RAT PEE AND POOP ALL OVER MY STORAGE I have been in contact with different people, asking for assistance how to proceed and to resolve, I've gotten nothing in a month, not until I called the head office, and all they told me, they did not recognize my name as my sisters name was on the lease, so they neglected us for a month. No warnings that the storage we are renting have been infested by rodents, no warnings at all, even when they knew that the next door storage was storing food, nothing. We had to fight them to let us know the next steps for this mess, and they had a lousy reply to our email, to file it with our insurance. Please feel free to look at the photos of the dead mouse and mess in our storage and the amount of items we have to throw because of this mess. The management here is terrible. No professionalism. Nothing.

From the very beginning, my son and l were treated very kindly by Kavya and Nandalal. They were always very helpful and very polite to us. They provided a great service to us! They answered all our questions and doubts from day one. The storage building was always very clean and safe. All the facilities were well maintained, including the washroom. I rented a small 5'X5' unit at this location and had the pleasure of dealing with Mal. When I initially inquired about storage units, she gave me a tour of the facility, walked me through the process, and explained the available options. Getting enrolled was easy enough, the rental pricing is fair, and access hours are reasonable. I never had any issues over the three months that I rented the unit. When vacating, my belongings were in the same condition as I left. Top tip - bring your lock if you have one. I'd be comfortable returning to this location for my storage needs in the future.

I recommend this location highly. A situation arose where Mal the manager of this location went above and beyond to help. She needed to involve the district manager who agreed to help me in a situation where nothing could have been done. This process has been very pleasant from when I first walked in the premises. The staff Ruwandi and Rupinder were friendly and helpful. I can say I have been treated with compassion and received great customer service. This is a good example of what great customer service should be. Thank you very much.

Public storage gives you good rates at the very beginning to get you to use their storage units which is great for shorter term people. Unfortunately when the promo is over it is a bit more expensive and it’s best to try to not be paying for your items that are in storage over and over again every month. The people that are there working do an amazing job and I’m sorry I can’t remember the lady’s name but she was extremely wonderful! I’d recommend Derry rd. Public storage near the airport to anybody that needs their service. Thank you!

I have rented units from 7 different rental companies and this one has to be the strangest. I felt like I was being harassed. Every time I would access the facility, I would receive multiple phone calls asking if I was leaving. I had to be abrupt on the last conversation and say I've paid until the end of the month so I will be using it until the end of the month. What was weird was that there were 2 weeks left in the rental that I paid for!! This place has seen the last of me. I won't be renting from here again.

I rented a storage unit today for the first time and it was the easiest process ever. When I walked in the door I was greeted by my name by Kavya and Nandalal (they were expecting me at that time) They were so warm and friendly and made me feel at home. They explained the whole renting process to be thoroughly and helped me carry my items to my storage unit. I also met Joey on my way out who also greeted me with a smile and wished me a great day. I will DEFINITELY be renting with them again.

I went to this storage because this is the closest and had the best reviews near the airport. If you are looking for a place to storage your luggages or stuff for a few days or months, this is the best place to go. Mal and Kavya are very kind and helpful for explaining their service and it was very well-organized. They also gave me a special offer and great deal for us. Very nice good customer service staff. When I first moved in I was inadvertently locked out of my unit overnight. Luckily another unit was vacant and used for that night. Nothing was removed and a satisfactory resolution was reached next day and my unit reopened. I am still in same unit with friendly and respective staff to assist you during business hours.

Mal and Nan were incredibly professional, courteous and efficient in their service. They advised me exactly how long the paperwork would take prior to my arrival. Found this place because it was close for me at the time. 3 years storage. First 2 years they increased the rent without notice. Final year no increase. Never been happy with the service. Finally I'm able to move my stuff out. Very happy. You may have a better experience I'm just letting you know mine.

Already have a space for a couple of years, but needed more ( metcap tenant harassment ). We have a new storage opened nearby but that 5x10 looked a lot smaller for more, so it was worth the extra drive to go back to PS. Sensible staff, very clean building and interior.
