Worst experience of buying.. I had booked and paid via zip for a Fisher paykel washer dryer on 14th May. As per the advertisment by binglee it says delivery tomorrow. But after making the payment the sale representative Mr. Bill said that the delivery will be done after 1 or 2 weeks. Which was not informed to me before the payment. but still I was okay to wait. Its already been 3 weeks and the Manager (Keith) came to a conclusion of sending me another Bosch washer dryer to use, so meanwhile bingle can arrange my fisher paykel machine. The manager was really good and calm at the start, he tried to resolve and help me out. But now today they send the delivery of the alternate machine with another $1600 bill for machine and airfryer(I was suppsoe to pay only for airfryer),which was a confusion between the delivery guys and binglee sales. Manager is not at all ready to come on the phone and nor the front desk talk good. When I called the store Mr. Bill did not allow me to speak he kept saying 'I dont know talk to manager and the manager is on leave'. It was so annoying that he did not allow me to speak and I had to ask him to shut up for a second so I can speak. But he hung up on me and when I called again, he hung up twice. This made me more irritated and mentaly harassed. This is the worst customer service i have ever came across. That the sale person is so rude, talk loudly and gives false information. Than I get a called and spoke to the sales front desk and had to explain evrything again. And they promised me that I will get the delivery tomorrow. so I made full payment of the air fryer using my credit car so that nothing delays. Now i have edited this review today again on 12th June 4 weeks from my receipt purchase date and still have not received my delivery and thr manager keith is still not answering to my calls. I have made consumer and human rights complaint against this store and their way of dealing. As I have all the proof of records to prove there behaviour. As the reception front desk girls are rude and not at all helpful they kept me om hold for 20- 25 mints just for the sake of fun. But I want to make sure that such sales people should be taken care of false promises and should respect the customer.

Only gets two stars because the gentleman who works at the entrance always greets with a smile no matter what say my wife and I go there. If not for him, it's be zero stars. We have come there to buy many things over the years just because of decent prices and it's more convenient to go in person than to order online and wait for a delivery generally. However, the last time we went, the service was terrible. We just wanted to buy a toaster. When we walked in, there were 4 staff just having a chat, and we needed help finding a box of a new one to buy that day. I waited at the edge of that 4 person circle until someone would notice. Ok, fine, I had to cough my way into the group. Didn't mind that, maybe they were on break or something and I didn't mind waiting a bit longer. Finally one of them noticed and helped. I pointed him to the shelf model and asked him if we could get one of those. He looked around , couldn't find one, then said he'd be right back. When he came back , conversation went like this : "We don't have any more." And he started walking away. "Um.. but I'd like to buy one. Can I like, order one in or something?" "Uh, yes, you can order one. " "Ok. So... How do I do that?" "Well , it depends on whether we have one in another store or not." "...ok?... So.... What do I have to do ?" The whole exchange was only a few seconds probably, and I am paraphrasing. Maybe he had a other customer who wanted to buy something more expensive than a toaster. Ok, fine, I get it. But this guy was really not interested in helping me buy a toaster. There are better ways that a shop can handle things when a customer comes in and wants to spend hard earned cash.

Bad service from Bing Lee. They only show you welcome when buying. After that, they tried to be away if any problem with the delivery and product. Last month, I bought LG Refridge - GB-455PL. When I found a damage, ask them why it is damaged and why I didn't see the package box. No answer. Later on I found it is a fault refridge. The noisy sound every time when compressor start to run. I can even hear it in my bedroom. Bad sleep since then. The issue was kicked like a ball in LG. BingLee just push it to LG. No responsible for customer. --18/11/2020 To binglee owner, Thanks for the reply. But I contacted you for a long time. Even more emails to LG, no response --23/11/2020. After 5 days, no any action from BingLee. The reply from BingLee looks funny and cheating. It is the way that BingLee do the customer service. The lessons I learnt from this, never bought from BingLess as no quality assurance and responsible for his customer. Never bought LG refridge, it is very noisy and it is a grey area. LG said no noise measure in their product design. They forget there is environment protection law here. The noise is not just in the beginning of compressor start to run but in the period of running. I already lodge a case in FairTrading to again BingLee and LG. Will fight to the end. --16/12/2020. BingLee no response to FairTrading. What is the good team that ignore anyone's request, even a government organization. "NSW Fair Trading has notified the trader of the issues raised and all attempts to obtain a response have been unsuccessful. " .. This will not the end. UNRESPONSIBLE SELLER.

