my wife had it, and indicated she was at the service desk dealing with a problem. "Who served you?" she demanded rudely. I pointed out the young man who had checked us out. "Hey Rodrigo, did you serve this guy?" she yelled out to the closest checkout operator who was 10 metres away. I interuppted her and told her it wasn't him, it was the other guy. "That's a girl," she snidely replied, pointing to Rodrigo's next door cashier. No, I said, it was the gentleman at the end. It was obviously too far for her to yell, so she pointed to me and said "wait here." She didn't make a move to talk to the checkout operator who served me but turned around and started faffing with something on her little desk. Not wanting to block the path of other customers I started to move to the side. The young lady heatedly reprimanded me. "I said wait here!" I held up my hand and said "Don't worry, I'm not going to leave" as I moved two metres away. I felt so humiliated. When my wife and elderly mother rejoined me after being served at the service desk (ironically, because Bunnings had overcharged for one of my elderly mother's items and she was getting a refund) we made for the exit. Even though I didn't check I believed the young girl was satisfied as we were allowed to go down the escalator without challenge. I was wrong. When we got to the store exit we were accosted by a different staff member who had been radioed ahead. "The young girl at the top says you don't have a receipt." My wife pulled out the receipt to show him, we'd bought $500 worth of goods, all accounted for. I kept walking with our trolley but the staff member called me back, I suppose to check each item was accounted and paid for. I returned and asked if he was accusing us of being thieves. He replied "no", but he was looking at us suspiciously. I was so upset by this stage. I am not a thief, my wife is not a thief, and my 90 year old mother is not a thief. We paid for our goods, we produced our receipts, we are just normal everyday customers. Yet from the moment I was challenged by the young woman manning the door I was made to feel like someone who was there to cheat Bunnings, not support them. Right now I still have a horrible feeling inside. I know they need to prevent theft but the girl was so rude and accusatory I was made to feel like a piece of dirt. I recommend anyone planning on visiting this Bunnings store to think twice. I have never been treated shabbily as I was at Chatswood at the Belrose, Warringah Mall or Narrabeen stores. I see by the negative reviews here that may people have had problems with Bunnings Chatswood staff.

Went to my closest Bunnings (Artarmon) on the weekend to buy ducted A/C filter mat as advertised on the Bunnings website. A staff member advised they didn't stock it at Artarmon but confirmed on their system that there were 10 or so available at Chatswood. Went to the Chatswood store, walked around upstairs for a while to find a staff member. There appeared to be only two covering all of electrical through to paint. Waited behind a couple of other customers to talk to the guy in electrical. His first response was the (now somewhat familiar) "I don't normally work in this area". But he found the box I was after, only to find all it contained was two random pieces of pvc piping. He checked the system, saw that there should be that item in Chatswood but then advised they must still be in the warehouse, that no one works in the warehouse on the weekend and it's too disorganised for him to go in there. I was nearby a few days later and went back to the electrical department. Still no stock on the shelves. Spoke to another staff member who confirmed their system was showing the items as being in stock but he also said that if stock has been ordered and invoiced by the supplier, the system will show it as in stock, with nothing to indicate if has actually arrived and in the warehouse or out on the floor. He took my details and committed to call when it was available. I didn't receive a call in the next couple of days so I rang the local Thrifty Link - they had the item for $1 or so cheaper. Poor, poor service Bunnings.

I called ahead to see if they had a product, was hung up on by tools section after waiting on hold for 18 minutes. I went there anyway and asked about the product, the guy proceeded to tell me they had none, I asked could he check the stock and bluntly said he had already checked twice before for other customers. He passed me on to another assistant to see about stock at Artarmon, he wasn't listening to my requests and I had to repeat myself 5 times, I had to look the item up myself to give him the I/N number. Attitude was horrible in this section. I walked out very frustrated. I immediately called Artarmon, they picked up after one ring, were honest and told me they had none, so I went to a higher model and bought it click and collect, thanks to a much nicer attitude towards customer service in Artarmon. Chatswood tools section... pick up your game.

