  • "Excellent park! I like how the layout was, centred in the middle was the lake and there were plenty of areas to do BBQ, and located nearby was a decent playground and a splash pad, however the park washrooms seem to be closed and the only one that was working was far away and may need up to a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive"

Excellent park! I like how the layout was, centred in the middle was the lake and there were plenty of areas to do BBQ, and located nearby was a decent playground and a splash pad, however the park washrooms seem to be closed and the only one that was working was far away and may need up to a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Also I just happen to lose my Right AirPods Pro (gen 2) there if anyone finds it just drop it by an Apple Store

The entire area leading up to the lakeshore is delight. The Yacht Club, Sailing Club, The Parks , Light House , Artificial beach , Playgrounds for Kids and eventually the beautiful sight of the lake. Everything makes this place special and fun to be there. There is ample parking space, though some are restricted to the some clubs. Restrooms are slightly further away from the lakeshore, so bit of walk to get there. The picnic area is at a picturesque location. Lake in front and Yachts in the background They can make this even better by having easier access to the lighthouse area and by having more barbecue grills

This is a great place for active families and people. Along the driving, bike & walking path you will come across... - 2 baseball fields (1st is larger & 2nd is smaller & houses the equipment/meeting place for the Mississauga Majors Youth Baseball League) - small splash pad - small park - a hidden lake/beach - plenty of kayakers, canoers, paddle boaters, etc. - there is also a docking area for boats (inserted from land/vehicle hitch) - lots of green to soothe your soul

Relatively small park nestled within a larger complex. Nice splash pad for small kids (not big kids, as there's not much space) - recommend the larger splash pad down the Lakefront road for them. Good parking as an alternate for the larger pad during the construction. The playground was well-sized too, with multiple structures. Grounds well-maintained.

Nice park, can have allot of mosquitoes/bugs if that's not ur thing stay clear of the trail leading to the water. Nice place to put ur kayak in the water. Has a place to BBQ and nice seating arrangement. Be careful some parts of water there are not clean. Inner side of the water is good main lake body is not too clean.

Great walking trail and beach to stroll along with your dogs, alone or with family. I usually paddle board here and bring my kayak in warmer weather. Water is usually green flag here in the summer too. Baseball diamonds, splash pads, Volleyball courts and Marina throughout this park area.

This is in Lake Promenade area but is a smaller park and playground area. It does have a splash pad which is nice and is usually not too busy. I prefer to go across the street instead which has a huge splash pad, playground for kids, a nice boardwalk and volleyball courts.

This park will not disappoint! So many amenities to keep everyone entertained. Boat launch, picnic tables, splash pad, playground for kids and plenty of green space. It is always clean as well. Tip: it can get very busy in the summer months and parking may be difficult.

Recently renovated with brand new playground amenities, large splash pad, and sturdy benches. Ample parking ️ and surrounded by a huge softball field, picnic areas, and the lake — it’s one of the treasures of Mississauga that our family enjoys year-round. …

Our go to park to relax and think. Such a nice place to just sit and unwind let out all the stress brought by such a busy fast pace city. Just a reminder don't feed the wildlife here. There are signs saying it's forbidden by the city.

It's a nice little are of the Lakefront Promenade to bring young children for the splash pad. Of course that's in the before times. With Covid there's no telling when exactly this will open for splash pad fun. Hopefully soon.

Go down here the park system are expansive lots of walking trails walk for hours with great views, your right on lake Ontario free parking, picnic areas, lots of benches to take a sit break, marinas, plus food is available

  • JoVin Esteron (Enteng)

They renovated the playground from sand to wood chips which we love it. Only thing we notice that the swings are to high for the kids to reach even the parents. Hoping that they can fix the swing for future.

It's a great place to meet fantastic people, walk, fish, sail, boating, picnic, camp, canoeing, skidooing, sail surfboarding BBQ., and the list goes on. Washrooms available. Drinking fountain available.

  • Bernard Wood

Had a great time celebrating a 1st birthday. The kids had a clean splash pad, slides, swings and play area to play in. I would have given 5 stars but there wasn't any useable washrooms in our area.

AE Cooke's Park is a wonderful place to reconnect with nature, especially during the pandemic. It's easy to get to and you can bring your dog along for an enjoyable walk in the fresh air.

  • Steve Burany

Nice playground and a small splash pad. Lots of natural shade provided by big beautiful trees. Only three stars because the city is too cheap to maintain and open the public restrooms.

  • Tania Ahmed

The Park is big, clean and has a good splash pad for kids. The beach is small, and the water filled with seaweed. Its crowded as parking is free. Difficult to get a parking spot.

  • Tom W

The inside is nice. But the staff is disorganized, there not mmucj direction of what is needed when you arrive. and waiting times are long. Other then that kids had lots of fun.

  • Saleh Alademi

Lovely place swimming, kayaking or just chilling
Playground
Playground with water splash
Restrooms
Was closed when I visited the park on June 3rd.

  • Lanie Villanueva

So spacious and many beach areas where you can set up a beach tent. The water is not clean though and the sand is not fine which is fine and acceptable.

  • Jean Lu

Ample parking. Right next to the parking lot is a small playground and splash pad that's great for younger kids. Short walk to a nice beach by the lake.

  • khaled G

I went on weekends with family to spend a fun day in this place. There are bathrooms, but they are closed. Why are they closed, and it is a day off

  • Abel Wilson

Peaceful park in South Mississauga. Baseball and softball games through the week. But the lakefront trail is a tranquil walk or bike ride.

  • Sheva L

Splash pad for the children in the summer, small sand based playgeound and a big field. Access to a small beach and the walking trail.

  • Brandon Jackman
