I've spent thousands here for maintenance and upgrades on my 2005 Kia Cerato over the last 5 years or so. On each occasion I've used their services I've been provided with a clean, well presented loan car whilst the job was being done. I've found their service to be friendly, they've communicated any issues comprehensively and accurately, and contacted me before doing anything which wasn't originally planned but they've discovered needed doing immediately or in the near future, and their prices were totally reasonable. They've given the car a pretty thorough inspection each time they have the car, regardless of how small any job I've asked them to do was, without charging me for the inspection. As a well informed 'car guy' who is now disabled but used to do all of my own mechanical work on this and other cars, I am in a position to judge their work and prices accurately., I think the fact that I keep going back to them demonstrates that I totally trust them to do a great job at a reasonable price. In fact I will be doing so again in the next couple of months for what I estimate to be $1500 in parts and labour for a full front end rebuild, including struts, steering arms, tie rod ends, sway bars, and CV joints, which also demonstrates that I know what I am talking about, what needs doing and what a fair price for the job will be. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

A very expensive ´misunderstanding´! Dishonest at least. Please be careful with this guys and make sure you get your quote in written before accepting the jobs. I was quoted $320 for a basic 46.000 VW golf service. After leaving the car the mechanic called me and say that the front brakes had less than 5000 km before they would fail. He said ´it was $320 for the service and now it would be $490 because of the brakes´. I accepted. When I went to pick up my car they told me that the bill was $320 plus $490. Hence, $810 in total !!! I insisted that they never told me $490 on top of the $320 as the person that was next to me on the speakerphone over the phone could witness!. I complained that I found dishonest that the first time they quoted me on the basis of a total price and the second time they did not advice a total price of $810 intentionally misleading me to pay a fortune. The guy said ´you don´t get brakes for that money´ as if I was stupid. Not to mention that I am not a mechanic and I don´t need to know about mechanical repair prices. Finally, I was allowed to pay $730 to get my kidnapped car back. Just be careful…scammers are everywhere these days.

They were really great. Offered me a loan car when I arrived but instead I asked if they could drop me home. No problem. They rang me to tell me about a couple of small things that needed doing first. Just a couple of really small things… I went out the next night and discovered my lights were not on. Took me a few minutes to work out how to put them back on auto and my battery had been replaced so my clock was 20 minutes slow and I had no idea how to reset it . A friend did it for me. Both just very small things but I really like settings to be put back how they were as I am not very technical and haven’t taken the time to learn how to adjust these things.But I was very happy with the service and will go back there next time.

Dilon and his team are honest, knowledgeable and professional. We took our Kia in for a general service that was really overdue by many months. Dilon was upfront and gave us the understanding that he would only do what was absolutely necessary to save us money. We could see that he was one of those rare mechanics that had great customer service and was competent at the same time.We are sick and tired of incompetent mechanics and are so happy we have found Dilon. He had the car on time and was very reasonable priced. We are customers for life now! We highly recommend these guys.

I went to Rex and the guys at UT Cheltenham for my first service over New Years where they were professional and friendly. We were able to have honest up front conversations about what needed to be fixed and what I could afford to get done and they helped me come up with solutions that worked for my budget. I really appreciated their patience when I needed further help and their perseverance to finding the issue. Great team, I recommend them.

I've been a regular client of UltraTune for the past few years and they have always been exceptionally professional and well priced. Completely corrupt - do not trust this mechanic! They lied and gave me false information about my vehicle to try and get a low price for sale - independent testing with RACV confirmed there were NO issues. These mechanics will do anything for some cash under the table - dishonest and disrespectful. Go elsewhere

I am not sure how they got good reviews. Usually, I don't give bad review unless I try the service more than twice which I did in this case. Every time, they asked me to change or repair heaps of parts but never resolved the original issue. I can tell you they don't have any idea about Ford Territory vehicles.

Very happy with their major 120,000 km car service. From the initial telephone booking to the same day service/repair the team was thoroughly professional. The car (11 year old Mazda) is now running like when I first purchased it. Will definitely return to this Ultra Tune for future car services.

This was the first time I’d tried Ultratune, and I was very happy. It was there for a log book service, but needed a few extra things done. I was given a quote, which I went ahead with and they were able to complete everything that day. The staff were courteous and helpful.