It's either great or simply appalling! Locating items can be a real chore with the elusive assistants only able to give you an asile number which can cover a awful lot of items. The hire section can be wryly amusing with every one denying they had a panel lifter for hire until I gave them the item number. Even then there was plenty if head scratching to find a still partly assembled lifter which in a state which was neither usable or loadable. Early morning can be a hit or miss affair with self serve checkout closed and one slow moving staff member on the registers. The rest (and there are plenty) clearly have more important roles. For bigger purchases shop around - better items at the same or even lower prices are often available (Aldi, eBay etc ) and delivery cheap and convenient.

I was waiting in line to return something I bought with PowerPass. The girl working must have thought I didn’t speak English or something. The person in front of me was also returning something he bought with PowerPass. She scanned his PowerPass card and the return was done within 30 seconds. When it comes my turn, she tells me scanning my PowerPass card is not enough. I need to pull up my receipt on my PowerPass app. Clearly, if I have a PowerPass account, I am a regular at Bunnings. I have done returns before. I was told it was a new policy that started a few weeks ago. I’ve done a couple returns within that time. No one else asked me to pull up my receipt from my app. A policy is not a policy when it is selective.

Bunnings Chatswood were good pre-Covid, But since then, it's downhill. If you need help, in the upper level, good luck. They also lost a lot of staff that are I believe ex trades that knows what they are selling. And talking about staff, not enough of them. Inventory are inaccurate and the displays are so disorganised (comparing to Artarmon). I usually check the app for stock before coming to Chatswood Bunnings, and a lot of times it's out of stock. Try to buy an electrical cable. You have to find someone to help you from the paint department or from help desk, then they page the person who can help you and ask you to wait. Ten or so minutes later... And so on.

Had the best customer service today at Bunnings Chatswood. Dennis in plumbing went above and beyond to help me. I was initially talking to Pat on the phone about a product for Mum and he was so helpful and patient with me. I then met both Pat & Dennis in store and they were just so helpful, warm and friendly. I had the sausage sizzle which the sauce landed on my top. I said to Pat all I need is a coffee and then breakfast is done. Pat told me about the cafe in Bunnings. India served me a great coffee and she was absolutely lovely. I had to go back in the again in the afternoon and saw Dennis who was again so helpful. Thank you so much for your great service.

I have purchased Swap n Go Gas bottle exchanges at Bunnings now for some time. The meter on the side of my BBQ gives an estimate of gas amount used based on decrease in total weight. The last few times I have exchanged at Bunnings Chatswood I have been given old very heavy repainted bottles that are also heavily corroded. I am not confident that the gas in liquid form is being measured accurately, as one bottle recently did not last very long. Take a look at the pictures of the corrosion on the latest bottle as attached. Bunnings need to lift their act by ensuring Swap n Go bottles are consistent and not heavily corroded.

Want to place an order for a door and chose the accessories, we waited for 20 mins downstairs and literally nobody was around to help us. We went upstairs to the special order, and the guy said someone would be downstairs with us in a minute to help us. We waited for another 15 mins downstairs and just NOBODY was there. We asked another staff who was not professional at doors, and he helped us call the same staff to come and help us. We wasted 40 mins and went home. It's not the first time. I think Bunnings should really consider placing more staff helping out customers instead of placing them at check outs.

  • _AlphaReturns_

lowest prices are jsut the beginning is not a very good slogan because it means that the prices are at its lowest, meaning that after the beginning the prices will get higher?? yor marketing department needs to lern engrish more because this is unaccept. i myself, english skolar from university of and i think this is very irony and hypocrite? sometimes but owest price is just begin is mislead and i evidence the price increase but not inflation maybe but this is me exprience

3.7 - Typical Bunnings Store - I hadn't been here for ages. It has a much smaller plant/outdoor gardening area than Gladesville Bunnings but some more unique pots. There's also more of the showpieces for kitchens and bathrooms. Lots more people seemed to be visiting this store. Close to a bunch of other related nearby stores such as the Good Guys, a Sofa Store, Anaconda, Storage King and even a Kids Club so you can drop off those young ones and tend to the things you need to do!

