Awww Big T <3. When I made the move from Port Edward to Hillcrest, my heart was a little sad BUT your Hillcrest branch makes up any homesickness I experience. Hands down the best chicken burgers in the world. I recommend Tiagos to everyone I meet and come across. The Hillcrest branch is living up to the standard I have always been used to! Excellent fresh chips, seasoned perfectly. I will obviously be back.

Me and my family visited this branch yesterday and dined in - needless to say that service was despicable. The staff looked like they didnt want us there, they where rude and unpleasant. the flavor of the chicken was great as per usual but the chicken itself was extremely dry and difficult to eat. i wont be visiting this branch again although i love TIagos i would rather go to the Amanzimtoti one.

Consistent in their quality and affordable! One of the few halaal fast food places in the area hence I often go here. Staff are always friendly, Takeaway orders are ready on time and the place is clean. My go to is the burger and chips. I would highly recommend for those chilled nights in.

By far the best burgers iv had at that price point. Unlucky for the surrounding fast food resturants in the area as I will be spending my money at tiagos. Your chip burger is probably one of the most delicious items of food iv had in a long time at only R22. One of the tastiest chicken burgers iv had in a while also. Well done Tiago's.

Terrible service and food rather not eat at any tiagos, they dnt care abt customers or any complaints they hire staff that dnt understand abyting ure saying including a manager was called n didn't understand anyting, I asked for superiors numbers n still got nutn no response pathetic service!!!!!

The place although small is pretty relaxing, the customer service is not good but also not bad it is mediocre. The food is the best always crisp and fresh, the restaurant is clean but they have no toilets on site. I recommend this place to get food it's the best and super delicious.

One of the best chicken burgers I have had ever. Staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. It's starting to become my second home. Highly recommend the burger special on Mondays, where you buy two and get a third free. If you have a good appetite you can eat all three.

I ordered the chicken wings and for the price I paid was not worth it at all. 2 other meals ordered were the chicken swarmas and it was ok.

Purchased A full chicken with rolls , chips and burgers for super last night and I was astonished at the condition of the rolls , the staff cannot even pack the meals in the bag properly ! Their standards have dropped completely ! Very dissatisfied as a customer !!!!!!!

Wrong destination pin set on GPS!!!!! But excellent food. Chips and rolls are best eaten fresh as once they are taken away, they get sloppy. Chicken is juicy and cooked thoroughly. All together great food. Good job to them.

Today I ordered the Tiagos full chicken, chips and 4 rolls. The chips were delicious, the rolls were old and stale and the chicken was so dry and tasteless....Very disappointing!!! Definitely not worth the money I spent!!!

Really friendly staff, meals are awesome but chicken pieces are dry. Don't know why this is a new trend but other than that the wraps and shwamas are really good. I really like the food here and often order for delivery.

Tiagos is on the top of my list for flame grilled chicken. Their food is out if this world and priced just right, unlike some well known restaurants that serve the same items yet triple the price. Thanks Tiagos team

Use to enjoy Tiagos full chicken plus rolls and chips. Very disappointing today. Chicken dry. Basting sauce was not sufficient. Made a trip from westville for this chicken. Definitely won't do that again …

First visit to a Tiago's restaurant, and was sorely disappointed with the service, food, and complaints department. Based on this, I will never again visit any Tiago's, and recommend others not to either

Bought the chicken strips tonight - shocked at how few chips and chicken in each box. Chicken was dry as well. Unimpressed. The last time we bought there, the chicken was raw. Wont go back there again.

Delicious chicken and few staff that I've had dealings with, are very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the chicken livers with lemon and herb as I'm not into hot stuff. The mild is not me.

By far the best place for good quality burgers ! Especially the mega jumbo burger. Quick and efficient service , highly recommend them. The chips are also great !! Will be back soon!!!!

Unfortunately, 1 of the nicer chicken fast food outlet quality has plummeted. It used to be excellent, now is a place that 1 has to be avoided at all costs.
