My order for messed up because the employee that took my order wasn't paying attention to any of her customers or their orders. She not only confused my order she also messed their orders to. I didn't order anything different or complicated or off the menu. My order consisted of 2 small black coffees and 1 need decaf with 2 cream and 3 of the new fancy cookies. With the cookies I ordered 3 of the same cookies that I saw in the display case. I had also looked at the coffee pots, they were all full. So again, everything was in stocks and the bone of the coffee that I ordered had to be made right then. I was her only order at the time that I placed my order, so there really was no reason for her to screw up my order! Not one of my coffees were correct. One of the blacks had sugar and the other had cream while my decaf had sugar and 1 cream!! Bit one cookie in the box was the correct cookie. I ordered and wanted 3 of the Reese cups and macadamia nut cookies, not 3 regular chocolate chip cookies, especially when I paid for the more expensive ones. While waiting for her to redo my order I heard the customer that I saw coming towards the order desk also complain that his order was all wrong!!! I've had screw hips plenty at Timmy's but this one took the prize for the WORST SERVICE AND ORDER FILLED...

Coffee always always is amazing i think only once have I gotten a bad one. Sometimes the location can be slow, I usually walk in rather then the drive thru. I walked in and mind you there's a snow storm going on things are wet so I was being extra careful already. But of course I fall to me knees and bounce back up not spilling my coffee or dropping the bags I just purchased from the esso side. I went to put the stuff in the car and the proceeded back into the Tim's to ask if they are responsible for that side of the floor and if you are aware it's wet. "I will bring it to my managers attention in the morning ". Are you serious the gentle man working at esso is capable of putting cardboard down and you think it's ok to say I'll tell the manager and not put something down or even clean the floor . The next person could be a child or a senior. I personally think this is unexceptable especially from someone that calls herself a night supervisor .

We've heard a lot about Tim Horton's prior to travelling to Canada however the actual experience has been mixed / negative since our arrival a month ago... Our latest experience was however the one that really did cause raised eyebrows over the English tea. I get the fact they really don't 'tea' here, however to hand a customer a full cup of boiling water containing a tea bag on a string with no space / room for milk and is something else! When I asked about pouring a little out into their sink I was appalled, shocked and left almost speechless (which isn't like me) at the staff response - I was told to take my wife's tea into the nearest toilet and sort it out to her needs there - that's a first, and a new low to me!

I had my flight early morning ordered a small hot drink, i was trying to chug as i had to go so after drink a little I opened the lid to get it cool. There was an ant in the drink i went back and told them the employee said your lid was open o said yes i wanted it to cool down and she further said you drank half i went like exactly i drank half and idk what else went in me there is an ant floating with the foam of coffee. She showed me an attitude and asked to dump it literally never said a word of apology and rather blamed me. It was so early in the morning and i had to face such attitude from that person. I was so nauseous later thinking of what i drank but the employee did not acknowledged it as a big deal.

If I could give zero stars I would.simple order..muffin, apple juice, water. Single lane take out.. waited 20 min to get to the window. Charged me wrong order. Tried to refund and their machine wouldn't do it so they blamed my card that they just overcharged. Asked for cash. Then they gave me half my order and when I asked for the rest said I hadn't paid for it. When I asked why, was told they didn't put it on order...then argued about giving me a bottle of water. Called manager to complain. And all she said was 'im sorry'. No offer to fix issue at all. Won't catch me going there again!

This location is really busy at times as it is in an airport and there are patrons and staff of the airport using this location. Sometimes large orders are placed for the staff members of the parcel service companies located within the airport causing longer wait times. This location is more expensive than the Tim Hortons locations throughout the city so be prepared to pay more for same quality of food. I personally would save a few cents or dollars depending on how much you are buying and if you are driving your own vehicle to the airport and have a bit of a wait for your flight, and stop along the way to the airport. Same quality of food just a little cheaper.

I live just down the road from this Timmies, it's the closest fast place to go. I actually stopped going to Timmie's for a good few years, I just found their quality was deprecating fast. Since moving close to this timmies, I hesitantly stopped her and honestly, everything was so fresh and made perfectly. Ive since been at least 8 or 9 times and literally every single time they have done an amazing job. Honestly one of the best Timmie's I've ever been to.

Was a nice little stop before going on a flight - had little selection though in way of food (at 6PM) which was disappointing as we hadn't had time to eat dinner between work and making it to the airport - would have really appreciated a soup or chilli, even bagel selection was small - but at least it was something before we boarded

Forgot our meal, and our coffee, and our hash brown had to be reminded of each item that was ordered and they still forgot an item which we paid for. Extremely upsetting and disorganized. Maybe you should pay your employees more so they put more energy into doing their job correctly.

Tim Hortons is one of the best brands in Canada. As this location is in airport and customer come in groups and if you are in that chunk, make sure to tell the person who is serving you "please keep coffee Hot" and make sure you more side as soon as you make payment, so that other customer can be served. Rest every things is fine. # I Love my Tim Hortons !!!

This has been my favourite location since they opened. All the staff here are incredible. And because I come here so often they know what my order is. Incredible team of worker. Drive thru is usually fast. The only thing that’s messed up is the entry and exit here.

Has my worst customer service experience here. Only ordered a coffee only had one car a head of me still took ten minutes. Finally got to the window no one there to greet me and when some lady finally came she didn't say a word. On top of which coffee wasn't even stirred.

Poor girl was working all by herself at 7am with an airport full of people having to make breakfast food orders for everyone. She was doing her best but food took a very long time. Not the workers fault there’s no reason to only have one person working in the morning.

Portia Dr, Ancaster has to be the worst. 9 times out of 10 your order is wrong. Bake goods like muffins rock hard like they've been sitting 3 days. Drive threw staff have a hard time listening and communicating

I am regular coustomer at this location, every time on sunday midnight shift employeees take too long time to make just one steep tea. Even if u give order inside tim, not on drive through, please re train them who ever work on sunday overnight staff.

Waited 20 min in line because the headsets were down ordered 2 BLT’s and and receive one bagel with butter and 1 with cream cheese. This was a $12+ mistake on my part. I should have looked. Wish this location all the best.