  • Barry Davidson

Like most Bunnings stores in Sydney, the service was inconsistent and some shop keepers were not knowledgeable at all. Sometimes there were not enough shop keepers and I had to walk around and around trying to locate one just to ask one simple question, then had to wait as there were a few other customers there waiting already, so could b every frustrating. Their items were relatively cheaper than other hardware stores but not always so, so need to be cautious of their ads.

  • Salman Kidi

I would say the Customer Service is exceptional and the team is very polite, helpful and happy. It was a long day for Richard however he was very helpful. He helped me with few questions in relation to weed removal. Suggested me on how to deal with it and also guided me few other equipments I needed for my lawn. The girl at the service desk was very accommodating and greeted us. I would say, one of the far best experience I have had with Bunnings. Thank you Sal

  • Lin

Big thanks to Nathan from Chatswood for his excellent customer service. I purchased an item for click and collect from Gladesville only to be told via text message “sorry we are out of stock. We’ve cancelled your item.” No details about how or when I would get my refund. Contacted Bunnings and spoke to Nathan who went and searched for the item and put it aside for me. He also advised me of next steps to obtain my refund. Nice and simple. Thanks again.

Anything small or big, either for your schoo,l office projects or your home you can get anything and everything here in one place. Staffs are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometime you can't find any one to help you when you need one because they are busy assisting someone like you, so have patience. Great place for young families as well specially on the weekends with Sausage Sizzles, face paintings for little ones, free balloons and give away etc. All good ...

  • Daniel Kondora

We wanted to buy a 18v ryobi brad nailer kit with price match. Our 4 other friends of us used the same price match ( same product, same matched price) at 5 other bunnings nearby ( belrose, balgowlah, warringah etc) all was working. Other bunnings accepted that. They said this bunnings dont do this price match. Rude and disgusting costumer service. Very disappointed. No more shopping in this bunnings.im gonna recommend to my friends to forget this bunnings.

  • Milo Kostadinovikj

Not bad. I know there's plenty of items, but staff could be a bit more informed and knowledgeable about some of the products or product categories. Only a handful of them actually know what they sell and can give you good suggestion when you're looking for something. It has happened to ask for a product, got told they don't have it or don't have a substitute, and then after a long search I find it myself on their shelves. Not bad overall, just that bit.

  • Alex Zajicek

Overall, a solid experience at this builders store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, assisting me in finding the right materials for my project. The store had a wide selection, but organization could be improved. Prices were fair, though some items seemed slightly overpriced. Checkout was smooth, but the waiting time was a bit long. Despite these minor flaws, I appreciate the convenience and helpfulness of the store.

  • Abby McCutcheon

PLEASE READ: lots of people don't know that if you go onto the website and click on a product it will tell you which aisle and bay to find that product in your store. Really friendly and helpful staff and good quality products. Dog friendly but they must be carried or put in a trolley (they provide dog mats for the trolleys) There was a petting zoo there one time I went and there are sausage sizzles on Saturdays.

  • Blue Yonder

Beware if using their liquid pool chlorine, the quality is very questionable. Have had one that looked like milk & didn’t smell like chlorine & it’s replacement while clear also doesn’t have the usual smell of chlorine. No wonder it’s not making a difference to the pool water. Time Bunnings had a word with their chlorine supplier! I’ve going to avoid it. I can get plain water out of the tap!

  • C Steele

The playground here is great if you have the kids, some spare time, and feel like having a coffee and to just sit and watch them entertain themselves. This is a medium - large sized 2 storey Bunnings with a good variety of stock, and friendly staff. Ranging from fresh out of high school to experienced gardeners, ex - tradies and Jack of all trades. Can get extremely busy on weekends though.

  • Mic Millist

Every Time I visit this store I'm greeted with a warm smile and EVERY employee treats the customers with respect. This store is well laid out and I find their website is up to date as well. Some other stores show on the website that there is a product in stock but when you get there there is no stock. Not so this store as their site is always up to date and it is a pleasure to shop here.

