It hasn’t even been 24 hours since I visited Advanced Smiles Dentistry but I couldn’t wait to share what an incredible experience I had at this dental office. For years I have neglected my teeth and I knew I needed significant work done. I was initially drawn to come here by the affordability and the incredible reviews that I read online. And let me tell you 5 stars does not do this place justice. The level of care that I have experienced at this office is infinitely superior to anything I’ve had in the United States, where mind you I developed my fear of the dentist (due to severe malpractice by my childhood dentist). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and warmth by the front staff. Then the dental assistants who took my X-rays were so gentle with me, constantly checking in if I was in pain from the individual X-rays they were doing which, I also couldn’t believe I suffered no discomfort from because this office utilises two people to do an X-ray so I almost never had to bite down with the hard plastic on my mouth. This office also had the top of the notch cray machine that I used prior to this, but because my level of work was so extensive, they wanted to be thorough and did the individual X-rays in addition to this. Then the doctor came in, introduced herself and I couldn’t have felt in better hands. She broke everything down that I needed done, and because I opted for an emergency type of situation, it was all done in the same day. I had an anaesthesiologist who put me in a twilight state who made me laugh and feel incredibly comfortable about undergoing FIVE whole hours of this. I’m just in awe of this entire experience and so grateful to have had it because I no longer have any decay of any kind in my mouth. Everyone could not have been more professional and kind and gifted at what they do! Thank you so much Advanced Smiles Dentistry, you have made a life long customer and I will excitedly refer you to anyone who will listen.

