Certainly one of, if not the best walk-in that my wife and I have ever been to. During our most recent visit, the doctor (his name escapes me unfortunately) not only actually listened to, and aided with my wife's medical needs, but he also helped me with an eczema issue that I've been battling for 10-15 years. I've seen countless other doctors, gone to two different dermatologists, and the entire time they kept prescribing the same hydrocortisone creams and gels – despite my assurances that numerous doctors before them had done the same and it never worked. Thankfully, I finally had a doctor listen, prescribe me a different product altogether, and a week later, the affected areas are looking better than ever with the problem areas around my eyes now completely done. I understand people's frustrations with wait times but in most cases, I find it hard to wrap my head around why people think that the doctors can do anything about the volume of patients walking through the doors. It's a walk-in clinic and one should temper their expectations, knowing that it sometimes takes an hour or two to see anyone (this last visit taking us about an hour and a half). As for the front desk staff, I agree that for a stretch there, they weren't exactly the most engaging or professional. Not that they did anything inherently wrong when we've been there, but I definitely wouldn't give them a gold star by any means. Though I will say, whoever was at the desk last weekend was absolutely stellar, offering insight and help on a couple different things (as did one of the patiences waiting to be seen actually). All in all, I highly recommend this clinic and try to understand that wait times in a busy clinic simply are what they are. The doctors and staff rarely have a whole lot of control over it.

genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Literally all I needed was antibiotics for a sinus injection that is causing me great pain in my sinuses. I first walked in at 440pm thinking this would be convenient for me considering I work at the walmart next door. There was no mention of a crazy waiting time or anything. They're suppose to close at 7 but ended up closing at 5 and wouldn't let anymore people in due to too many customers (you think they wouldve mentioned that 20 minutes prior to me when i walked in) You can also clearly hear the ladies at the front desk complaining saying they're gonna have to stay late even though one of them ended up leaving 15 minutes later. At about 6:15 I noticed they called someone that got there an hour after I did so thats when I asked the lady in the front desk if it goes in order or how it works, which she claimed it goes in order by who comes first which I knew was not the truth because even after wards they called two more people who got there after me. At 7 oclock after over two hours of waiting i left because I'd rather just sit at home in pain rather than a place thats suppose to help you but doesnt. Would not recommend, also can't even count the times the lady at the front desk answered the phone being asked questions and her reply was that she doesn't know the answer and to call back tomorrow, overall I will not be going there again for anything.

I found on Internet that this clinic is treating warts. Since I had one on my knee I went there to have it removed. Waited for 2,5 hours (not related to high volume of patients, just the lousy service) and when the doctor (don't know his name - young, oriental gentleman) was ready the nurse or front desk lady brought him a solution in a can to be sprayed on the affected area. It was obvious to me that this doctor had no idea what he was doing, but well, it is supposed to be simple spray. So, he sprayed the solution on the actual wart and then made two circles of spray around it. Then he repeated the same procedure again. Well, as I thought, this was not a correct method as the next day the whole area was inflammated and a few days later it got infected, as a result of unnecessary burning of the skin around wart . The infection lasted for about one month and after clearing I was marked with a large dark-purple spot that will stay there for the rest of my life. So I went to remove a 3mm wart of a color of my skin, now I am left with an ugly dark-purple spot the diameter of about 13mm. I'd say if you don't know what you are doing, don't do it. For a doctor that should be your motto, or you can seriously harm a patient.

10/10 Doctor and clinic. I am super picky about doctors too and I love them. He isn't a pill pusher but isn't some holistic "all natural" poison pusher either. Really respects boundaries patients with C/PTSD or body issues have. Even before he knew of them he was always asking consent and explaining what he was to be doing and why he was going to do it. I never felt pressured to do anything, but he also made it clear why it may have been best to do. He isn't judgemental, and makes you feel comfortable opening up and like you're really cared for by your health team. And he trusts you, which can sadly be really rare in medicine. I've had nothing but positive experience with my infant now going there, especially since he was born at the start of the pandemic which makes everything a bit crazy. They still saw him for his regular checkups and shots, and were great at making sure that I was getting all the information and support I may have needed to help make sure he grows up healthy. I can't say enough good things. I have never felt so comfortable and safe with a doctor before this clinic. I've gone from dreading appointments to them being routine, even highly triggering ones.