  • Steve Thomas

its interesting how people have preferences with different Bunnings outlets! I find the staff at this store so very disinterested and rude on a number of visits, so much so I will never return here. The service is so unlike any other of the dozen or so other outlets in city and country regions I have been to which are just like the television commercial, this one drops the pass for me.

  • Jamie Leitch

Good Bunnings Car park is good Trade pick up is a disaster I don’t bother it’s only one lane and have to wait for people to leave. Good array of products has most things you need and don’t need but buy lol Don’t really like that it’s 2 levels as I always have to go upstairs for plumbing and silicon Other than that staff seem friendly Still love my local gladesville Bunnings

  • Matthew Chivers

I live equidistant from 4 Bunnings but if I have a hardware issue or problem I'm not sure how to sort out, this is the one I choose. It's the biggest and and has a huge range with lots of stock of every item. I usually go in with one idea and come out with a much simpler solution forgetting that somebody has had the same issue before me and designed a product that sorts it.

  • Em

Came here last year when the pandemic wasn't so much of a struggle, came for a plunger and some clothesline pegs, as well as looking at the BBQs and the plant section. Staff were very friendly and helped me find what I needed, aisles were well-organised and tidy and everything went smoothly. Once COVID blows over, I'd definitely recommend visiting for your hardware needs!

  • sound chs

Not the closest Bunnings to where I live but went to the Chatswood store as the product I wanted was in stock. Staff member confirmed they had it, pointed in the direction I needed to go and said “good luck finding it”. Spent about 20 minutes looking. Couldn’t find it and was then not assisted by staff. Left without it and have decided to spend my money elsewhere.

  • Nicholas Parkinson-Bates

I used click and collect having been informed item ready went to the counter Yong man very helpful but was working in a dark area no light and the planning of buying item at bunnings was poor. The item was not thier and had to wait 10min. Bunnings need to better look after their staff I felt very sorry for this person and they need to work on this service model.

  • Julianna Ku

I experienced great service over the phone from Liam. After calling the Artarmon store to figure out whether I would exchange my oxygen gas bottle there or if there were any other locations that I could I was told I need to call each store myself. So I called Chatswood where Liam checked and listed all the stores I was able to do so! Thank you for your help!

  • betyar111

Two young men Joe and Louis, extremely helpful. went the extra mile with a smile on their face and a delightful manner. Joe loaded our car after a timber purchase and returned our trolley (we are older) which was appreciated. Shame the other staff who are our vintage, do not attend to customers with the same enthusiasm, attitude and cheerful disposition.

  • Ethan O'Leary

It was amazing! They may be said to be just a hardware store but they have more than that to it. An in-store cafè with a playground to keep the kids occupied, a gardening section with all the necessary items and plus, everything that you might need for almost all types of hardware. They also have amazing prices and many deals. Bunnings for the win!

  • Sigrid B

Helpful staff who always try their hardest to assist you. Dogs are allowed but they must have a muzzle or be sitted in the trolley (they do provide mats to sit on). The prices are affordable and perfect for anyone who is doing some DIY's in the kitchen or outdoors. They have 2 levels with an escalator and lift. Large variety of paints.

  • Ujeen P

Staffs are friendly and great customer service. Also, great variety of products like handy appliances and more so. It a beautiful place to visit and spend an hour or two to shop with friends or family, even for children - there is a play area for kids. Although its not close to the chatswood station but still worth to visit here.

  • Andrés López-Varela

The staff are what make the difference here. Bunnings has great staff at all of its stores, but the ones here are particularly helpful, articulate and patient. Always happy to answer your questions and spend time with you, it's a good place to come if you're not quite sure what you need or how to do something around the house.

  • Googie

Are you able to extend the width of the footpath on Smith Street please? Tarnishes the Bunnings experience when I can't get to/from work. Cars often park hanging over the path and customer's often dump their trolleys here too. Today was a double whammy. You get 3 stars for variety instore. Lose 2 stars due to cars/trolleys.