I am sitting at the dental office after getting a filling and an impression for a night guard, so of course it’s too soon to say anything about the quality or longevity of the work I got done. However, I’ve had such a seamless experience getting to ASD and all of the staff and my dentist, Dr Narvaez, have been so kind and accommodating, I just have to write a positive review for them! I live in San Diego, so getting to the border was an easy 20 minute drive. I chose to cross the border by foot since I know driving around in Tijuana can be a little tricky. Getting to TJ was so easy: parking is $9 during weekdays and the border patrol is a quick 10 minute walk across the bridge. Once you exit the patrol and walk onto the main street, you simply give ASD a call and they order an Uber for you. I had to wait maybe 5 minutes for my driver and the ride was $5. I was seen very quickly and of course all of the costs I was presented with was affordable (Consultation which includes an x-ray and CT scan = $45, Night guard = $150, Filling = $60). I was also suggested a cleaning ($100) and wisdom teeth removal ($270), but as I’m a graduate student who’s always looking to save money, I decided to push these procedures off. The total for everything was $255. Dr Narvaez was soooooo gentle, kind, down to earth, and attentive to details. I am so happy she was assigned to me. She really seems to know what she’s doing and also seems to respect teeth—she did not suggest any work I wasn’t aware of (minus the wisdom teeth of course) and was very deferential towards all of my needs. All in all, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience at ASD. I will be updating my review about how the filling and night guard last, but I have a hunch that all has gone superbly and that I will be a repeat patient. Thank you, Dr Narvaez and ASD!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the dental office, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a warm and friendly office staff who made me feel instantly comfortable. The professionalism and knowledge displayed by both the office staff and the dentist were truly impressive. They were attentive to my concerns, patiently answered all my questions, and provided me with thorough explanations of the procedures I needed. Their expertise and confidence put me at ease, knowing that I was in capable hands. One aspect that particularly impressed me was how easy it was to make appointments. I was in San Diego when I needed what turned out to be an emergency root canal operation. The Tijuana dentist with the best recommendations on Yelp was Advanced Smiles, so I jumped on the trolley and gave them a try. The care I received at Advanced Smiles was top-notch, in fact their facilities are more advanced than my regular dentist back home in Brooklyn. They performed my root canal quickly and I'd say painlessly (and I'm a big dentist sissy) at a fraction of the price it would cost me back home even with my insurance. In fact, when I realized I could not afford to complete my dental implants back home I returned to Advanced Smiles for those as well. I am totally satisfied with my implants especially since as I said, I could not have afforded the procedure back home leaving a massive problem. Crossing the border is zero problem and it's a quick (and inexpensive) cab ride from there to Advanced Smiles which is in the modern Zona Rio part of the city. You should leave extra time for crossing back to The USA but again this is no problem, especially if you bring your passport (bring your passport!). I wound up spending a few days in Tijuana while my implants were being fabricated, which I enjoyed -the restaurants are great and there are many nice hotels in all price categories. Of course you can always choose to just cross back to San Diego if you prefer. Advanced Smiles has a great front desk -friendly and extremely helpful. Well I've said enough, except when I need more dental work it will be worth it (and more fun) to fly out to San Diego, jump on the trolley to the border and have the work done at Advanced Smiles. Hi Everyone, I must say I was a little hesitant about going to Tijuana due to the negative press on the news. When I got there it was Nothing like I expected. The dental office is located in a very safe area and I felt very comfortable when I was there. The staff is very friendly and efficient. As soon as I arrived I filled out the paperwork and was off for X-rays. This visit I was treated by Dr. Ponce and Dr. Manriquez. These Doctors are extremely educated and keep you well informed and updated of your treatment plan. Dr. Ponce (Cosmetic Dentist) is awesome! She assessed and did a deep cleaning to my teeth, in which there was no pain at all. Cosmetically she recommended the best treatment for my teeth to give me that beautiful, healthy smile and which dental treatments were priority. I had to have three teeth pulled by Dr. Manriquez (Prosthodontist). I was scared knowing that I was going to get three teeth pulled because my teeth are not easy to remove. Dr. Manriquez did such an excellent job that I had no pain during the procedure and only minimal pain and swelling afterwards!! So I was still able to eat . The office staff is great they even got my medication from the pharmacy ❤️. I have honestly never had this type of treatment within the States. Advanced Smiles has been my dentist for about 4 years and I'll never go anywhere else! During the shutdown, I visited a local dentist and was given an estimate for around $15,000 of work, much of it unnecessary. I went back to Advance Smiles and , while I needed a root canal, the U.S. dentist had identified the wrong tooth. Advanced Smiles took care of my root canal immediately, as they can do everything in house, and have me a reasonable treatment plan for cleanings and some fillings. They handled all my husband's dental work (he's 76 years old) as well, again for reasonable prices without pushing painful unnecessary work. After several bad experiences with US dentists (mostly for pushing unnecessary root canals and other expensive treatments), I no longer trust them. At Advanced Smiles, you have an entire team of highly trained professionals that will carefully review your treatment plan and point out problems directly on the x-rays so you can actually see what they're talking about. They'll help you to arrange travel between the pedestrian border crossing by sending an Uber to pick you up if you need. I book my own Uber which is about $3 to $4 dollars before gratuity each way. I won't go to any other dentist and recommend Advanced Smiles to everyone!!

I recommend Advanced Smiles Dentistry to anyone who is in search of dental veneers. I went in wanting to improve my smile and consulted with cosmetic dentist Dr. Alejandra Ponce, DDS. I expressed my goals and communicated what I was looking for with dental veneers. I ended up receiving 10 porcelain veneers that were all custom designed to suit my facial geometry which were later cemented individually and adjusted to fit perfectly. The entire team and staff, from the receptionists to the assistants are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond in order for us patients to have a great experience. Most importantly, Dr. Alejandra Ponce and her team were always there and listened to what my goals were, and ultimately delivered the enhanced natural looking smile that I was looking for. So far I was very happy about the very friendly and professional service by staff, dentists and dentist assistants. The atmosphere at the office is very positive and nice, which is important to me, undergoing often not so pleasant dental treatments. The evaluation, treatment plan and discussion about what needs to be done and in which order has been thorough. I was pleased that I was able to look at one problem tooth and its roots closely with the help of a panorama CT scan, as that tooth is very sensitive to cold, after being treated recently by another dentist in Santa Monica. The treatment so far has been a composit filling on one tooth with which I am very satisfied. And taking down a 18 year old beat-up crown and prepping that tooth, taking impressions and placing a contemporary. I am very curious for my next appointment, and how the actual new crown will look like and feel like and how the fit will be. THANK YOU ! (Obviously the prices here are much more affordable then at offices in Los Angeles' West Side).