I returned a soundbar last Sunday and refund was approved by store manager David. Later that afternoon I received a call from a man named Keith who questioned me as to why I returned the soundbar, even though the return had already been approved. I asked him what the issue was. He then proceeded to tell me "not to shop from us again" and then hung up on me before I could say anything. I was caught off guard by this call whilst I was enjoying my day off on a Sunday afternoon with my family. Completely disgusting and zero customer service etiquette on behalf of Keith. I akin him to the classic 90s type of used car salesperson that simply does not want to give your money back for selling products that are not as described. Shop at Bing Lee, they have great prices at times – but if you shop at the Rhodes store beware of Keith. Don’t deal with him, deal with David rather who has a much nice demeanor. I’m not sure if there is a family relation there but Yenda and Lionel Lee, I would seriously encourage to rethink whether Keith is the type of person you want working for and consequentially representing your business. Receiving a nasty phone call like this from him is simply unwelcome and not on under any circumstances. Google didn't give me the option of giving zero stars but if I could I would. I don't think I'll be shopping from any Bing Lee stores going forward because of Keith's deplorable phone call.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Service is inexistent, staff mostly ignore you, and when you do ask a question, they do the bare minimum. It certainly does not seem like they can be bothered to sell you anything. Purchased a ceramic heater from here, over $200 spent. Within 6 months, it had an issue. Bing Lee claims that unless the fault is replicable, they will not replace or refund the item. And even if it is, at best, they can offer a replacement, nothing else. Do not buy here. They denied us a price match even though other retailers advertised a lower price and they boast price matching as a possibility on their website. Eventually, after the purchase, they’re unwilling to return despite product having an issue we’ll within its warranty period of 2 years. Not a fan of Bing Lee at all after this experience, in a market where retailers offer change of mind returns, and easy returns if product is faulty and under warranty, bing Lee only makes life unnecessarily difficult. Head to Good Guys or Harvey Norman & get a price match + peace of mind instead!

Extremely bad delievery service ever!!! I ordered an washing wachine and paid extra for delivery service. The system texted me the day before to confirm morning delivery between 6:30am and 9:30am. So I would wait at home. That's fine. After I waited till 9, I got another text from Bing Lee saying my delivery will come between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Already unhappy. Ok, that's fine. I re-schedule my time. I left the office early so I can make sure I can arrive at home 1:50pm (before 2pm). At 1:40pm and I am just 10min away from home, I receive the SMS again, saying my delivery is on its way, ETA 1:41pm!!! After 2min, I received call from the delivery guy saying he can't wait. And I have to re-schedule!! Is this normal? Or what kind of time managment and customer service is this?! I will give 5 Star for the local store and nice staffs at Bing Lee Rhodes. The delivery service takes all the stars away. It is just how bad the system it is.

I bought a washing machine from bing lee,when delivery come to my apartment called me I said ok I am coming ,delivery just said they are busy ,and when I went to ground floor I saw they just drive away,and they saw me as well,when I called them, they said it’s not their problem we need to make another appointment,what’s wrong with that?if they are busy they should be call me earlier before they arrive!when they call me I already go straight to ground floor,and I called the manager he just said the same word:they have 60 cases today it’s not their fault,oh so it’s my fault now!? I buy this washing machine for delivery today and I stay at home waiting!the delivery don’t want to wait even just 3mins! I pay delivery fee they should be finish service!I won’t go to bing Lee anymore and I will tell all of my friends this terrible and angry experience

Firstly I want to thank David and the two ladies (Front desk and store staff) that were really friendly and attempted to help with my return enquiry, they really deserve a 5 star if any of them was the store manager. I don't live close to Rhodes and because I purchased the coffee machine from this store I thought it was easier to deal with them when returning it. Big mistake despite confirming on the phone that it was okay to bring it to store so I drove all the way then having the store manager to send me back home, he was rude and unprofessional as other reviews say as well. Luckily I went to Carlingford store and the store manager there was fabulous, he spent 15 minutes with me along with 3 other staff discussing my concerns and going through every detail. Shop from other bing lees or JB or Harvey Norman for a much better experience.