  • Noone Here

I purchased two 4 tonne car jacks but one was defective so had to drive back and swap it. Grout that I needed was out of stock. Ryobi batteries that I needed are out of stock. That's what happens when most of their stock is made and sourced from cheap labour countries. How about stocking some locally made quality product?

  • S. McMahon

Very clean and well organised business which appears to have recently opened in the last year. The team look after the store very well and are quite knowledgeable. The store is quite large with two levels of products to select from, also has a cafe inside. Parking relatively easy to find a car park quickly underground.

  • Matthew Wai

Spoke to three gentlemen (Lube, Jacob and James) with three different issues with my lawn mower. Without going into details, they did not only help me with their kindest attitude but also resolved all my problems without any hassles. Highly recommend this store knowing these great people are there serving the public!

  • Rachel Reyes

Massive store that has everything you need but has no customer service. Just girls in shorts with long eye lashes that have no dues about tools or accessories. They are really good at checking your receipt. So that’s good I guess. Would be nice if they had knowledgeable staff. Let me guess they are off due to COVID

  • David H

This is a shopping heaven for men! Wives, tell your husbands to stay away. They have made a lot money out of me. Amazing place! Their nursery could be a little more professional, since they never called me back about plant availabilities. Maybe it is a good thing, because I spend less money if they do not follow up

  • Kriz G

This was my first time visiting Bunnings Chatswood and I loved it for the following reasons: 1. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. 2. Very clean. 3. Everything is well organized. I found what I was looking for in a matter of few minutes. 4. All the specials are carefully placed so that you won't miss it out

  • Angelina Anderson

Love this Bunnings. My go to and has everything . The store is huge and the staff are so lovely . I do believe that Bunnings staff are by far the nicest and most helpful staff compared to all other retail chains . Loads of parking and don’t forget to get a sausage sizzle on the way out !

  • Miki Clarke

Has all the standard things you'll expect to find in a Bunnings but the split level thing can mean you can be looking around a bit longer than usual. The staff are very helpful though although I thought it was weird that the kitchen section wasn't next to the kitchen accessories section.

  • Chi Tung

The plumbing section guy is quite grumpy and not helpful. He said too hard and didn't bother to listen to the question. I went to Ashfield store. The man there answered it simply without thinking in less than a second. I noticed he was the same with other customers, quite negative.

  • Graeme John

Bit of a weird Bunnings as it’s split in 2 levels opposed to being the large spread out wharehouse style most Bunnings are. At the same time you can pretty much get all you want from here. Staff always friendly. I’ve not had the sausage sizzle here so can not comment on the food.

  • Rooftop Escape campers

Great store, the staff hear are very helpful . This store has two levels and has a huge rage or product available but has limited timber supplies. Take note if you require things to be cut bring your own saw and your allowed to cut it up yourself in the upper level timber yard.

  • Evans un

Good range of products. Great Service , the staff was well prepared and informed. I can say that there was a lot of customers today asking questions and in need of guidance but every staff members on the floor/teller helped everyone to find what they were looking for.

  • A L

Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled Click and Collect time. After being given multiple wrong items after multiple attempts, I’m leaving empty handed after 40 minutes of waiting for the Bunnings staff to get my order correct. A very bad Click and Collect experience.

  • Calvin

Either racist or incompetent staff. We were refused entry as an Asian couple and told no pairs, as we watched multiple other caucasian couples and even a young family go right in. Whoever is working at the door today is either racist or incompetent. Do better please.

  • Matt Norman

Pretty good Bunnings... however it's 2 levels and the escalator is slow and parking can be a little tricky on the weekends. Sometimes the side entrance is Closed due to the virus. There is always stock for the popular items though, so overall a positive experience.

  • B Woodsford

If you are going to insist on a rule where dogs have to be muzzled or on a trolley please make it consistent. 1 minute after being told I couldn’t bring my German Shepherd in another dog and owner literally walked past already in the store….no muzzle, no trolley.

  • Sharon Stone

Inexperienced staff that isn't sure about the products they have. (They do have a lot though) The store has enough produce and stock, there are plenty of deals highlighted and available. To my taste a little chaotic but they do have about everything you need!