I had a wonderful and seamless experience. The staff provided information to do the pedestrian walkway and I 10/10 recommend vs driving across the border (traffic was insane entering US, even on a Monday). Parking lot behind the jack n the box was $8, $12 on weekends, cash only. Once I walked across less than 10 minutes, I contacted them and they sent the Uber, about $3-4. My cellular service was spotty. Got to the facility, checked in, did CT scan and had the pleasure of having dra. Alejandra Ponce. She was very nice, informational and suggested a treatment plan that was easy to understand to achieve my dental goals. I was even able to listen to my music as dental visits heighten my anxiety, especially the drilling and the local anesthesia. The technology used for CT is better than what I’ve seen in US and I was impressed by the details. I have about 2 more sessions and I am eager and confident with having ASD provide services and I recommend to others!

I needed extensive work that I put off for 20 years because I didn’t trust a dentist to the work. I did my research in Tijuana, I went and consulted with about a dozen the top dental implant practices. It was clear many offices were motivated by profits and it was hard to trust. Thankfully I went to Advanced Smiles Dentistry and consulted wit Dr. Julian. He really took the time to assess my case, which is complicated. He explained options with pros and cons. He believes in having an ethical practice and it shows in the way they explain and give you options to chose your care. You will definitely be able to make your own decisions and feel supported. Staff is wonderful! He has very advanced technology for imaging and planning treatment. The prices are affordable without compromising on quality. This office really has it all. If you need dental work go get a consultation and you will experience what I have written in this review is legit!!!

I’ve been coming to see Dra. Alejandra for the past 4 years. I was referred by a friend here in San Diego and admittedly was uncertain about crossing the border and unsure what to expect. I don’t speak the language, I hadn’t spent much time outside of the U.S. and wasn’t sure id be treated kindly. Advanced Smiles Dentistry turned out to be a great decision. Dra. Alejandra is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I’ve had everything from cleanings and X-days, to root canals and crowns. She makes sure I don’t feel any discomfort and informs me of what she’s doing practically at every step of these processes. The staff at Advanced Smiles are so welcoming and conduct themselves professionally. Even just checking in, speaking over the phone, and on my way out the door I feel like I’m cared for. Words can not describe on how pleased I am with Advanced Smiles Dentistry. I am so fearful and have so much anxiety when it comes going to the dentist but when I tell you Dr. Jose Metzler is the best dentist ever. He was so gentle and explained everything he was going to do through out my whole procedure. The periodontal specialist was also amazing she made sure I was not in any pain and continued to make sure I was doing okay. His assistant was awesome she helped keep me calm by getting me to talk about other things to get my mind off of my procedure I really appreciate that. I would also like to say Thank you to Liz at the front desk. I called her so may times and my anxiety was getting the best of me but she remained calm every time I spoke with her. I traveled from San Francisco and it was all worth it. Thank you all so much you are all amazing.

My experience at Advanced Smiles Dentistry has been absolutely amazing! After researching for months and weighing my options between an American dentist and Advanced similes, I decided to venture into the world of medical tourism. I chose Dr. Thelma after reading all of her positive reviews and looking at pictures of her work. From start to finish, it has been a wonderful experience. The staff at the front desk were very caring and even assisted with transportation. Dr.Thelma is not only extremely talented she is also compassionate and caring. With their 3D technology, Dr. Thelma was able to identify a problem that my American dentist missed a month earlier. She has completely transformed my smile and given me the smile I have always wanted. I cannot thank her and the team at Advanced Smiles enough!