I had Luke and Michelle deliver my new fridge today. They were absolutely amazing, efficient, careful, kind and quick. I've never had such a good delivery service before from any other delivery services. I therefore would give them 10 stars if I could. As for the sales people at Bing Lee, I am very disappointed in their sales strategy. I was given the indication that our delivery would be first thing in the morning as I was advised our suburb is usually the first area on the driver's runs, only to learn that was not the case and I waited for 7 hours. This is no fault of the driver as they were on time per their schedule, but the store did not communicate those expectations with me when I first purchased the fridge. I felt the sales team were more focused on selling the fridge than providing reasonable expectations.

1st time buying an item from Bing Lee as I am used of buying all of our stuffs from TGG or JB. The 1st item I got was faulty & the replacement item was also faulty (just imagine how I feel returning to the store 2nd time around for the same reason). I was anxious as I am not really familiar with the service of this store compare from the stores that I used to go. All of the staff are very pleasant to deal with especially Keith who really knows his product. He doesn’t only sells their product but he delivers it with above and beyond service. My complains about the item has been well attended and I was treated with respect and they even replace the 2nd unit with a higher version. As a buyer I feel confident buying from this store as I know they are true to do business with their customers.

You get a 1 star review for delivering your junk to me. Edit: sorry, this isn't the first time it's happened and I'm not spending another minute of my time trying to fix this. Feed this up the chain to whoever engages your distributors, I shouldn't have to complain to have them respect the very very clear signage on my mailbox. Update: unfortunately for you, Nicholls and Co decided to ignore my very clearly labelled mailbox signs, so the clock starts again on 24/11/2023. Feel free to let them know that they should do better! Updating this again to show that I intend to keep my word and remove this if I go 12 months with no junk mail. Unfortunately, Century 21 Apex and McGrath have ignored my signs today, so the clock starts again on 14/12/2023. Maybe y'all have a careless distributor?

Very doggy dealers I ordered a Samsung Phone Order Number #BL02251780 for click and collect from Bing Lee Rhodes NSW. Seeing they have stock available online. Paid online soon after customer care called and said we have one stock which is opened. I said no I wont take a opened or used phone as I paid for Brand New. On which he said he has to arrange and will take 3-4 days. I agreed and hung up. However I lost trust and called back to cancel the order. To which he said oh we have another one we can give you that. Oh so doggy I asked him to cancel the order as they might just try stich back an open box and give it to me. I requested cancellation on which he banged the phone on me. Now I am struggling to get refund.

Inaccurate working hours listed. I decided to visit this store as the closing hour fitted my working hour as most stores close at 5:30pm. I rushed to the store as I finished work, arrived at 5:45pm but was not allowed to go in. If you’re not letting customers into the store 15 minutes before the written closing hour, please adjust your working hours or clearly specify that only people who ordered online and chose pick up in store are allowed after a specific time to 6pm. If I knew of this rule I would have saved myself a trip instead of rushing my way to the store and be disappointed. I hope this review gets attention and something will be done so that there aren’t anymore possible customers get disappointed.

I have bought so many products from this store as its the closest store to me however im never really happy about the service after I pay for a product. Its all great and friendly prior to purchase but never after. 1. I will never receive a call/email/text to say its ready to pick up. I always need to chase up. 2. I will call up and they tell me its ready to pick up. I go into store and they tell me its not there. This has happened a few times where im wasting my time going in to pick up a product and walking out with nothing. I don't know if they actually tell me its ready to pick up to keep me happy over the phone or if they tell me its not in store when I arrive because they aren't bothered to look.