  • Andrew H

Good range. Every now and again there are stock issues (shelves a mess, items in wrong spots), but that is likely due to selfish customers. Sometimes have to go searching for staff when looking for items. Service at returns/trade desk generally outstanding.

  • Parry

No comment, Just see the attached photos. In Covid restrictions we lined up for 50 min to get the order we already booked a time for pick up. Everybody is pretty upset and angry. Short staff, unorganized, messy. Sunday between 8-9 am. Bunnings Chatswood.

  • jackfields jack

Do not order online in Bunnings Chatswood. Online availablity is guaranteed that not updated. Customer service is misleading informed me that refunds takes 3 days but actually it takes 2 weeks. I order item in Wollongong and delivery comes in 2 days.

  • Sascha Cernava

As always in every Bunnings store very friendly staff, everytime they can tell you in which aisle you have to search for your staff and giving great advice to your project. Also helping you to choose a great deal or suitable tools. Live you guys!!!

  • Paul Chua

One of the larger Bunnings I've been to - which means you can almost find anything you need and likely to be in stock too. Plenty of parking, and it's right next to Anaconda, Supercheap Auto and more - which makes it a good location for shopping.

  • Sarah Ansari

Got some stackable & wheely storage bins, some baskets, variety of removable adhesive hooks, bath mats, house plants, plant pots, moisture absorbing beads and cleaning products and it was good to get all these under one roof and at a good price!

  • Chris Hayes

First time I'd been to the Chatswood store, helpful, friendly staff, managed to get what I needed, that doesn't always happen. Someone needs to explain to the Lion's Club people that a sandwich has a slice of bread on each side of the sausage.

  • Bita Memari

Quite literally went in there for 2 minutes to return something and comeback out and a few of the staff asked if I needed help and I got a hello and a bye once I went in and left. Was not annoying, Infact I was very happy with the training

  • Matthew Brescia

Great store. Very large and easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Veey large carpark with multiple levels of under cover parking. However the staff were not very friendly making the experience not as good as it could have been.

  • Krish

Pretty big compared to some of the others around. Helpful staff. Two levels with enough stock of everything you might need for your diy needs. I mostly go just for the snags on Sunday and walk around spending money on things that I don't

  • steve axisa

Not your average store. Multi levels to find what your looking for. Bunnings is big enough and with electrical upstairs and other stuff downstairs you really need help to shop here as its a completely different layout to other bunnings.

  • R L

Staff and store leave a lot to be desired, that is if you can find one. there's been more available at Artarmon, which is a 1/4 store. Some products being sold not what's in packet, advertised as 1, loaded with something else.

  • Khang

Great range, with super low prices. The staff are super friendly and the return policy is quite good. Even if you miss something in your return, such as a screw in a screw packet, you can still return it for a full refund.

  • Beau Vella

While the range and everything is always great, I've really found that the customer service here is what really shines, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really easy to find someone to help out if any queries.

  • Bren Bugner

None and big Bunnings. Can be a little difficult to work out the Isles since they're spread over two floors, but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Good car park and easy to access with a trolley as well

  • Stu Hasic

It's a two storey Bunnings. What's not to love? Although, as a Bunnings, the location of everything is very different to a regular store. Often makes no sense and you have to walk a lot more trying to find things.

  • Alexandra Percy

Altho the aisles are well laid out it is still confusing at times 2 locate the items I'm searching for, so hence the action is time consuming for me. Must say the staff are helpful & respectful on most occasions.

  • Jane in OZ

Renovating an investment property it was good to get materials from the one shop. Staff knew their products but found it helpful to know what you want before you go in too. Their isle knowledge was exceptional.

  • C W

There is an Ex-South African who works in the tools section, Damien - who was extremely helpful and efficient and took an interest in my questions. Thank you for your service Damien, it is much appreciated!

  • yz wu

I walked in the shop, trying to find equipments for cleaning drain water pipe, People working their is very kind and helpful.Especially Dennis, who gives me very professional idea.Definitely come back again!

  • Dev

This is a big Bunnings with two levels. Normally item out of stock in other stores can be found in this store. Plenty of parking. On the negative side I found the store person on the upper level very rude.

