I would not recommend this organization at all. The agents work on their own schedule. I lost a house because the agent was too lazy to call the listing agent. Save your money and effort. You are better off working with another organization even if these folks offer you 50% of their commission; You lose on opportunities just by working with them. The response below is less than 50% accurate. Max was helpful and the offers I made were based off my and his analysis of the market so do not write up such that offer were low balling the seller you are misinforming the reader. The house I lost; I asked Ahmad on Friday to place in an offer and that house was in Moose Creek and similar house listed for $550K a month ago sold for $500K on the same street. Mr. Ahmad avoided my instruction all weekend and then messaged me on Sunday and told me he will get in touch with the listing agent on Monday. This is your level of commitment? It is a mere disappointment and nothing else. As a buyer I can go with anyone I feel representing my best interest and your organization for sure does not care. I did not sign an agreement with your organization on the first place to begin with so you saying that you are letting me go in baseless (you were only made partners on the offers I made; our commitment ended with those offers). By the time I made in an offer which was a good one, a competing offer came in needless to say if Ahmad did what was asked of him over the weekend I would have had the house over the weekend. The key take away is your incompetence as an organization and your absence of altruistic act for customer service. Do not try to dodge the reader by twisting the story that you do not know. Anyone reading this review; as a person who dealt with this organization and two of its agent, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Max Valentine is an absolute star !!!!!!! Being an out of province client is quite challenging , especially when it comes to finding the right realtor that will have the energy and capacity to go the extra mile to conduct virtual showings , research ahead of time and planning to show as many houses as possible and close a deal in just a few days that I come to Ottawa. After being with another realtor who did absolutely nothing for me, my aunt introduced me to Angie. And we just clicked! Angie went above and beyond her call of duty. I found Unreserved.com one day while I was house hunting online, and am I ever glad I did! We were looking on MLS every day, but for some reason I discovered the Unreserved website where there was a little house in Richmond, ON coming up for auction. We didn't bid on that one, but we had a virtual tour of the house with a live agent, and watched the auction live. It looked easy enough, and soon after we saw a house we wanted "coming soon."