Despite me having dental insurance in the states, I just don’t trust dentists or doctors here. Back in 2020, I decided to get veneers. I was quoted 15k-20k in the states. I got a set of 14 teeth top/bttm for under 15k. From the beginning to start, the customer service is by far top notch. You’re always skeptical of getting anything cosmetically done in another Country because you never know. I have to say, from the moment you enter advanced smiles, it feels welcoming, safe, sterile, and overall positive vibe. Thank you to the team and to the my outstanding cosmetic dentist Alejandra. Besides us having the same name, she is super sympathetic, caring, and completely detail oriented. I’ve recommended many people here and will be coming back from San Francisco.

I’ve been here a couple times to take out my wisdom teeth and it’s been great but the PARKING. THE PARKING SUCKS SO MUCH. You’ll never find parking here. No matter what time of the day, no matter which little side street or parking structure they try to tell you to park, nope. All full. Then if you happen to find parking on the street, they only accept coins and NOONE WILL GIVE YOU COINS AROUND THERE, NOONE WILL GIVE YOU CHANGE. The office girls are not helpful and just make you walk to a corner store to get change when I speak zero Spanish. Go somewhere else if you don’t wanna be stressed out with parking. Getting my car towed in Mexico is not an experience I should be worried about when just trying to get dental work.

I cannot say enough about how great my experience has been with these guys. I have had extensive work done over the past 2 years and am so happy with the results. From the people at the front desk to Dr Julian and his skilled and compassionate staff, every visit has been very positive and encouraging. The prices are less than half of that of my dentist here in Del Mar and I believe the overall mood and vibe of the office is much more positive and pleasant. I've also enjoyed getting to know Tijuana again. The dental office is located in Gastro district and on the days when I was able to eat after my visit, my wife and I enjoyed some really great restaurants. Overall, a great experience

I had a significant amount of dental work performed by Dr. Alejandra Flores. All in 3 (THREE !!!) visits. Dr Alejandra is great, gentle, patient and works very efficiently. I am a huge chicken and they were a understanding and patient. All the office staff and assistants are amazing ! - courteous, professional, efficient, and really go above and beyond to accommodate the patient. And the price is also reasonable- the estimate I got in US was $21K and this dental office charged $7K - huge difference. It is also easy to get to from San Diego and plenty of hotels near by. Great experience and I would highly recommend Advanced Smiles Dentistry to anyone!!!

The process, scheduling, location, the support staff and dentists are amazing! My dentist used plenty of Vaseline during the process (which they never do elsewhere) let me rest my jaw often (that never happens), used numbing gel and applied a varnish for sensitive teeth at no extra charge (I’ve never been offered sensitivity varnish…like wth???) Dr. Alejandra Ponce was so thorough in her exam and even took photos just to help with a treatment explanation. She did a very extensive cleaning (deep gum scraping and polishing) and all this for $145! My BF is getting two crowns in three days for a third of the cost in California where we live.

I had had five difficult experiences with another Dentistry in Tijuana. Advanced Smiles were so accommodating they fit me in the same day. They were wonderfully communicative. They helped my driver find the way when he got lost. I told them I had to leave the country soon, So they were able to move appointments to suit my particular needs. Everybody was kind and courteous. Wonderfully professional and gentle with all procedures. I would recommend Advanced Smiles to anyone they are great value for money and a wonderful staff. I have been going to Advanced Smiles for 5 years. I love everyone here from all the front staff including Liz who always promptly returns my emails! I have been going continuously to Dr. Metzler who is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Advanced Smiles gives you honest answers which is so Important to me. I feel many other dentists are just in it for the money. There is no turnover and I put my complete faith in this team. It is so easy to come and go across the border by foot and their location is easy to find. They will even assist you with transportation to and from the border. Thank you.

These guys were phenomenal. I haven't even been to a dentist this good in America. They are Very high-tech and clean. Everyone spoke perfect English no communication problems. They want the extra mile to make sure I got everything done, I needed to get done that day so I didn't have to come back soon and I had a lot of issues. I don't leave five star reviews lightly. It's totally worth it to make the trip down there for these guys and I don't like going down there. if you're not used to going down there give yourself some extra time to get there on time. I'll be referring these guys to everyone I know.