  • Belinda Lawler

Big shout out to Taylor and team from click and collect Chatswood who helped me move over 40 boxes of tiles at short notice. Saved my bacon working in w tradies times and I’m very grateful. …

  • Richard Chang

Great Bunnings with 2 levels so generally I'm able to find everything I need. Store specials are great for picking up the odd bargain too. Only problem is that they're a little short staffed at times.

  • Peter Urbanec

This store often seems to be out of stock for items I need. Some staff are knowledgeable, most are helpful, but there are also a few that only seem to increase headcount without adding any real value.

  • TD QBOH

Bought 220kg of pool salt there. Augus gave me suggestions for parking and helped me lifting the bags of salt to my car boot. Other staff are also friendly. Customer service is over my expectation.

  • Nigel Bacon

yesterday went to get some help with a padlock , the welcoming staff member was helpful and had a sense of humour .Big Peter was brilliant and solved my problem , every one very friendly and kind!

  • Jez Mendoza

Little recognition of your presence and absolute minimum effort to offer assistance. You really need to look for staff and chase them down for help. And then they ask you for an item number!

  • Greg Buckley

Bunnings is always good .... this one is big so no problem finding what you're looking for. But have to say on this occasion the price was a bit high so gave it a miss on the storage boxes

  • Wendy Chan

Dennis was extremely helpful with advice on how to fix a plumbing issue on Sunday night, half an hour before closing. He gave us all the information we needed to fix our kitchen sink.

  • Alex

Put on more staff please. No one was around to tell me where to find stuff in your huge place and slow check out. I want well qualified staff who can offer advice, not harried teens.

  • TheSaviour

Small trade area, not really suitable for anything other than weekend diy'er. Not very clear on how to get into the trade area by vehicle, also have no saw to cut material for you.

Lots of easy parking. Huge store. Had things other Bunnings didn’t have. Staff were keen to help but not as able to help as other Bunnings I’ve been to. Overall above average tho.

thousands products, you always can find the things you need. But key cutting skill need to be improved. I went there 2 times with 2 different keys, none of them are working.

Great service and selection. Pricing okay. The tool section is always great. Makita is my preferred brand. Good selection of tool and storage boxes for trades peoples.

Very helpful female assistant ‘rebecca’ in the gardening section helped me select the correct whopper snipper for my size and strength. Highly recommend.

For anything to build, renovate, repair, many more - Bunnings is the place to be in. Every thing under one roof. So easy to locate. Pleasure to visit....

Best Bunnings ever. Plentiful stock and parking while not having to walk miles to get into the shop from the carpark. I prefer it over my local Bunnings.

Gigantic Bunnings store. Helpful staff and a huge range of hardware products. Reasonable prices. I bought cleaning supplies and am very happy with them.

Had exactly what I wanted, heaps of parking. But I always check on line that the stock is there, which is perfect. Never waste a trip. Good hours too.

Very, very bad delivery. They don't care about time at all, I've been at home since morning, my order should have finally arrived by twelve o'clock.

  • Lorelei Reyes

My family always comes here whenever we need stuff. It literally has everything and the staff are really friendly! The prices are good too

5 stars always for Bunnings.. Chatswood doesn't seem to have many loan trailers but Artarmon does... apart from that Chatswood is great.

  • Mitch Australia

Massive store…. Should be able to find what you need. Staff were very helpful and even pointed us to the correct area within the store.

A lot of mess in the aisles, full of abandoned staff carts with stock, stock laying on the floor, making it impossible to move through.

Great selection, good prices, generally great customer service. The place to go & plan all your DIY dreams Whoesn't love Bunnings!?

  • Roslyn Burgess

Thanks Tim in the paint department for for help today, friendly and knowledgeable you're a credit to Bunnings. Much appreciated!

  • Dave Millar

Larger than Artarmon and pretty easy to get to and park. Well laid out and with the option to order anything that isn’t there.

There are Bunnings and then there are really good Bunnings. This one really has everything plus knowledgeable staff.