Horrible staff experience . Sunday 26 Feb 10:30 Am appointment with Dr Muhsen waited 45 minutes but receptionist is sending 2 walkin people before us and when asked she is saying continuously to me you are next Dr is coming to you i even open door of my room waiting at door so doctor come to my room but then noticed that next patient sign clip receptionist put on other room and asked me to to wait inside and closed my door. When i show my medical card told staff i have other appointments for dental plz send me in at my time . we have booked appointments 2 weeks before while Dr Muhsen was on vacation. Administration must need to take action ASAP because of its not the first time this happened it’s happening a lot. Administration should change the staff at this location at first priority because staff at this location Lies a lot who is going to believe them when they lie on your face. Lot of elderly people are talking amongst themselves and not complaining because of bad behavior of staff.

Worst Service -Complete wastage of time First time had a walk in appointment here. Doctor mentioned some blood tests specifically lipids. Went life labs and does that. When i saw blood reports online, they do not contain lipids test results. After a week I contacted walmart clinic, and they told me that they have not received the test results and told me to wait. After 4 days i called the clinic, they still not had the reports and fixed the new appointment. Doctor callèd me 40 minutes after the appointment time, which I missed but called back the clinic within a minute and they told me to wait again for doctors call. After an hour I called the clinic again to follow-up and got the same response from receptionist and waited that whole day and even the next day. The following day i called the clinic and the lady spoke too rudely and blamed me for not attending the doctor's call second time, which i never got.

I have been to this clinic before and even then, I only have great things to say. All staff were helpful. I was here yesterday for my TDAP vaccine. Dr. Bains, as usual, was very kind, so knowledgeable, and very compassionate. I should've made a review before but completely forgot, and my appointment yesterday reminded me again of how great they all are. The nurse, Kam/Cam, she was the one who initially took my bloodwork when I first came there, and she's still as nice and sweet as i remembered her to be. I hoped Dr. Bains is a pediatrician so he can look after my babies when they come, but he isn't. Though Cam said i can still go to him for initial assessment for the babies :) Bottom line, everyone here is amazing, with special emphasis on Cam and Dr. Bains. I'm so very grateful, thank you! Great work

Generally my husband and I have great experiences here... when we can actually get in to see someone. Before the covid-19 pandemic we arrived to see that they had suddenly stopped offering services on Sundays altogether with no notice except a printed sheet taped to the door. Today we arrived (after checking the google listing and the company website) to see that they are only seeing patients by appointment. A phone number was listed to book one but there was no answer on the line. While these are all reasonable measures, the lack of communication and clarity on how to access your services is deeply frustrating. It takes 5 minutes to update your google listing to say “by appointment only” or to update your hours. I highly suggest making this information accessible to avoid situations like this reoccurring.

The worst experience ever. Went three times with my dad as walk in. Paid thrice. First time, Dr. Muhsen only order antacid to my dad for poor appetite. Next day, I paid again and went personally to ask him to order blood work and urine test; as to me my dad has symptoms of Jaundice and UTI. I received critical result call directly from lab; but no one call me from clinic to come for follow. On top, Receptionist was too rude on phone. When ask like why no one has call me for follow up after receiving blood work and urine report she stated that doctor didn’t ask us to call and he might doesn’t worry about it. And she hanged on me. I would give zero star if there was an option. I wasted my money three times with no advise from that doctor. Will not recommend to anyone. Please go somewhere else.

I am leaving this review because I took my son there for a flu shot and his second dose is due but I am having a hard time getting the receptionist to answer the call since you can no longer do a walk-in. Before I was able to book the first shot, I had to physically stand at the entrance and make the call but the two ladies at the reception were just chatting and refused to answer the phone until one of them spotted me and knew I must have been the person calling the office. The Doctor has always been great but something needs to be done about answering calls because you cannot always hope for all callers to leave a voicemail. I filed a complaint yesterday with Jack Nathan and have not heard anything back.

So unorganized. I went in for an appointment. Was told to return a sample to them or the lifelabs around the corner the next day. I asked if those hours were accurate as it is the long weekend and the Dr assured me. Went to lifelabs and they were all shut, I came back to the clinic and was told by the receptionist that my sample could not be left there as it was the long weekend, the I was told by the DR I could! I managed to find one lab that was open and the technician explains to me that they had given me the wrong tube/wrong amount of tubes for my test!!!! Information wrong on all counts! You made a very stressful time for me even more stressful; not what I expect doctors to do. Very disappointed.