Terrible customer service, sales person using negative language and not friendly after we said we don’t want pay too much for new TV. When the sales person asked differences between 2 different models, was only told us get what I pay for but did not elaborate on different features of the 2 models, then tried to make us feel we were poor as we were considering cheaper alternatives to a 4000 TV model. Misleading and extremely rude, at the end of the interaction, the sales person told me to buy a 4K TV which is around 2k then I could get a 1K gift card then walked away from us, we felt suspicious and confirmed with another staff member that this is not the case. Very disappointing service, not recommend.

Purchased a pair of nice wireless headphones in June 22. Easy pick up, quick and hygienic process. Its now mid September and the left earcup has detached from the headband. I called up my local store in Chatswood to see if they can help, but perhaps due to a system limitation, they weren't able to see my order or invoice. Fair enough, they redirected me to my store of purchase. I then called up the store in Rhodes, where I purchased it. Although the do not have the model in stock anymore, they are arranging for another store to help me do a warranty swap. Truly helpful if you can explain clearly what you're after with the store of purchase. Excellent service, but will see when the swap is completed!

I firstly need to commend the staff Rhodes, they are far more welcoming and professional than I have experienced elsewhere. I'm writing this review regarding the Samsung JET 90 cordless vacuum cleaner. I have tried all the other so called "Leading Brands" but they don't come even close. Where do i start, i was absolutely amazed the amount suction power the small lightweight vacuum had. The battery life and quick charge is what makes this vacuum cleaner above of the rest. But this isn't the best part are the floor attachments as they a full range of rotation that it makes getting to hard to reach places absolutely effortless. Do not consider any other vacuum cleaner THIS IS FOR YOU!!!

Bing Lee Rhodes without a doubt is the best electronics store by far. On each and every occasion I visit the store I receive exceptional service from professional and friend staff. Today was no different and I had the pleasure of having the Store Manager Keith take care of my inquiry. Keith is an absolute Gentleman in every aspect of the word and I can see why he holds the position he does! Keith is a role model to all his staff and more businesses need Managers like Keith. Thank you Keith for the outstanding service today and I will return to your store in the future and I Highly recommend Bing Lee Rhodes to anyone and make sure you you ask for Keith! 10/10

I find Salesperson- Maria H at Bing Lee Rhodes very helpful. She would have to be the top sales person at Bing Lee Rhodes. Her experience and product knowledge is insurmountable. She surpasses all the other staff. members. I constantly wait for her to be available for she only works 3 days a week to place orders or request information. I hope she is a valued member of staff cause she seems to be the only one that knows what is going on. I have on several occasions requested information and updates from other staff members but to no avail. Maria is the person to go to at Bing Lee Rhodes. Thanks Maria for all your help this year.

Fridge I bought from Binglee was good when I first use it, of course Japanese made few thousand dollars. But soon, there was issue of making ice , I called Bing Lee Rhonda, as they promised if any problems they will contact manufacturers for us thus we bought extra 5 year’s warranty for the fridge.. However terrible customer service, I called few time, they asked me to contact the manufacturer, and I tried so many times, no one pick the phone up, I emailed… never received reply. It is terrible to have customer service like this, I felt been cheated by the store. Never ever go back, terrible.

Wonderful customer service, we initially worked with Keith and he was fantastic in organising all we needed. However with a home renovation things can go wrong quickly and I have been chatting with Michael (manager) all week and he has been absolutely wonderful. From replacing a faulty rangehood to swapping my dishwasher in the blink of an eye. Handling this from Monday to Friday the efficiency and reliability of Michael has been incredibly refreshing higher management would be wise to praise him for being very dedicated and customer satisfaction focused. Thank you Michael and Keith.

Recently moved to AUS and have found much of what we need to set up a new household at Bing Lee! Great selection and prices as well helpful, knowledgeable salespeople. Transactions and delivery have been smooth. The true measure of any store is when something goes wrong - like when our new 75" TV was delivered and we found a huge crack in the screen when unboxed. Called the store and told the rep what happened. Store manager called back within the hour and personally delivered and set up a replacement TV the next morning. Super impressed!!