The entire staff is friendly, professional and personable. The dentist is also very personable and even shares jokes. I had all my teeth extracted which he did all at once and it wasn't too painful. The dentures however are a big disappointment. I was assured I would be able to eat normally with my new dentures but I can't. After several adjustments I've given up on trying to get well fitted dentures. The fall off whenever I bite into anything with texture. Had the dentures been as promised I would give them 5 stars plus. Really like the people and the office is very clean as well.

I‘m back with another stellar review for this office! Their professionalism, technology, service, and expertise are unmatched and their prices are unprecedented! I recently had a dental emergency and they over delivered per usual despite scheduling conflicts and what seemed like insurmountable odds. Yet again, I found their dedicated staff and physicians staying after hours to accommodate me and to top it off I got a root canal that was painless. No inflammation, pain, or swelling! Nothing. They are the Gods of dentistry. I lowkey love them.

Went for first time to Tijuana and googled and found them online actually. Jorge was my dentist and he did a FANTASTIC job taking his time to explain the procedure. I got a tooth pulled but he did so much more w other concerns I had.. Ans best part was it was HALF the price I was quoted in Los Angeles and to top it off, their machines are seriously top notch. Super advanced.. I’m going back in 5 weeks to do more work Ans I’m actually excited to go to the dentist.. lol.. very professional and 5 minute drive in u we from border!!

I got totally ripped off at this office! I came all the way from Sacramento California to pay 3 times as much as would of gotten paid in the US.. shame on Mexico taking advantage I paid $400 for a X-ray and teeth cleaning!!! They had it written down I was gonna get all this laser teeth cleaning.. I got a basic cleaning I could have gotten for less than $100 . They were trying to get another $4000 for a tooth that just needed to be pulled . Of course she didn’t recommend she wanted to unnecessary work at $2000! Highway robbery! Scammers

I came here to have a regular dental implant done. It end up having to get an zygomatic implant(Dr. Aaron) wich is much more complicate, but I trust them since the begining. I had surgery for the implants a few trips and now all done. I am very satisfid with the results. A special thanks to Dr. Metzler who was responsible for the whole treatment plan. Thanks to all the staff that were very helpfull wiht every need( transportation, calls etc…) Thank to all of you at Advanced smiles that made me to have a confident smaile again!!!

I’ve always had a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments, and I am amazed by how comfortable they made me here. I’ve had 3 visits a with them now and each time I’ve been met with nothing but respect, professionalism, and genuine concern for my comfort. They walked me through the work they were doing, offered me breaks frequently, I even had my dentist massage my jaw without me asking after hours of work on my teeth. As an American who was anxious to travel for my dental work, I 100% recommend that you come here.

Dr. Juan Carlos (JC) was amazing, probably of the best dentists I ever had, he cares about all the little details and he will take his time doing his job to make sure everything is perfect, when he did my full examination his main driver was my health and not just to make money, the front disc ladies were awesome, very professional and polite and they really cared about me. Highly recommended, especially if you're coming from the United States because of the price difference with even better quality

Doctor Cynthia and the rest of the crew are a fantastic collective—professional, efficient, and extremely reassuring and friendly. It is not assembly line dentistry; they plan their days and specialists’ time with you very well. I grew up with full dental, thanks to my father’s employment; these guys are every bit as good as I grew up with, and often better. 3 root canals, 2 rebuilds, 3 crowns, 1 very inexpensive and painless surgical extraction….. I’m a happy client. I travel there from Sacramento.

Initially 3 years ago, after having 3 very negative dental experiences with 3 different dentists… I came to Advanced Smiles Dentistry, with not only dentistry wounds, but also going to a dentist outside the US scared me as well. I have had major and minor work done and I absolutely satisfied and came to the dentist today without any fear. Dra Thelma Is my dentist and is absolutely the best. She really cares for the patient first and foremost. Totally recommend this place for your dentistry needs.

