This review is not about the particular store but about the company as a whole. I left a review of a belt where I criticized banana republic size chart and they deleted it on their official web site! My size is medium (all European brands) but at banana republic I buy extra small and I still need to make an extra hole to make the belt sit well..What is happening with the Banana Republic size chart?! Items become bigger and bigger every year. I am a standard woman with medically healthy weight, some muscles and some healthy fat on my body but I feel like with this trend I will have to shop at a kids store very soon. By the way, European sizing charts don’t change at all - it is Banana Republic that makes everything off sized and ridiculously big. Stop discriminating women with medically heathy body parameters!!!

I went to this Banana Republic store a couple of months ago to buy business casual attire for job interviews, and their expert advice and opinions were so helpful that I finally landed my first job! It's true that "the clothes make the man" because the clothes that I bought definitely made me and employable man. Thank you Riley, Peace, and Andrea for being amazing!

BR has been working hard at turning into a fast fashion brand and I think their mission is fully accomplished. The quality of the last few items that I've gotten from them has been absolutely lacking to put it politely. I can't waste my money on clothes that sometimes can't even handle a single wash.

Well laid out store with signature BR clothing and accessories for men and women. Sales rack toward the back of store. Well made and designed classics with a modern edge. Good for work apparel or an evening out. Prices are affordable with a lot of perks if you subscribe on line.

Received a friendly greeting when entering the store, and was asked if I needed help finding sizes. Seemed a little short-staffed though. The quality of their jeans seems to be less than it was 10 years ago.

This outlet is your standard Banana Republic outlet that you find in malls across Canada staff were extremely helpful especially the dressing room attendant who did everything possible to meet our needs.

Shout out to Sara(h) for one of the best customer service experiences. She made a difficult shopping day easy and quick. She was kind, friendly and went beyond her job expectations.

Seriously expensive... Clothes don't seem to last long...(fragile fabrics).... But that's the cost of looking good...

Terrible clothing quality. Bought a pair of pants here the other day and they are already starting to fall apart.