I get that they're busy, but when I ask for someone to come over to help and they finally come over to spend not even one minute with me to tell me (incorrectly) that the Ecovacs N8 Pro does not do mopping so that they can upsell me the T9+ model, before sodding off to somebody else, they'll only get 2 stars from me. Lucky for me, I bought from Ecovacs directly and got $200 off the better T8 AIVI model. Otherwise it would have been a quick in-and-out sale on the N8 had the guy given me an extra few minutes more. Dodged a bullet at least.

Great help from the team up at Bing Lee Rhodes. I was looking to buy several of same smart plug and they only had a few in stock. They went out of their way to find which stores had them available and organised to have them delivered to the Rhodes store for me to pick up. As I was buying so many, they were even able to help me save a few dollars which was great. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be shopping there again and recommending them. The team member that served me directly, thank you for all your help.

Doesn’t even worth one star. Got terrible experience there. Paid nearly $500 bought a used product without even notifying me they were out of stock, whether I still want to buy a sample product or used product. The male staff just brought the package to the counter, didn’t say anything to us! When we got home, opened it the bin jug was full of dust! No one would pay $500 to buy a used product!! This is a deception and misleading behavior! Completely wasted my time! Never come back

It was my first visit to this shop and found the place to be useful and convenient for all kinds of white goods, electronics, etc. I bought a fridge, washer and fan from there. There was a reasonable variety of brands, staff were present in reasonable numbers and were reasonably helpful. But, of course, we will know their true colors only when we have to get back to them over a return or fault. So, from general past experience with retail, for me it will be a Big .

Worst customer service hands down especially from the store manager himself, Mr Keith Steel?? Went to replace or refund the faulty stereo well under warranty and he actually said " I don't have time for this". I got pissed off ofcourse told him about his customer service skills and then he said now you have to take your faulty system back and help yourself to the front door. Absolutely the worst person to deal with at Bing Lee in Rhodes. Just beware of him

Ok looking store but customer service atrocious. They would rather look at their phones rather than be bothered recommending stock. AND next time don’t screw up your face when someone tells you their budget because $600 is still quite a bit and $600 in BING LEE account is better than $0. I used to buy most of my stuff from Eastwood Bing Lee, when the staff were actually interested in selling and serving….. MANY MOONS AGO! Hasta la vista, Bing Lee

I disturbed a staff member from an intensive glance at the computer screen. I was courteous and chatty but received a minimal of any form of language in return. From the moment of contact, to the moment of the staff member's return to the computer screen, it seemed very clear that I had disturbed something important. A retail store that does not treat customers as important is not a store that I care to visit again.

Great local store that has quite alot to offer in the space they have to work with. Spoke to a few staff who were all pretty helpful. Finished up being helped by Kunal who was able to arrange for me a Miele Washing Machine and Miele Dryer which I wanted to install in my new laundry. The sale, the delivery and installation was all completed to my satisfaction. Will be back to buy the Miele Dishwasher soon.

We went in today and got "served" by a sales, when noticed we want to do the price match, dont even say a further word to us except 'only coffee machine? fixed price' and walked away. The second sales we have is good, willing to do a search in the system and see the best deal he can do for us. Although no able to do the price match to what we want but at least thats the good service experience overall.

My wife and I were looking around at their TV. An Asian face salesperson asked us from behind if we needed help. We turned around and didn't talk yet. He then said don't worry, no charge. If this is a joke he is trying to make, it's not funny at all. It's very cheap and insulting. We feel offended. I'll only go to this store again, take down the person's name and complain to Binglee headquarters.

Bill at the Rhodes Bing Lee is a star performer. The dishwasher purchase was seamless. After delivery the mounting brackets for the front panel were not in the box. I contacted Bill (who had provided is mobile phone number on the invoice) and told him of the problem, and he mailed to me a new set of brackets at no cost. This is what I call going above and beyond for customer service. Well done.

We needed a lot of things after we moved to Australia from abroad. I have a good memory about Binglee 15 years ago, so of course I visited Binglee when I need home appliances, and I meet Mr. Jacob ghopur, who is so kind and considerate of customers, and I enjoy shopping every time. Although it is far from home, I will definitely use Rhodes Binglee. Thank you so much always mr.Jacob. be safe.

