Worse company ever. I booked a ticket with this company and did not get any help from their staff when needed. I got the wrong information before booking the flight. Moreover, I stay blocked at the airport without any assistance. Getting back my reimbursement was a nightmare and even then they refused to pay the full amount. I’ll advise to you never booked with this company, they seem to be nice when you first enter in their office but they aren’t.

Hotel was a huge let down. Parking paid in the package, couldn’t get in or out of the airport car park.They had changed our car park and never told us.Car was out in E instead of A/B as it said in the paper.E is across the road from the airport. When I came back the machine wanted 50€ to exit the parking. Asked to be reimbursed they said no

The only thing I recall about this place is the rudeness of the lady who works in it. I asked politely for information and she shouted at me and even told me to go back to where I come from. This type of business has already become useless in the internet era. It's not gonna make things better if the owner is impolite and lacks classiness.