I've had to visit this clinic three times over the past two weeks from out of province. Being highly exposed to the medical field through my employment, I can honestly say I have never seen such kind, compassionate and thorough doctors. I personally saw Dr. Bains and my mother saw the other doctor at the clinic this week as Dr. Bains wasn't in. The receptionists were incredibly kind as well and I am glad my family found Dr. Bains as a family physician. Gives me a lot of relief knowing they are in good hands. Doctors are not nearly recognized enough for their great work and they are both incredible. Hamilton is blessed to have them!

Prepare to find yourself at the reception with a very rude person, the 3 times we have been there this receptionist has the same terrible service, a rude attitude seems like she hates her job, I see that there are many comments with the same opinions and the only thing they respond is that they send their complete information, no one wants to do that, they want to inform you about this person for the manager to do something, otherwise you will continue to receive the same comments and 1st grades for your business and you must take care of it, hire a friendly person who loves serving clients it's the solution.

Not sure how anyone writes a bad review here. I have a family doctor but always visit this clinic for my son and myself. I trust both Dr Bains and Dr Mohsin with our life! Dr Bains is the one I mostly see ( always willing to seek other alternative to find out the problem. Always returning my calls, having appointment over the phone when it’s hard to get to the office, get my prescription fax to my pharmacy in minuits. I was recommend by a friend who I have known for 24 years now and now I know why she spoke highly about this place! Dr Mohsin is really great with kids! From Racquel and son THANK YOU

Went to visit Dr Muhsen today walk in, receptionist was very kind and helpful, dr was understanding and friendly, with good knowledge and caring. Overall recommend this place. Thanks for your service//// I have changed my Dr to Dr beins by chance, as Dr muhsen wasn't available before, he is such a good doctor, listens to you very carefully, makes notes, asks you relative questions and is right on point of knowing what is wrong with you. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I hope no one gets sick, but if you do, give him a try. Don't be surprised though, as he is younger than usual doctors.

Probably the worst walkin clinic I have ever been too. Waited 3 hours with only 5 people. The front desk wouldnt even give me a time estimate so I sat and sat. Another doctor is needed especially this time of year. What I needed was straight forward and I was in and out within minutes what I got in finally so it was very frustrating this couldnt have been handled another way or there wasnt anyone to help relieve the wait times. The waiting room is uncomfortable and boring. Nothing to look at or read not many chairs. Dirty floors.

Have to say this is one of the best clinics I have been to. The Dr's here take their time to make sure you get everything you need and nothing is left in the dark. Both Dr Muhsen and Bains are phenomenal and so kind and caring. We need more Drs like this in the medical field. Sure the wait times here are long but if you think about it, they are taking their time with each patient to make sure all needs are met rather than rushing you out the door with a prescription that is possibly wrong!!!!!

Dr Bains is supper intelligent and knowledgeable, he listened and explained everything in ways for you to understand, for me he never disappoint. I would recommend Dr Bains anytime, you won't regret it ! #2 I've been waiting for a colonoscopy for months without a call, I decided to give Dr Bains a try and my problem was solved. I would give zero if I could the receptionist fail at making me feel I can trust them to get my medical info to the correct place and make sure I hve correct dates. Not only that they give specialists the wrong contact phone numbers. When you call you find out why this keeps happening your hung up on. THIS IS NOT OKAY and i have reported you to the head office of jack Nathan health. You should be able to have confidence that your receptionist gives you the correct information.

Like other responsible walk-in clinics this clinic does not prescribe narcotics or opioids. The signs all over the office let patients know this as soon as they register so to those who complain about this can try finding a walk in who will prescribe such medication. If you want good, knowledgeable healthcare then this is the place. The doctors are patient, kind and really listen to you, I always feel at ease after being seen. I recommend this clinic to everyone

This place is a joke... I call and they never pick up the phone...and I leave voicemsgs and they never get back to me. Their voicemsg states they will get back in 2 business days and I've been waiting for over a week now. The receptionists are very rude at this place and don't know what customer service means.. I definitely dont recommend this walk-in clinic... Also they always mess up my file and my baby's file with my family members. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Giving 1star just for the doctors. The front end team needs to be professional. Even taking appointments beforehand I have to wait min 1hour or more. Neither anyone picks the call and very rarely they give a call back. If asked they say shortage of staff. I am a regular patient there and I am under both the doctors. It's only for the doctors that I go there. If you're visiting there keep a half day reserve for them.

The service and level of comfort in this office is nothing short of phenomenal. All I can say is thank you to the receptionists and the two doctors I met with this week. Both doctors were very approachable, informative and made me feel comfortable and that means a lot. I have never experienced service and care like I did here, not just once but twice in the same week. Thank you so much to everyone in this clinic!

