My husband and I had the fortune to have a Nipon travel agency guide called Amy (although the spelling may be different) on May 15 in the afternoon for a tour of Kyoto and the Gion district. This guide was exceptional in all respects. She was knowledgeable about the places we visited, personable, by adding her own experience and impressions to the places we were seeing, and totally pleasant and fun. We felt like we were spending an afternoon with a dear friend. When at the end of the tour we decided to go to the Gion theater for a performance, she stayed on line with us, helped us buy the tickets, came inside the theater to make sure we had good seats and gave us a summary of what we were to see. We were very sorry to say goodbye. It is rare to find guides of this professional and personal quality. Amy deserves all the recognition and compensation deserving of her excellent work. unclear direction for changing e-ticket pass. Staffs direction differs one to another. Had to waste more than 1 hours going around to 4 offices only to found out it closed (despite staff was inside lol). Disappointing. Don’t waste your money here.

Can get different half/full day tours for Kyoto, Nara, Osaka and etc. I have 3 tours with them, was very happy with the services. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The tour guides were wonderful.

They're just opening at 11am which is pretty late if you have day trips planned. How ever they are super friendly

ポケットチェンジは2階の西口改札前の日本旅行TiS京都西口支店に移動していました！ 店員さんから移動先の地図をもらえたんで分かりやすかった。

外貨を各種ポイントなどに変換できるポケットチェンジの機械を利用するために訪れました。機械は店舗内にあります。

空気が悪かった。換気対策があまりされていなかった。自動ドアを常時開けておけばいいと思いました。

混んでましたが、希望通り、短時間で急いで対応して貰いました。