I LOVE BING LEE RHODES ❤️❤️ Got a TV & washing machine salesperson nice & fast so efficient. Delivery was next day they text at 7am and I had it by 8am (Fantastic furniture can’t even find my address a week later) Delivery guys quick & friendly and they connected my taps up and even explained how my sink tap comes on now I can use that too THANK U SO MUCH BING LEE RHODES HAPPY NEW 2021 !!!

We dealt with Thanh Bui, great customer service from him. Very knowledgeable in the product that we wanted and was willing to explain to us some of the differences, And let us make our own mind at a great deal. When we had a what we thought was a problem with one set he could not have been more helpful in fixing it for us. A great credit to the Bing Lee company and to this store.

Wouldn’t price match with other merchants such as Jb Hifi and officeworks on a laptop. Stated the price was a low as possible. However the laptop was “on special” in there store and still more expensive. Was unhappy with the service. No one bothered to come up to me whilst I was in store looking at the laptops. Took 15 mins before I could get someone to help.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Keith steel is the store manager and he is the best in the business when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. He gives great advice and knows his product. When he is not available I see Demi who is an amazing lady who works very hard for her customers. For piece of mind and great deals give these guys a try.

In a very difficult time the Bing Lee team made an uncommon purchase both easy and pleasurable. Their website is easy to follow and use, especially for a repeat visitor. I tried the click and collect options for the first time and found it efficient and the staff very helpful and friendly. I was home with my new appliance an hour after ordering it on line.

We came to find a washing machine but we have a very dissappointed moment. Luckily we met front desk guy with the spike hair is so kind and helpful. Otherwise we won't come back to this shop again .. one of the staff look down on us and talk a bit loud . It's very embarrassing If they dont want us to buy cheap thing , make sure don't sell any cheap thing!

The salesman stressed the supplier can hold stock for 3 month on fully paid items. In fact supplier has to deliver items in 2 weeks to my unfinished house. Very bad shopping experience.

Never buy any product form Bingle Rhodes, worst experience ever. Worst service. My washing machine is fault and still under warranty, their technician came, unable to fix it and asking for cash money while it’s still under warranty. I would suggest not to buy any product from them as it’s impossible to claim warranty from them.

I bought a wash machine from their online and picked up from Rhodes store. Placed order on Sat morning 8am, got SMS at 9:30am to confirm item is available for pick up. Staff in the stores are very friendly and helpful with the information I need to be aware when unpack and install (by myself). Price is also very competitive.

if there is a negative point, I would surely give it to Binglee. I bought a gas cooktop and had very bad experience with the warranty provided by the manufacturer Westinghouse. I tried to write the product review on that product in Binglee's web to warn other consumers. Binglee does not let me publish the product review!

First time Bing Lee customer. They did an excellent job in the middle of a pandemic lockdown getting me the product I wanted at the price I wanted the day after I ordered it. I'm glad I didn't go to one of their larger competitors, because I would have had to wait longer and pay more. Two thumbs up for service.

I placed an order for click and collect and very shortly after was advised it was ready for collection. Most places take half the day, even longer to confirm the order is ready for collection. Great Service too with the click and collect, was not waiting long when I arrived to the store even in the busy period.

Amazing service here. Bought myself LG SM8100 tv here today. A staff named Simon helped me through choosing the one I want to buy. Also other staffs came up to me and asked if I needed any help. Also I got delivered in like 1 hr with the help of Simon organizing it. Very satisfied with the service here.

bought this RAZER deathadder v2 mouse few days ago for $129 and a friend mentioned to me I can buy it from amazon for @$91. Bing Lee doesn't price match nor take it back since I opened the box. Don't go there... always check online and you'll find a better price. I could've saved $38 by a quick search.

Still waiting on an online order to be ready for pickup. Pickup date has passed. The sent me a text saying it was ready a couple of days ago and when I arrived it was not in stock. Not too sure what the go is but seems to happen every time I go here. Definitely the last time shopping at bing lee.

Great selection of electronic devices. Store is well laid out and the staff were helpful to customers request. I didn't go higher on the scoring as I was hoping for a larger laptop selection, but that's difficult for any retailer these days when they don't move. Overall good retailing experience