I have a friend his name is AWADH AHMED, He is diabetic and he had an appointment in this clinic because he doesn’t have any more medicine and his appointment was 2:30 pm but when he want to there they told him to sit on the chair for a long time, and when he ask them when he can see the doctor they told him if you can’t wait, you can leave how is this possible in Canada happen?

We have been to this clinic three times since we moved to Hamilton and I would say not matter if it’s walk in or if you have prior appointment the waiting time has always been insane. Even after booking an appointment before a week we have waiting for almost 2-3 hours. Don’t understand the reason behind booking a prior appointment.

I was very impressed with the service I received at this clinic. It's very clean and organized with a good atmosphere. The physician is very kind. Takes his time to listen and is very thorough. The assistants are very sweet and move quickly even when busy. I'll be coming here again and also be recommending friends & family.

This place used to have such nice and friendly front desk staff. No idea where they went, but sure left in the hands of very poor 'patient service' minded duo, i mean 2 for 1. Just visiting this place for the great doctor working in here. If not, I would save my long wait times and go find another clinic nearby home.

Had some amazing service here! We did wait for about an hour, but well worth it. The front staff was friendly and took my sons temperature as soon as we got there. The Dr. was excellent with my son and got him to smile first before examining him. Came out with more answers than I expected. Very impressed!

I was very impressed with the service I receive at this clinic.Dr Muhsen is awesome. He listens to you and is very thorough. The assistants that work there are awesome too. Quick and knowledgeable. The place is very clean. Waiting times are minimal. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone.

My son had an accident in the school and had a huge scar on his forehead, they treated my son with in 15-20 mins. Doctor was very friendly and glued the scar. If we went to emergency God forbid we had to wait for hours even to see the doctor. I was super happy with the service I received. 10/10

NOT a real walk-in. I was turned away because they had too many appointments. That’s fair enough, but don’t call yourself a walk-in if you’re a “take your chances” walk-in. Also, the receptionist wouldn’t give me directions to the hospital or provide options. Another patient did it.

Dr. Muhsen is the most kind hearted doctor I have ever met. He takes his time with you and really cares. I’m so happy I made him my family doctor when we moved to Stoney Creek. Dr Bain is the other doctor at the clinic and his back up and he’s also wonderful.

Was in and out within an hour and a half on a Saturday afternoon not bad. The receptionist was organized, had me take a test while I waited to see the doctor so he’d have the results as soon as he saw me. Doctor was very friendly and direct.

By far the worst walk in experience ever. My 88 year old mother and I were first to arrive and waited 5hrs to see dr and the receptionist was the most unprofessional person I had to have ever met. Don't know how they are in business still

Dr Muhsen my family doctor is the best and the other doctor, sorry can't think of his name as I've only seen him once, is equally as good. The front reception is always polite, helpful & compassionate. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Muhsen is exceptional. A great doctor and took the time to educate me on my situation and was very understanding. Wait times not too bad and staff helpful overall. I hope this doctor NEVER leaves this location. He is awesome.

Dr. Bains is my family doctor. My fiance and I are lucky to have him. He is always efficient. The front staff Kam and Alyssa are always tremendous getting back to you. Thank you for being a wonderful facility.

Receptionist was rude, like really rude! Waiting time was average, 20-30 mins. Doctor was good, told the problem, cause and treatment plan in detail. Answered all my questions. Overall, a good experience.

This isn’t a walk in clinic which is the reason for my rating. Dr was nice but this place should be noted for appointments only. For walk ins, be prepared to wait a while… I was in almost 2 hours

We have our family doctor at this location, very friendly nurses and doctors that really care about their patients. Wait times may be long, but they are thorough with every visit for everyone.

My family doctor is here and it's been the best place. The ladies who work here are super friendly. There can be a wait period but they do take booked appointments before walk ins.

Great service with Dr Bains for more than a couple of years now. During COVID-19 he has kindly faxed script renewals without delay. He has a great bedside manner as well.

Dr. Bains is by far the best family doctor we have ever had. He goes above and beyond for his patients and we are truly blessed to have him as our family physician.

Never met a Doctor like Dr. Mohsin. Finally got a good Clinic, I never expected I would. The Doctor was very helpful and took time to listen to our concerns.

Dr Muhsen was thorough and attentive. He listened to all my concerns and made sure I left with the best care. I felt at ease and respected as a patient.

I have to always wait for 45 min after scheduled appointment so what is point to book an appointment...Dr bains is good but management is very poor..
