Near the shops,but issue with no access to a ticket vending machine that I could pay by card on!! So lucky when police were there doing ticket/opal card checks (among other things)that they were very reasonable about it & I could negotiate to pay to top up my card but at the next station that allows me to use EFTPOS facilities!!

Simple layout, its a modern station but still on the smaller side. Relatively clean facilities. The is a convenience shop but lacks a cafe or snack shop, there are vending machines only on some platforms. They have an entry from both sides of the train track. Parking is very lacking and always full.

Nothing very special about this station. It's functional that is all. It is well maintained, easy to navigate and safe. The staff for the most part are pleasant and easy to deal with. But again they are in a soul destroying job working a 24 hour 7 day roster. Not easy.

I wanna thank you to a man who worked at ashfield station yesterday ( 28/11)around 18.00 hours . I left my bag with car key , access key in it on the train to leppington. I reported to him and left him my number . Then not long , around 15

Everything is quiet good and easy access for all but if people miss the train ( especially morning time) they have to wait more than 15 min until the next one arrives, then they miss the buss at the next destination. Obviously missing a

Absolutely shocking that 3 lifts not running,your screwed if disabled,getting lifts fixed should be 2nd priority to trains,unbelievable and if lifts unavailable should have ramp as back up,state rail should up there game,Terrible.

Very well maintained, clean station. Ample amount of parking is near by as well. And we can catch bus right next to the station

Still trying to work Ashfield out. For an old Sydney suburb it still lacks unity and clear purpose other than Ashfield Park.

Well maintained, clean but overall just an average station heading out towards Strathfield or inwards to the city

Helpful staff above average it appears refreshment kiosk may about to be added along with existing news outlet!