Very professional and efficient. I had 2 root canals and a crown done here for a third of the cost in San Diego (SD with insurance!). It was a 10 minute Uber ride once I crossed over the border. There was very little time spent waiting, and everything was explained well to me. Everyone is bilingual, and it appeared that almost all of their clientele were Americans taking advantage of their expertise. I will be recommending them to friends, especially those needing a root canal, it was painless!

Saw Dr. Jose Metzler, who reviewed in-house CT and X-rays and then compared it to the recommended treatment by our current dentist and said it was unnecessary at this time and may be more harmful than helpful. We are glad we got a second opinion, he could have charged us for the recommended treatment from our prior dentist but he didnt. I respect that. They did mess up the appointment schedule, but we're still able to fit us in. I would recommend calling before driving over from the States.

Best option available for my husband. As a Retired Navy Seal, health care through VA Administration does NOT cover Dental. Their prices are at least 75% less than in the USA, in comparison with Nevada. And they handle special needs and accomodations. Excellent service! They are very professional, understanding, and considerate. The staff is awesome: Liz, Dr. Ceila Flores, Carla, Pamela, Roberto Vargas, to mention a few. We are truly blessed to have them for my husband's dental care.

10/10. Dr. Alejandra is an amazing dentist. Her and the entire staff are very kind and helpful. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are taken care of. I had a root canal and a crown done, Dr. Alejandra was very honest about the work I needed and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. The office is clean and well managed. Very reasonable prices, and a $5 Uber from the border. I have been twice and plan to go again. Thank you Dr. Alejandra!

This is a VERY nice office with an all around amazingly professional staff and extremely high tech equipment. In 4 visits here, March 21, 22, 23 & 27, I was able to get accomplished what would have taken 1-2 years where I live, and for a fraction of the cost. I HIGHLY suggest and recommend Advanced Smiles Dentistry for anything/everything you want or need for your smile bones! Update: I got my permanent crowns put on today (May 24th) and I couldn't be happier!

State of the art facility in Tijuana. Having lived in Mexico a while now, I was looking for a facility that embraced the newer dental technology. My last dentist in Tijuana was good but their patient coordination and follow up methods left me looking elsewhere. Advanced Smiles is slightly more expensive (still much less than the US) but their dentists and staff are amazing, speak English, and are incredibly thorough. It was a great choice coming to them!

I will be personally recommending this spots to friends and family. Amazing work! Incredibly professional and caring. If a $300 root canal sounds too good to be true, it isn’t. My girlfriend was quoted 5-6k for wisdom teeth extraction and we just got it done for $800. They even went out of their way to stay extra hours to make sure all of my girlfriends work was completed in a single visit. Thanks once again guys! Couldn’t recommend higher.

The best dentist business I have ever seen. They are very helpful and do state of the art work on my teeth. The business looks better than most dentists offices in America that I have seen. I will always use advanced smiles for any problems and checkups I have. It’s worth the two hours drive from LA to see them. I can’t thank advanced smiles enough for for what they do. Dr. Manríquez removed a molar that was causing me a little pain. He removed the tooth and I thought I would need pain meds for 3 days. I had mild discomfort after the numbing of my jaw was over. The numbness didn't have the same amount of time as in a US dentist to my surprise. I only had to take the pain meds once. That's amazing. Thank Dr. Manríquez and Carla and the entire staff. Best experience at a dentists in years! They were able to get me in for a same day appointment. They were very thorough from beginning to end. All the staff were very nice and the doctor was very gentle during the procedure. They don't try sell you on work you don't need and focus on less evasive first to fix your problem. Highly recommend them! We will be returning for procedures we could not afford on the US side.

