I bought a car from that place. What I thought was a good deal turn out to be a bad deal. Physically the car was almost flawless. The car was apparently good to go and was inspected by their mechanic, but when I went and got the inspected some stuff wasn't good, but they did change the bad parts. Less than a week (5 days) after the purchase the car died on me while driving and other problem occurred. They did try to fix the problem couple of time but no progress. Eventually they ask me of more money to fix the problem because the warranty was over and even then the problem was still there. They even told me that there was nothing they could do and I should take the extended warranty if I wanted some after sell service. They are fast on taking your money but if there’s a problem, they look for the cheapest way to patch the problem instead of actually taking the time to fix the problem once and for all. The after sell service is mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. It almost feels like a scam. « Come that our place to get a couple of thousand stolen from you. » If you do decide to go and buy a car, please to go to a Canadian tire or any big name place and ask for the full checkup at 200$. That 200$ might save you from getting con when they won’t acknowledge that they sold you a car with an a hidden vice or expensive mechanical problem.

The 3 brothers made me so happy. They’re not there for the money , they are there to get the client what he needs . I have been looking for a BMW 320i 2014 and there I found it . Philippe took the time to explain me everything . No hidden fees , no pressure and first second I saw him, i felt that I can trust him. He gave me a decent price for my car and before he delivered me the new car , he gave it to me brand new even the tires . I fell in love with the family , they re amazing and there is noway I go somewhere else if I wanna get a new car. I highly recommand that place . they re honest and sweet . I had a very bad experience with big dealers as Automobile en direct ( they wanted to give me a car with 3 accidents and milage lowered , awful experience , don’t even try to deal with them) . Thx to you guys . You amazing 100 % .

J'ai acheté un véhicule de luxe à garage. Ce fut une mauvaise expérience, le véhicule était en mauvaise condition. Après seulement 7 minutes de route, le témoin moteur était allumé. Ils n'ont pas de mécanicien et font affaire avec Autozunis sur la 54ième avenue. La qualité des mécaniciens est discutable. Ils ont bien voulu réparer la voiture, mais au final n'ont pas changé les bonnes pièces en plus de me facturer un supplément pour cette réparation. Au total, ma nouvelle voiture est resté au garage de mécanique 3 semaines. J'ai du faire inspecter la voiture à mes frais par un concessionnaire Volkswagen afin de trouver le problème sur ma voiture car ses mécaniciens ne trouvait pas le problème et ne faisait que repousser l'échéance du 30 jours de garantie.

I am from Ottawa and had to buy a new car in a hurry went to many dealers around the area. By luck I found a car posted by auto focus and I called. I have never had a better experience buying a car! Bashir the owner took care of me the whole time, gave me his personal number and dealt with my repeated questions over and over, even gave me a bit of a deal on the car! I will definitely buy another car from him in the future and I will send along as many clients as possible I am floored at the kindness and the over all truthfulness of the experience everything was transparent and he went above and beyond his job description as a sales person!
