Bought 2 cars from them previously that why we decided to purchase from them again however this time around it was not a plesant experience. We purchase from them at the beginning of November and was told that we have a 30 days warranty. We returned to them on 2 separate occasions within that time frame for a check engine light that has to do with the feul cap all they did was reset it and told us to call them if it happens again so naturally that what we did and eas told to contact a different company since the warranty with them was finish. I feel like they strung us along so they wouldn't pave to pay for the repair. Just disappointed.

I was mislead by this car dealer to put a deposit of 1000 dollars on a BMW X5, and I would purchase the car if everything was fine. I then found out online that there had been 2 recalls on the car (that the car dealer never told me), including an Airbag recall that could potentially lead to human death. I did not have any of this information, thus I did not feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase. The car Dealer is now refusing to refund my deposit, and tells me that it is my problem. I am filing an official complaint against this guy, HAMID. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I think I was lucky that I found this place to purchase my new car, it's been a week now driving it happly. What stands out the most about this dealership is that they are not pushy with selling any car to you,instead they explain everything and then it's up to you to decide with the plan in your head ! Was fully prepared to go here and buy a car! However the listing had incorrect details, they lied about the certified pre-owned status of the car, AND the guy on the phone yelled aggressively at my partner, and said he would NOT sell us the car if we paid in cash... They literally edited the listing to increase the price while we were on the phone with them. So, we decided to spend our $$ elsewhere ✌️

Extremely Disappointing Car Valuation Experience I recently approached AutoIltimax to get a valuation for my car (2014 Honda Civic- Automatic), expecting a professional and courteous interaction. Unfortunately, my experience was far from it. From the onset, the representative seemed disinterested and curt. Instead of guiding me through the process, they appeared extremely rude.

Was asked on phone is car had rust, been in a crash or had any problems, dealer said no its very good. We drive 1h to get there, car has rust on 2 fender, read fender is dented, front fender is spray painted to hide a collision and won't align with front bumper. The dealer is a liar and very rude.

They over charge me for a BMW which started to give me trouble two weeks after i bought I think the mileage was turned back it said 114 but the car is operating like it has double that mileage on it don't buy any vehicle from them that's my recommendation