My experience with ASD has been amazing!! From inquiring, to booking, to the actual appointments, and to seeing the outcome. My doctor is Dr. Cinthya and she has always been sweet and has my best interest at heart. The drive to the office is about 10 mins from the boarder after you cross. I had my worries in the beginning but was instantly convinced after meeting everyone. I would definitely recommend this office!!

I was recommended by a friend, and I am not disappointed. Clean environment, and friendly staff. They made my first time (especially crossing the border by foot) satisfying. My phone wasn't working even with data roaming on, and I was ordered an Uber by an employee so that I can get back to the border. They have a restroom, and there is drinking water available. I will be returning for more dental visits.

I had a missing tooth for several years after having my daughter on the side of my mouth. It was always an insecurity for me. They took the best care of me. It’s in a really safe complex and a really nice area of town. I have high dental anxiety and they were calm with me and gentle and we’re not pushy. They told me I had all the time that I needed. Highly recommend and I will be bringing my family back.

Amazing experience! I had 2 wisdom teeth removed, 1 was very impacted and complicated but the team worked diligently to make me comfortable and get the stubborn tooth removed! I really appreciate everyone from the office staff to the dentist to the X ray technican. Truly an incredible team. They also saw me on short notice as I had extreme wisdom teeth pain and needed it out asap. Cant thank them enough.

I traveled from Silicon Valley to get much needed dental work done that was unavailable to me back at home. Within an hour and a half, I had a root canal procedure and a deep cleaning done. I have never had such a pleasant experience with any dentist before. The whole team was so nice and welcoming, everything was explained throughly. Great staff. Great service. I went for a tooth extraction, & the procedure was quick and painless! I was shocked at how fast my dentist finished. Shes very good at applying the local anesthetic, I didn't even notice when it happened. The price, I'll say is fair, it reflects the level of professionalism you'll encounter. I would definitely return for more dental work.

Great experience with Dr. Alejandra Flores, she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Wisdom tooth extraction in no time. It was not my first time there, coming back to them it's a good thing. The people, the ambience, the vibe, the music; yes music it is perfect to ease the pain, the wait, to relax you. Pretty much the whole team are young successful professionals.

Amazing amazing place! I got all four wisdom teeth removed (all complex removal) and was very nervous as it was my first time getting dental work in a different country (I’m from San Diego). I would highly recommend paying extra for IVY sedation for this procedure :) They even took my American insurance. Will go back for all dental work in the future!

Been here many times for cleaning and fillings and occasional whitening. They know what they’re doing and you get better prices. Staff is extremely nice and friendly. The ladies at the front and the staff doing the cleaning. Don’t worry about safety, just be smart. You cross the border hop in a Uber they call for you, and you’re there in 5 mins.

I will be going back next week. This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was so kind. There was no pain including the X-rays. There was no hard plastic mouthpieces to have to bite down on for each picture shot. And the prices are unbelievable. I will never go back to a dentist in the U.S.

Very clean, professional, easy to communicate. They did a thorough check up and went through my recommended treatments that not only made sense but was well the 3 hour drive each way to get the treatments. I’m actually looking to do a full treatment of my mouth VS just the tings that bother me. Including braces.

The office is close to the border, quick and easy to get to. The office is in a very nice plaza, new modern decor, everyone is super helpful and friendly, they try hard to make you feel welcome. The doctors tell you what they are doing every step of the way, and aren't too pushy. We'll come back again.

Worst crowns i ever got in my life by far. Went there for two front crowns came out looking like bugs bunny . Im having trouble living with them.DONT go there for good looking crowns. Also Those ct scans are completely unnecessary, they dont go over it and still do a bunch of x rays after.

I just got my root canal done and Dr Toledo was very professional, caring, and gentle. All the way from Toronto, Ontario. It’s a dentist office in a office building that looks a bit old from the outside but regardless of how it looks from the outside I would totally recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience. I honestly don’t think I have ever had such a thorough exam of my teeth. He actually adjusted my bite for free. I also had a surface filling done and take home whitening trays as well as cleaning and polishing. I was extremely impressed.
