The manager at the facilty is a wonderful lady. Apple however, is a bit devious. 1) the price on their website is not transparently accurate...the $89.00 does not include mandatory insurance at an additional cost 2) it would be expected the rate would be monthly when in fact it is not monthly but on a 28 day cycle which means you are actually paying the equivalent of over 13 months (365 /28= 13.04 months) 3) I received several emails from Apple saying I could use my unit as a mailing address. I was then told at the facility that was not true and I then had to pay another $11/month for a mail box. I am still at the facilty because the manager is awesome but the above noted seem like a “bait and switch.” To simply say some of the items are in the fine print is disingenuous at best. I was looking for a unit and expected the price quoted and for it to be monthly. Shady marketing. On the up side Barb is amazing and the reason I stay.

Having never renting a storage unit before, I arrived on a Friday afternoon and explained what I needed it for. The lady behind the counter was friendly, patient and more than willing to help. She showed me a locker that was immediately available. She discussed all the payment methods and I signed up and was told I could move my stuff in now. She gave me an explanation of how the security system worked and the COVID protocols. Signing up could not be simpler. The units are all indoors. You drive your vehicle inside the building for loading and unloading. There are always big rolling carts available. The building is well lit and clean. I felt my belongings were secure. This was not the cheapest place I looked at but definitely the most secure and convenient. It is much larger than I ever expected. with a large selection of different size lockers. I would not hesitate to recommend this location for your storage needs.

I transfered to Apple from another storage facility which I was at for 5 yrs. Wish I would have switched long ago. From the moment I spoke to Barbara on the phone the first time I knew that was where I was moving my stuff to. Very understanding, extremely knowledgeable about the industry. Knew what I wanted immediately and arranged for me to make the switch. 10 out of 10. Only 1 recommendation i have would be to get a sensor to close the door automatically. I haven't been there in winter yet but I can imagine it gets quite cool in there when the door is left open which would add additional heating costs. Also would be convenient in the winter not having to stop on a ramp, get out, close the door and then get back into your vehicle. Again though it's not a big issue, just more or a convenience and energy saver. I will recommend anyone to go see Barb if you need storage.

We had a great experience using Apple Storage facilities in East Mississauga. We originally needed storage short-term and ended up staying for a few more years. Recently, we needed another unit in a hurry due to sudden life change and they were able to help us again. Barbara and staff were a pleasure in helping us - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was patient to explain the process, tour the units, explain the contract and all storage details. There is a loading/unloading dock and the storage units are reasonably priced. The facility itself is secure, clean, climate controlled and easy to navigate through (ground level). No doubt we'd recommend Apple Storage for storage needs . Thank you, Jason & Cherry R.

Wow talk about a staff that is kind, friendly, very helpful and willing to help work with you threw all situations u might be going threw. Barbra espically was very caring understanding and willing to work with me when i fell on hard times and struggled to make payments, Barbra is Great at her job and always had a happy energy about her that i saw as a reflection on enjoying serving custormers in a happy and pleasant manner. If you’re looking for convenience and ease this is the place. But you’ll pay for it. 24 hour access to a massive loading bay and moving carts to get your stuff to your unit. Very clean. You do pay a premium for the conveniences. Rent is due every 4 weeks not monthly, plus your mandatory insurance. They also raise your rent depending on how long you stay and what kind of “move in deal” they give you. Just make sure you understand the full and ongoing costs. Otherwise, great experience.

Apple Self Storage on Dundas in Mississauga was the perfect place. We are in the Junction and that location wasn't too far. Very clean facilities and very friendly staff were there to help us. We had a 10x5 unit which was perfect for storing the furniture and miscellaneous house items we weren't sure if we should keep or not. Also one of the more affordable storage facilities in the area. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience signing up with this storage company. Being new to the entire idea of storage I wasn't so sure what to expect but Barbara took her time to explain all the options available to me. On the day I moved my stuff in, the process was straight forward and documentation was quickly wrapped up. I had to go back to get a few things and it was easy to access my unit.

I definitely recommend the Apple Self Storage Mississauga east location. The facility and unit provided were clean and spacious, the loading dock and dolleys were easily accessible. This is a great place to rent from. I had no problems with the space I needed when I needed it. The storage place is clean very respectful. Staff is great and willing to help when they can. This was my first self storage experience and working with Barbara was very smooth. She advised me on the storage required, the process and was always a quick phone call away for any questions for a newbie. All in all too notch experience. The facility itself was quite clean with ample carts and space to move household furniture.

Great storage place! We stored some of our excess furniture for about 6 months and I have zero complaints. It's clean, affordable, easy access, prompt customer service, and very convenient hours. You get a personal keypad code and no problems with moving in and out on any given day. I would recommend in a heart beat!

Very bright lights throughout the under ground area. A 100ft long dock also underground 24 h. for loading/unloading even ground. No steps Climate is dry with comforts. Clean washroom and excellent soap to wash hands. Very important. Barbara is nice and knowledgeable and staff. It is so great, I rented 2 units.
